Brian was phenomenal and kept in touch with us during the process and got us exactly what we needed. On the day of closing they stayed until 10pm to get it done. My wife took the car in to have recall work done to it and some other work I received a call stating all they can do is the recall work which was just a sensor they were too busy to do any of the other work I had to take the car to Hollywood Kia to have the rest done great job Hollywood Kia thats where my business will be going unfortunately I only live a half a mile from the dealership that couldnt do the work for me

Just out of random, my husband and I saw Coral Springs Kia and figured we’d stop in to see what options I would have since my lease was about to be up soon. I’ve sat in a lot of dealerships and this one tops the cake. Sebastian came over to discuss payment options. He was nothing but kind, professional, and personable. He didn’t push to put money down, lower my standards that I set, and went out of his way to tell me what options I have to get me to my desired payments. For the first time, I didn’t need to haggle or negotiate what I wanted. I was so impressed I advised my mom to come in as her lease was about to be up as well. Nick C. was also professional and helped my mom and I get into the cars we wanted. He offered options and went above what I expected for us. I felt like I’ve dealt with them many times before. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out their inventory, as well as gaining the same experience I did.P.S.- they let you test drive cars without dealers with you. I loved the concept as I felt comfortable not having the pressure of someone watching me and getting the feel of the full car before I bought it.

I filled out an app online and a rep from the coral springs location reached out to me. After giving them my details and assuring that the vehicle I wanted was in stock, they made an appointment for me to come in. I was directed to a new sales rep who had none of the information. I was then told that the car was not in stock. When I confronted them with the text messages I had received from them, they lied to my face about what was said. The manager was very rude, he gave me an attitude and raised his voice with me. This is a horrible way to conduct business.

False advertising & not honoring original coupon which technically still valid. Poor customer service

William Garcia is the best service advisor. i recently moved to Coral Springs and was looking for a dealership to service my Kia. honestly at the beginning i was very skeptical of the new service place for my car and etc. But it is all turned out to be a great experience, and now this is my place to go and to service my Kia. William Garcia is courteous, very professional super knowledgeable, has great customer service skills. I was in and out of the service within 1 hour. during this time William was providing me with updates when to expect my car, details of what is happening during service and at the end shared details of the inspection report and suggested maintenance and repairs. He is definably exceeded any expectations and now Kia of Coral Springs is my place to go for any service need. definitely would be recommending this place to my friends and family. awesome and very pleasant experience.

This is my second review. My first received the same rating. The person who responds to negative reviews doesnt actually answer your emails so dont waste your time. I had to no way to edit my original review which is why I decided to make a new one. I would consider contacting someone else as he seems to comment to want to discuss things just to make it seem like they actually care.Please read my previous review to understand the following: I have been receiving APPROVALS in the mail being financed directly through Kia from the date I was in the dealership looking to purchase a car. My salesman really dropped the ball on what could have been a sale for him.

I went to this dealership simply to test out a Kia Stinger but I wasnt intending on buying that day. My sales rep, Eduardo Egoavil, is awesome! We went for a test drive and he showed me all the bells and whistles and I fell in love with the car. Granted, I was driving a Tesla Model 3 so selling me on a Kia wasnt going to be easy. He was great!! Got the price for my car I wanted. Unfortunately, going to finance didnt go as well. Luis Infante is VERY SHADY as the business manager. If you buy there, make sure to avoid him at all costs.

The most disrespectful experience here today as i had a 920am appointment for a Kia recall and oil change with Joshua Waterman..( very arrogant person) and upon arrival at 4pm my vehicle was not even look at yet sitting still in the parking lot even though i drop it the evening before.... and to add salt to the wounds when i arrived he had no idea about the vehicle even though he collected the keys b4...... service like this is unacceptable anywhere and if this iscustomer care. Never again will i set foot in a kia dealer again and i am currently at the nissan dealer next door to get raid of this kia cause it already have 5 recall and the service sucks to top it off...

$1200 in fees including $799 dealer fee. Refused to negotiate. Told me to come back when I had a serious offer( Offer was 5% less than sticker price). Offered $4500 less than Autobuy for my trade-in and since I wouldnt tell them what I owed on it they tried to look it up, but the manager advised he couldnt because it was with Lexus financial. Customer service skills lacking and all they want to do is scam you. There are other dealerships and other cars for sale.

