John was very helpful. My phone was stuck on the Apple logo and would not come on. He was able to restore the phone and saved me from getting a new phone. He was also very quick! Faster than the Apple store and got the job done. Very satisfied!

I walked in a panic frenzy thinking i cracked the screen on my Apple Watch. I was assisted by the lovely associate John that assured me that it wasn’t my screen but a screen protector. He was right !!! I left there calm and happy ! Thank you John for your assistance today. You rock !!

My elderly mother went here to repair her S8+, and I wish she asked someone who cares for her for advice first. Her phone which could be replaced for $150 had been submerged in a swimming pool earlier that day. These crooks charged her $225 for a new screen, and then to add insult to injury another $15 for a screen protector. A total of $240 for a $150 phone that was broken and is still broken and worthless. She reported dealing with a man named ‘Ben’. The older community generally are not tech savvy and I’m assuming Ben, and the folks at this location are taking advantage of the elderly often. We are supposed to be protecting them not hurting them. Shame on you!!

Be Careful in this business, they sell you no original screen, and the price is more expensive of the original. Also no warranties. They fixed my broken screen about 9 days ago, and just I pull my hand over the screen to do a movement with small pressure, and is broken in an easy way, well now I dont have a warranty, come on, I spend $250 for a not original screen! and with no warranty, wow, I will never back and no recommend this store. So I went to another store and buy the original, with a lifetime warranty and just I paid $165.00. My recommendation is, and the best option is to try to look for other stores.

Had to give it one star because it won’t let you go without a star. I took my tablet to get a case. The older salesman insisted on putting it on, after I told no. He broke the screen and tried to say it was broken before he got it. Then told me he can fix the screen. I am attorney and in the process of filling charges for fraud.

I have been coming here for years!! Any problem I have with any of my phones they fix for the best price. It’s the best location I drop my phone off and walk around the mall for 20 minutes and it’s done. I compared prices to other places around and it’s always 20-40 dollars more any where else.

I had a nightmare experience here and would never do business here again. I shattered the screen on my iphone 8 plus and I was still able to receive calls and use my powerbeats to send messages but was unable to unlock my screen via pass code. I grew up in the area and I knew a few of the techs that have worked here over the years. The tech replaced my screen and it worked just fine. But I didnt have service on my phone anymore. I couldnt receive or make calls. I called the store from a friends phone to ask about the problem and the solution he offered was to put the old broken screen back on the phone to see if it would start working again. Puzzled at his response over the phone I went back to the store. Needless to say I was frustrated and upset that they damaged my phone while doing the repair and didnt take responsibility for it or offer to resolved the issue. Turns out the tech somehow damaged the CPU in the phone and my phone is now unusable. Just ordered the iphone 12 pro max with insurance from AT&T, do not do business here. They will not reimburse you or provide you with a phone if they damage your phone beyond use while doing a repair.

Ill be honest. I ALMOST did not walk into the store based on these reviews below. I ended up doing it anyway because they were open late, and I had no other choice but to take a chance. My iphone 10 was cracked on front and back, flying out tomorrow morning for a business meeting, and needed this done asap; they completed it PROMPTLY and EFFICIENTLY. It was so much better than I expected!! Its like BRAND NEW. I rarely write reviews, but these guys are very GOOD. While I was inside the store, I also noticed they had a TON of repeat customers. Interesting lesson learned today; cant always trust these online trolls and critics. Definitely recommend this store! Ill certainly be back. Cant thank you enough!

I went to the store to get my phone fixed and they said it will take 2 hours. Fine, no problem. I come back in two hours and it wasn’t fix because the did not have the right part. They could have called and notify me. But noooooooo. I had to come back and find out. Now the phone won’t turn on. Unprofessional.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY!!!! I took my phone (an LG k30) to get its screen fixed because I had dropped it and it cracked. When I brought my phone everything seemed okay and the guy named Leo said he would call back in three days to get it fixed. Well three days later I had to call back myself because it appears like they FORGOT, then the guy which was Leo himself said that he had told us three to five days, which Im quite sure he didnt say. I also asked him for a refund since I was starting to get a little upset about the customer service but he said that I couldnt because the piece had already been ordered. So I waited anyway and two days later I had to call back because it seems they forgot AGAIN, and after getting hung up twice I was surprised to hear that they never even ordered the piece that my phone needed in the first place. The guy offered me a refund that I instantly took, and said that I could get it in two days (Wednesday) which was weird because he said would be in the store the same time I called and the two days before Wednesday, and when the day came I went there and got the refund from a guy that wasnt even the one that said he would be there. They are capable of stealing $80 dollars from you and never call back. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, CONSIDER ALL THE REVIEWS THAT YOU READ HERE AND IF YOU TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

