I went in for the promotion offered. Immediately they said my provider was not eligible, my phone number was not eligible, started to ask for information not needed for porting and then the worst of it all, the slimy salesman approach of going to the back, saying that the phone isnt available and then trying to upsell me when they had the phone available. Stay away.

I had problems with my cellphone for 3 days. I couldnt access to any application. I went to the store and got assisted immediately by a representative named Willy. He fixed the problem 😄 he was really nice and polite. I always get a great experience every time I go there. (10314 W sample Rd)

Theyre was this employee in the metro pcs his haitian i tell him that my phone keep changing by itself everytime i go to the sun he say that all Motorola g7 phone are like.that and they can charge by themself smh well in reality it wasnt the case what happened is that my phone had a battery problem that cause the battery to drown fast and when you go to the sun it changed. Well i didnt like that at all that man give people lots of false informations.