I cant begin to express my appreciation to you all for the unbelievable level of professionalism, respect, courtesy, and customer service I received during my visit. I walked into a showroom of strangers, and left feeling as though Id just made life long friends. It all began with my very first point of contact and introduction from the awesome Sales Manager, Steven, who kindly explained the vehicle details, and invited me out to the dealership; which lead to meeting THE warmest and THE most charismatic person Ive ever met, Mr. Sam Balkiss, my designated salesman, and the sweetest man ever, who began the purchase process with me. Then I met Luis, my Finance Manager, who is not only passionate about cars, but offered me some great resources on ways I could enhance my vehicles. Bait and SwitchAn absolutely horrid experience traveling over 25 miles in terrible weather to take advantage or what was promised to be an incredible offer.The final offer was not, and my questioning of this had me ejected from the dealership!Read the results of the day if you are interested -- they are fairly comic.________Advice-Make sure you review your final sales offer which should be sent to you in writing before you go here. Pay carful attention to any games played by the head financing manager to get you to sign a much higher price.----------Why Bait and Switch?In addition, although I did not want a black interior on my new Kia (it is too hot), and they told me that the model offered to me would have my alternative color, they gave me a take it or leave it on a black interior.---------------------How did the dealership hide the price increase?I figured out once I spent time looking at the final offer that the dealer doc fee had risen to over $1,400. In addition, the finance charge calculations had changed. In addition, although I asked them not to, because I had a good offer to buy my existing car at CarMax Pompano Beach, close by-- they pay good prices.My salesman insisted to keep it in the offer at a price which was $600 less than the price offered me at CarMax.---------------Summary -The dealership is a throw-back to the old car dealership days when you had to haggle for a car. They want you in the door --- and then will pressure you to sign a contract and do not want any arguments! They might be fine on service -- but do your homework and do not be intimidated by high pressure salespeople and a numbers-juggler finance manager.

Condescending to women! I had a very bad experience here because I was grossly underpaid for my trade-in under pressure. When I went back and spoke to Mark the sales manager and Petri, general manager asking them to rectify both were rude and said you made the deal and now it’s done. So much for building relationships for future customers. I will never ever buy a car from here again and the only reason I did was because they had the car that I wanted. Trust me go to Rick Case Kia rather than here.

Waited a week for simple oil change. Told it is by appt only. Was at appt on time service associate not avail had to ask another person for help only to find out a schedule oil change takes 90 min. Waited 90 min went up to ask about my car and they had not even started it. Consider this when buying a car. If the service dept is not good and they don’t value your time. Find another place. Spoke with Mgr his response was that an appt doesn’t mean your car goes in at time of appt it’s about talking to service advisor. I advised him that there nothing to talk about it is just a simple oil change and then he precedes to tell me an oil change is 90 min. Yet they had not even brought my car in. Poor service. Poor attitude

Worst service dept I have been to.this is twice I have scheduled service for the same diagnostic both 10 days ahead of schedule date went over work tha was getting done 800.00 worth they sent me reminders every couple days about my appt, got there signed in went over work again and left them minutes later gues what got call from service we need to order your parts. This is twice now if you own a kia dont bring it here. Maybe instead of sending me a reminder they should send it to there service dept to order the parts needed for the service that we went over 10 days earlier. At this point Im holding coral springs kia responsible if anything should happen do to neglect. Went in foe a recall 1st time did not do it did have program to fix .second appt now theres 2 recalls I need and breaks and guess what first recal is about engine catching fire . This is disgusting how they treat there customers.

Cheyenne has helped me even on his off days, he has been absolutely wonderful with keeping me updated. I had a horrible experience with Carlos in finance. My girl and I got a brand new vehicle not too long ago and we have been trying to finish paperwork for almost 3 weeks. I have been there 5 times to finish the paperwork. He is always busy with another customer. My girl call him and sent him a email no response. Then the day before they want to tow then carlos call telling me that if i dont come sign it the car will be tow. It is disappointing and horrible hospitality for this to transpire.