I’m currently working on my 3rd official service with the iFix in Coral Square mall. My daughter is bad with her tablet I can admit but I’m good with making sure I get it fixed and replaced. Each service that had been done has taken 2-3 months and I’m not exaggerating.I receive no correspondence from the merchant and I would have to call In to get updates, which is fine (I won’t complain about that ) - the annoying part is getting an update and GIVING THEM a week to get it together and then still not having an answer or getting an “ I have to call the other guy and figure out what’s going on as if you’re just there collecting a check. My next issue is I provided him with my name ( they have tags on the device with your name and phone number . He still asked for my phone number and name after the fact and then hung up the phone. This is just the worst customer service experience ever . Not the first time, not the second time ... but for the third time . I would highly recommend corporate change out the individuals at this location due to horrible customer service. I would never take another device to iFix due to this.I would recommend going to a rinky dink kiosk before trusting iFix and this is sad to say.Good luck getting your repairs 🤷🏽‍♀️

This place is the worst … don’t waste your money here … I had my screen repaired with them they did a horrible job didn’t place the screen correct 2 days in and it was lifting and because of that it ended up cracking from me just touching the screen tried going back to get it repaired and the guy was trying to charge me again to fix something he did incorrectly … Definitely get what you pay for just pay the extra bucks and get it done somewhere else !

When I went here to get my screen repaired the first time due to a crack, I thought I would be fine even though the reviews weren’t the best. When I got my phone back, I noticed a slight green tint in the screen. 2 weeks later, one day I turn on my phone and the screen is flickering with green and white lines. I go there and they say it was my fault even though I didn’t even drop my phone at all. I get it replaced here again, and they give me an even worse screen. Within a week it cracked without a drop. I decided to complain about it to try and get a refund. I didn’t get one so I decided to go to a smaller stand there. Much nicer people and better quality screen! Never go here.

I stopped in here on a whim after the back of my iPhone XS Max cracked. When I arrived, I was given an upfront quote, and the repair job took less than an hour, for only $100. No additional last minute charges to run up the bill. I had been looking to get it repaired before, but UBreakiFix and even my insurance were way too expensive (quotes ranging from $200-$250). So far, the work has held up! The one thing I will say is that it wasnt as clean and seamless as it could be. The excess glue was sticking out of the edges a bit, however, it was easy enough to clean up. Overall, Im really glad I stumbled across this place! Hopefully I wont need to be back anytime soon, but if I do, its nice to know theres a quality, affordable option nearby. :)

Best place to get your electronics fixed.I came in with a broken screen on my iPhone XS Max, I had Roberto help me with with this issue, but along our conversation he said to me that my phone had another problem internally (I believe he said motherboard repair) I had to leave my phone for a day, but he made it work in less than one hour.. he is a really good technician and knows what he’s doing! Brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. Came in a week later to pick it up the repaired phone. When I tried to reactivate my phone I realized that the imei was different and my carrier told me the imei in the phone was unusable. I contacted Benjamin and told him to my surprise and dismay he told me had had my original phone at the store and he had given me another phone because he was unable to fix the phone....how dishonest is that....never ever bringing business to this dishonest business again.

I came by Wednesday afternoon and was told that they would contact me end of day. No answer I had to call them and then they told me tomorrow by mid day they will know. The next day nothing I called later that night he told me they were very busy. So Friday someone would contact me. Today Friday I called and he said to me their waiting for a part to come in because the screen won’t turn on. So then I said why has no one contacted me to let me know what’s going on and I told him no wonder the reviews are horrible. He says to me oh really we’re a two ok but I am not charging you. I am like why would you charge me when we don’t even know what the problem is once we know you will be paid. It was as if he didn’t care to apologize for not communicating with me. Do not do. Usinwss with them there is no professionalism here.

I recently brought my child’s iPad to be repaired at this store. (coral square mall) it had a slight crack in the screen. But device had been fully functional for two years with the crack. So when they store manager come’s back with my child’s iPad all of a sudden the battery is no good and needs to be replaced. As it can no longer hold a charge past 2 percent. I explained I’d never had this problem before. With no resolved I had no choice but to pay for a battery replacement. A few weeks after I have another problem now with the logic board on the device when I bring it back they say I have a software issue and they can’t help me. My last option was to bring it to the Apple store where they told me the I Fix and repair retailer swapped out the internal of my child’s device. PLEASE DON’T HAVE REPAIRS DONE HERE.

