Great customer service. Which from metro to cricket that was one of my best decisions. The employee that help me purchase the phone was great and the employee I work with today dafne was amazing she help solve my problem and more. Definitely will come back and I recommend this store. Great every thing 5 stars to you guys and keep up the great work need more employee like them.

Walked and and was immediately greeted and advised someone will be with me shortly. Antonio was amazing from beginning to end. His patience and customer service skills were impeccable. I’m not to tech savvy and he took his time to answers all of my questions without making me feel incompetent.

I have been to countless phone stores and not a single one of them can even compare to the service at this store. When you walk into the store it’s almost like walking into your house with great attitude and smiling faces it is pleasure every time I walk into the store to pay my bill. Besides the overwhelming amount of blood sweat and tears the employees put into their jobs the deals they have are amazing. I Would recommend this store to anyone who wants to get a phone. I was shopping around for a phone but had gone to other stores and was not happy with the service. Once I walked into Cricket at Sample Rd the sales reps that were there were very professional and friendly. They gave me all the details on the programs that they offer and I got hooked. I’ve had my services with them for a month now and I’m extremely happy with them. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with metro any longer I have better service with Cricket.

So i wanted to know a lil more about them so i stopped by this location located on West sample and my overall experince was awesome and im extremely happy now with my new phone and much better cell phone service !!!!!! thanks Charlie !!!!