Great sales man, Brian Kaplan, he was all over making sure we good, even after the sale thats why Im giving 3 stars. The other missing 2 stars are because the free car wash, when its working I guess. I went in to the detailer section to ask for some assistance. The one guy says no English the other guy, on his phone speaking English looks at me and says no English. Brian came out to help and he couldnt get it to work either. The car wash looks like the first one ever build so becareful to make sure if you do put ur car in, to check for scratches after. My big worry now is the service department. If the detailers talk down to you like that, I wonder how the service department guys will be.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at Coral Springs Kia. I came in with a pre-approval from capital one, between the price of the car I wanted and the negative equity I would have to write into the new loan the pre-approval just missed the mark. Instead of attempting to use any other bank, which we all know there are MULTIPLE banks they could have tried, they told me I needed to put $5,000 down. I informed them I couldnt put more than $2,300 down and they said they would try to get me into a 2021 Sportage and use another bank. After coming back to me not even 15 minutes later I was told it was pending and it could take hours if not more to get a result. This was on a Thursday at 1pm. This wasnt a weekend when banks are closed. I asked if I could see the car he was trying to sell me and pointed toward the back of the building and said they would bring it up if I got approved. Why would I want them to get me approved for a car I didnt even get to test drive or see? They told me they would call me and let me know what happens and I received no phone call and no additional hit to my credit.If youre looking for a Kia, go to another dealership. I ended up going back to Arrigo Sawgrass to purchase a brand new Jeep, which I originally left because I wanted to see what Kia had to offer. Clearly this wasnt an issue with my credit or down payment and more of an issue of the salesman and finance team not wanting to do their job that day. I usually only leave reviews that are positive, but since my salesman couldnt even reach out to continue to lie to me about the pending bank status, I felt it was necessary to leave a review in hopes I can spare someone elses time.

They change their employees all the time so you can’t keep track of who’s who and sold me a faulty car that they’re refusing to fix (problems were evident when initially purchased, then they told me it was fine and now I’m still dealing with the same issues). First of all, the service woman Elizabeth takes off her mask whenever speaking to a customer or on the phone. People waiting in the lobby not wearing masks and no one telling them otherwise.Secondly, I came in for a recall on my engine and come out with a flashing tire sensor. Their excuse....not our problem. Has nothing to do with what we did to your engine. Car has been here all day. A total of at least 7 hrs now and they arent open on Sunday. Not very accommodating or considerate of my concerns. Why you dont go to a dealer!

I worked with Walter Dupuy - who I highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a car with Coral Springs Kia - he is exceptional! Walter is sincere and kind and is simply wanting to ensure the best customer experience and that everything is handled with integrity and care. Additionally, I worked with Carlos - who put together the financial paperwork. I cannot say enough about Carlos. He made sure to explain everything to me. I will openly admit that I have a rough credit profile and they were still able to get the deal done with no money down - I used my 2015 Kia as a trade in - and Carlos was adamant that I would come back in 3 years after working on my credit and they would get me into an even nicer car - if thats even possible as this one is amazing! I’ve come to the end of my lease. I want to buy the car, doesn’t sound too difficult. I asked them to please send me whatever paperwork needs to be signed. So they sent me link for a credit app, which I filled out.Everything seemed to be okay until I got noticed that my credit report with 4 hard inquiries. i received a call that my paperwork will be ready and to please come in and sign it. I asked him to please send me a copy via email so I can look it over. Upon me inspecting the paperwork I noticed that theres a $799 predelivery service charge. Keep in mind I Already have the vehicle in my possession so what pre-delivery they’re referring to I have no idea. It’s the dealership way of making more from you. There’s also a electronica registration filing fee of $449, when I leased a car I paid an initial license title and registration fee of $524.31 on a tag I already owned. They also tried to tack on GAP insurance after I told them that I didn’t want that added on through my purchase. I asked for them to remove and lower the cost of items in questioned. I got a very condescending response back from the finance manager.In the end I financed the car on my own with lower interest rate and lower payments. So so your homework before signing anything.This dealership is ripping you off look at all the fees they charge you. They clearly don’t care about repeat customers. I will be calling Kia Finance about this dealership. And I will NEVER do business with them or recommend your business to anyone ever again.

We bought a 2021 Telluride and when changing the registration for the tag, they changed the wrong registration! Now neither of our cars are correctly registered and they wont return our calls about fixing it. The tag office says Kia has to be the ones to fix it. My husband drove over there more than a week ago and they apologized and said they would fix it, but still havent. This is completely unacceptable as the mistake was 100% theirs. Do not go here.

5 stars Experience! Since the moment I walk in, I knew I was going to get the car I was looking for. Luis Infante was the person who was showing me the different options of cars . The process was very smooth and relax. They were playing lounge music which was a nice touch. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable. After finding the right car for me and best deal, Ana, from Colombia, took really good care of me in the financial process. Ana was very clear and patient explaining everything. From the start until the end the whole experience was just 5 starts. I was able to meet the General Manager, Mr. Seppanen who was very attentive and very professional and making sure all was going ok. For sure i would highly recommend Coral Spring Kia. Happy I found a Car Dealer where I can trust and have a peace of mind in getting the best deal possible. Coral Spring Kia has just the best Team !