The service used to be amazing I’ve gone there for years. Got the tempra glass on my phone fix like I always have done over the years. I saw that the price changed from $5 to $10 I was fine with that. So I gave the guy my phone and he said to wait and when I picked it up he was trying to charge me $80 saying that I cracked the actually screen and broke something inside. I told him that doesn’t sound right and he went to the back to prove me that I did more to my phone and when he came back he was like I’m just going to charge you $10 since you seem upset. I told him all you did was take the top glass off and nothing more and he seemed aggravated. I would never go back to that location since he is the manager there, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

THIS BRANCH IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a iPhone 5 scene fix here many years ago so when I started to have problems with my Macbook Air, it was first place that came to mind after the apple store. I dropped of my laptop off on Monday evening and was told that I would get a response on a diagnosis the next day by 12. The next day, I called after 1 because I didnt receive a phone call. I was told to called later. I called again that evening and I was told that the technician needs another day. After 3 on Wednesday, I called. I was told that the technician is on break and that I need to call after 4. As I explained my situation, the employee interrupts me and rushes me off the phone by telling me that the technician will call me after his break is over. I call one more time after 4 and the same employee tells me that I can either pick it up or pay the charge to fix it for $150+. As Im trying to confirm that I want to fix it, He interrupts me and tells me that I can call tomorrow to tell the technician then he hangs up on me in the middle of my sentence. I go to the store the next day and a different employee tell me that they cant help me as he gives me back my laptop. Its just weird to me that it was a different story than the day before. When I got in the car, I realize that they didnt even look at my laptop. I call the iFixandRepair in Broward Mall and explain what happened to me. They gave me a diagnosis, a discount, and excellent services in less than 24 hours just in time for me to help someone else with this review. If you can, I would recommend that you choose a different location.

Had a iPhone 7 plus glass replaced. Within a week home button was popping off. Took it back, they replaced the glass again but still had same problem along with issues with the sceeen. When on a call the phone screen would start dialing numbers and buttons pressed. Finally ended up at Apple. Turns out 3rd party replacement glass was defective didnt pass the Apple diagnostic tests. Bottom line ... have the patience and take the time to have it done correctly the first time and save money to have it fixed at Apple. Apple was $30 cheaper and works perfectly.

Where can i begin.... the staff at iFix is outstanding!!!!! I cant believe these bad reviews that are placed on them. They fixed my phone in the time frame they gave me and gave me a deal that noone in the tri county area can even match. Mr. Alex was great from the start to finish..... he makes you feel welcomed and best of all he makes you feel vauled!!! Love them!!!!

Horrible. Words cant even describe. Brought my laptop in to have the screen replaced. They had it for two weeks because they were looking for the part they needed as it was an older laptop. They couldnt find it and told me to come pick my laptop up. Well when I got there it the side of my laptop had a huge crack in it!!! It was obvious they had dropped it or soemthing. When I pointed it out the guy said well its already broken. I took it somewhere else and they WERE able to find the part and I ended up have to pay and EXTRA $50 to repair the cracked part where they dropped it because it was basically he casing that holds the screen in place. The way I see it they stole 50 bucks from me. Horrible and careless. So UNPROFESSIONAL.

What a smooth experience, from the moment we came in John kindly welcomed us in, I was rather upset because both my brother and I just broke our phone within 5mins of each other. John took great care of us and made sure we understood everything he was doing. He even educated us on the tempered glass and we both got one on our phone now. If your phone is broken or has a problem this is where to go. Ask for John.

I went here to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced, when i got it back, my screen was tinted yellow. It looks like it had a tanning filter on everything on the phone. I was not aware of this happening before hand either

Just went in to see if they can fix the touchscreen on my tablet. The guy that was there immediately told me to call the manufacturer. He didnt even look at it. Just checked the computer for the part and turned on the tablet. Saw that the touchscreen wasnt working and told me that Ill have to get the part which is $90 from China.Why wouldnt he diagnose it first. You know, to see if he can fix it without getting a part. Its just the touchscreen for Petes Sake. He looked to me like he didnt want to be bothered and I didnt like that.What a shame too because when I need to sell my smartphones, I come to you.What a disappointment.