I scheduled a cosmetic repair for a piece that broke in the interior of my vehicle. As I am sitting in the waiting area, I get a phone call from the Kia sales team. Miguel tells me that due to the mileage on my vehicle, the transmission will be going out soon and I should look into purchasing a newer Kia with him asap. If I wait, the value of my car will be less than $200. Really? Is that how you sell cars? Funny that the service team didnt have any of that feedback. I think it was an unprofessional approach and Miguel had no idea why I was visiting the dealership. I was happy with the end result of the repair but all my personal belongings were thrown around the inside passenger area of my car. Overall, NOT impressed with the way I was handled at a dealership. No survey was offered.

As we drive home in our brand new SUV, my husband and I are talking about how amazing the whole buying experience was! Our salesman Justin was phenomenal! I have never been to a car dealership and been treated with so much respect! Hes so personable that we felt like we were talking to an old friend! Definitely go see him! Hes amazing! When we got to the finance department we had Jeff who was also terrific! He was so nice and we compared stories about our kids and had nice conversation, which is great in such a high stress situation. He made us so comfortable! We went into the whole process with low expectations but I have to say that our expectations were blown away! I never thought Id be so happy and calm while purchasing a car. They really worked with us and didnt pressure us. Such a great dealership!

I have been looking for a car for a while and have talked to numerous sales man. I have to give Five Star to Mr. Whit Carter. My boyfriend went and test drove a car we are interested in and I was on the phone listening. I was amazed at how straightforward this person was.

Set an appointment for a service for repairs to my turbo on my 2016 Optima (already on the 3rd turbo). After i arrived I was told that I needed to agree to a $150 diagnosis fee to have my car even slightly looked at if they decide my repair isnt under warranty while being told that the service advisor didnt believe I was under warranty (original owner, under 100k miles). I had this current turbo replaced under warranty 10k miles ago, it is definitely under warranty. With having a $3500 turbo break 4x and dealing with this to top it off I couldnt recommend a Kia. Not to mention $150 for a diagnosis is robbery.

Coral Springs Kia comes accross as disorganized and unreliable with poor customer service skills.I expressed interest in a 2015 Audi Q7 in there inventory online. I immediately got a call from a sales manager and I made an appointment with him at 7pm the same day. He said the car will be ready and waiting.I arrived promptly at 7pm, the manager I had an appointment with had gone home for the day and he didnt make arrangements with any other sales persons to take his place or ready the vehicle.Aggravating, but I move on and worked with whomever was available and they then went to look for the car. The car was obviously not prepped for sale, it had plastic trim in the back seat that nobody knew where it came from and if anyone had driven it, they would have heard the distinct noise it made above 35mph. Unsure of what the noise was, the sales person told me hell get it into service the next day and let me know if it can be fixed. No call back from the dealership the next day or the day after, I had to call them just to find out that its a transmission problem and they were going to send the car to auction. Overall, a poor customer experience.

Just got my brand new 2020 Kia Forte, I was amazed by the customer service... the salesman (Jose Saint-vil) helped me a lot during the transitions and he explained everything to me word by word.. best experience ever I might even go back next week for another car :)

Just dropped off my car to service dept. Welcomed by some chick. Her comments in between talking to someone else, keys, keys, as shes pointing to the ignition. Then, I proceed to go into office and am welcomed by a gruff, John P.. it was quite obvious he didnt want to be there. He was rude. Just not at all nice for 7:30 in morning. I was obviously bothering him as he accused me of not handling my car correctly and more or less telling me I hope you have lots of money cause you .... As he went on and on. It might be ready at 9:30. Well, I have to be at work at 8:30. It would have been nice if the service department informed me when I made the appointment that it would take 2 hours. I specifically told them why I was bringing my car in and they said okay.

I went to the Kia dealership here and everything started out well. I knew that I had a difficult situation going in but was hoping for the best. I was told that I needed a co-signer and that once I had that I was approved. We did everything they asked and they kept asking for more. The communication was horrible. They would tell us we need one thing and we would bring it and then they would say we needed something else. I was told I was approved when I actually wasn’t. I ended up going there 3 times and by the fourth time I was finished. I told them that I would look elsewhere.I ended up going to Rick Case Kia in sunrise and was driving away with my new car within 2 hours. I was approved without a co-signer and by the same bank that Kia at Coral Springs Automall told me except I didn’t need any of the things they were asking for. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I definitely won’t be back or recommend anyone to go there. Carlos was kind of snarky and I didn’t like his tone. Walter was nice but the communication was not consistent. I ended up getting a better deal somewhere else and with NONE of the hassle.