Horrible 10/10 dont recommend. Yesterday (July 19,2019) i came here to get my phone (Iphone 6s plus) screen fixed and walked out with my phone not even able to turn on. These people broke my phone more then they fixed it and wasted my time. I had to go to a actual phone fixing place called Wireless Proz in Tamerac after pending hours trying to figure out why my phone didnt get fix but got BROKEN AT AN IFIX STORE. When I went to wireless proz not only did the man at the desk actually tell me so many people come to them after getting their phone fixed here at ifix. But that i may even just need to buy a whole new phone beacuse while these ifix people were repair my phone they used to much power and blow a bulb in my phone making it not able to turn on. those ifix people couldnt even figure out what THEY DID TO MY PHONE it took them hours and the still couldnt give me an answer.but it only took the guy at wireless proz like 30 seconds to let me what those ifix people did to my phone.so if you looking for a good or even just DECENT phone fixing place and your at ifix in the Coral Square mall your far from it. I highly recommend wireless proz in tamarac. Not only do they have better service but they have better prices and most importantly they actually FIX YOUR DEVICE. And also for ifix this will not be the last time you hear form me!

This is by far the worst place to get your phone fixed never in my life have I been treated so poorly when it came to customer services I came to the shop yesterday at 2:30 June 2nd 2019 I was try to fixed my screen and also my phone was not responding the man Whose name was Ben should be absolutely fired he’s absolutely trash and should be Deposed of he couldn’t fixed my phone for the longest as far as getting it to respond and when he finally did the man demanded me to pay for it I tried to use Apple Pay and wasn’t working because my iOS system wasn’t up to date he then told me that if I couldn’t pay that he was Confiscating my phone I told him that you are not taking my phone sir to where he reached across and try to grab my phone from my fingers he then lied and said that he was going to call the police and tell them that I assaulted him so I asked forgiveness so that I didn’t go to jail I then asked him could he just put my old screen back on so that I could leave and so he did I went to another phone place to get my screen fixed because I wasn’t doing business with them obviously there were pieces from my phone missing that they failed to put back so not only were they lazy and incompetent rude and very disrespectful but also threaten my livelihood I then left but I came back in I had some words for him because you don’t disrespect people in that manner when you’re in customer service and expect someone to understand he then call the cops on me and now I am banned from the mall for three months not taking away from Alex he’s a great guy But Ben if I ever see him in the street It’s going to be a problem

Doesnt get any better than same day repairs. In only 20 min my phone was fixed and I was on my way! Oh and they were cheaper than my insurance deductible. True value! Highly recommend it!

This place is awful, I took my Iphone 7 plus in for a simple small crack in the bottom right corner. I had no issues with the price of the repair. However, its what occurred afterwards that i was upset. I noticed my phone was not working properly my ear speaker kept coming in and out while on the phone my face was touching all sorts of buttons. SO i took it back and they told me i BROKE A SENSOR TAHT SITS AT THE TOP OF MY PHONE WHEN I CRACKED THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF MY SCREEN. so I TOOK MY pHONE TO BOCA AND THE MANAGER THERE ASSURED ME THAT WHO EVER DID MY REPAIR BROKE MY PROXY IS WHAT HE SAID. I NEVER TOLD HIM ABOUT THE CORAL SPRINGS STORE HE JUST REPLACED MY PROXY FOR FREE AND TOLD ME TO HAVE A NICE DAY. HE WAS A REAL GENTLEMAN AND CLEARLY KNEW HWTA HE WAS DOING NEVER GOING TO CORAL SQAURE AGAIN. THEYRE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES.

This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend going to this location at all. I brought my phone to this place 3x due to their error that they kept making. I needed my phone screen fixed and ended up taking it to them since obviously that’s what’s they do. The guy told me to come back in 20minutes. After I came back and picked up my phone it was a different man working and when he brought my phone out he told me that my home button does not work, which made absolutely no sense. when I gave them my phone everything worked perfectly fine, nothing was broken EXCEPT MY SCREEN. I told him that made no sense since that’s not how I gave them my phone. He ended up taking the phone back and telling me to come back in 20 min. After I came back they ended up fixing my home button but breaking my Touch ID. At this point I am furious since I didn’t notice my Touch ID didn’t work until I got home. The next day I brought it back and he told me the same thing, to come back in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the man told me that the home button is broken and needs a completely new one. To top that off they ended up ruining my front camera after they looked into my phone the last time. So now my front camera is completely blurry, my home button barely works so I had to put assistive touch on my screen, and I now have no Touch ID. I was so fed up with these people that I just couldn’t even go in fear of them breaking something else’s on my phone since everytime I brought my iPhone back something new was broken.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, IF YOU ARE IN THE CORAL SQUARE MALL AREA AND NEED YOUR DEVICE REPAIRED DO NOT COME HERE. THERE IS A KIOSK IN FRONT OF PINK WHERE A MAN WORKS ALONE AND DOES A GOOD JOB REPAIRING DEVICES. I had the worst experience, i took two ipads to fix (just had cracked screens), took them about a week to fix after they said it would be 2-4 hours tops, both iPads came back without working, according to them the screens came damaged, took it back and they again took longer than they said, they didnt even called us either time to let us know they were done either... One of the iPads got a battery replacement since it needed one according to them .. It now turns off after 2 hours .. If not less (it didnt even do that when the screen was cracked), the other ipad has a weird white line on the screen and the home buttomThat was perfect even with the broken screen randomly broke not long after i got it back, so i paid near 200 dollars for them to give me back worst than before ipads, i didnt even bother taking the ipads back because i feel like they wont fix them properly anyways.. I would give them 0 stars if i could .

Veryyyy unprofessional I came to ifix to get my screen fix and the led light or screen it was $180 NO PROBLEM plus $30 to have the parts rushed so I could have the phone fixed so plus the $30 made it a total of $212 I dropped it off august it was a Wednesday I asked him could it be fixed by Friday Saturday the guy said he would try ok no problem,& that he would call me & never received no call I called them and got the voicemail so I returned to the store that Saturday he was like It wasnt fixed yet so I asked him why wasnt I notified because I live over 18miles from here, he was like everything should be fixed and finished by Wednesday I said okay. So I went n had surgery Monday came back Wednesday and it still wasnt fixed no call or nothing I get there he was like its fixed but we had to get a new battery it will take about 2days so by then Im getting pissed but still having patience so I come back late Friday the phone

I took my phone in for repair and the guy at the front named Roberto was super nice took care of me and got the job done super fast !!! Super satisfied !! Thanks IFIX!!!

I recommend Robert if your screen is broken. He fixed my phone in 30 min. and it looks brand new! You could find him in Coral Springs mall the store ifix

I tried to fix the screen on my ipad by buying one on eBay. I followed the instructions and the screen didnt work. Thinking it was my fault, I tried harder and semi-broke a connection on the main board:0. They told me that the screens from e-bay come bad alot and because of the damage, they werent sure they could get a good screen working. I give them 5 stars for not only trying, but succeeding to fix my screen. Awesome!

This place is a waste. I came here with my fiance to get her laptop screen replace because it was cracked. They charge us 100$ to fix it and told us that they will call us whenever they was done repairing it.a month goes no call so we call and they mention to us that they are waiting on this part that they order which they havent recieve yet. So 2 months pass by and still no call and whenever i call its the same story again. So at this moment im losing my patience because. She needed her laptop for school and hw etc. So after 3 months i had enough because before we handed them the laptop they had mention to us it will be fix in a week or two and that havent been the case. So i went back to the location ask them whats the hold up and why is it taking so long. And here we go again waiting on a part still.smfh so im fed up and ask them can i just get the laptop back and my 100$ back. I guess they seen how angry and irate i was they give me my 100$ and laptop back lord knows i was waiting on them to say they cant give me back my $$$ oh hell wud have broke loose in that store. And the only thing they did was make the screen alot worst then it was from before. Smh p.s save your time and $$$ these ppl are known for messing consumers electronics.. #neveragainifix.😠😠👊👎

I went in about 4 weeks ago a day before my birthday and I wanted to get myself my phone screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S5. It was working fine broken screen and all. The scratch was not even that bad. 1ST they told me they did not have the right color and I said it was okay. My Samsung is originally white and they only had a black screen. They told me to come back within 30 mins after dropping off my phone. I got my phone back and it was working nice. I went home and realized THE SOUND WAS NOT WORKING. it cost me $$130. I had to drive all the way back from home to the mall and ask them what the problem was. They told me they broke the sound whatever in my phone and I have been unable to hear ringtones out of my phone for two weeks because they have been ordering the part to replace. WITHIN THOSE TWO WEEKS MY SCREEN FELL OFF AND I HAD TO TAPE IT TOGETHER WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I went back to them because I was fed up and have not received a call from them and I just walked in and they told me to leave it with them for a day. Fastforwarding to the next day : BECAUSE THEY CANT FIX IT AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG SOUND PART FOR MY PHONE AND THE SCREEN WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE TO BEGIN WITH AFTER THEY KEPT TELLING ME Come back tomorrow, come back tomorrow, come back tomorrow. They told me they had broke my phone there is no way to fix it and they cant find a compatible screen therefore they will give me back my money and give my phone back with a broken screen. I had it. I demanded a new phone because I have been still paying off this one. They now told me to come in on Saturday because they promised me my money back and a new phone. I hope so or I will be writing another review and complaining to corporate. NEVER GO HERE.

Had a audio issue said it would take 2 days to fix, took them all week and in the end i got my phone back worst then when i brought it to them

Terrible, fixed my phone and had to go back twice and its still not fixed. Try somewhere that knows what theyre doing
