This company is the most unprofessional and biggest scam artist ive ever seen. Frank is the biggest liar and disappears for weeks with every excuse not to do the job. i gave him the deposit the same day he came to measure, literally disappeared for 2 weeks and till today said an installer was coming and that NEVER happened either. excuses like truck broke, no van avail, cant get a hold of installers etc etc. Guys run from this company if you want a garage door installed. Doesnt answer calls when he needs to hide and not do the job. HORRIBLE COMPANY... STAY AWAY

Had a spring break that was “50,000” cycles guaranteed and turns out that name brand company was not so Precision as they claim to be. Frank quickly replied to me and after seeing photos I sent he determined that the incorrect-too small for my application-were installed by the other guys only 6 years ago. Now we have the correct springs installed an the door is balanced plus he noticed the safety wires were beginning to show signs of wear so for 2 5 bucks extra I am all set. Called at 9 and he was able to show up at 2 the same day. Good guys and honest and fair price I recommend

Without a doubt, best service you can ask for... I called around 8am the morning my garage door broke and before 3pm the same day it was fixed. I described the problem to a gentleman named Frank over the phone and texted some pictures over to him and he was able to diagnose the problem ahead of time and do the repairs on the spot. Their original estimate came in around $300 - $375 but after they completed the repair I was only charged $275. This has never happened before and I’m so grateful for the timelessness, responsiveness, and their professionalism. Not to mention, they came in under budget which is amazing in itself. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience. Frank is very knowledgeable, professional, and more than anything honest. I asked for a full opener replacement because of multiple issues. Frank explained some could be done by myself and some by him and fix the issues at half the cost of a replacement. I contacted F&J on a Sunday morning after backing up into my garage door (as it was accidentally closing--yikes)..... knocking the retainer & door seal off of the door. Frank came by that afternoon, gave me a quote and advised that he could obtain the parts the next day. On Tuesday, he came and installed the new retainer and garage seal. In addition, he changed the rollers and sprayed the hinge rollers and tracks. The garage door had not been serviced for 15+ years. Everything now works great, the door is quieter, the seal complete and the job done for a very fair price. I highly recommend F&Js services. They are a local family business.

You can barely find companies in business for decades with that kind of a backing. Best part about the reviews? These guys take the time to respond to every single one. Try finding another company of any type do the same. This alone says alot about how much they care about their business.I called them and tons of other companies, some I was sent to voicemail and told to leave a message. Some I felt like I was taking a number at a deli counter and didnt really feel like they cared about my business. Some,even weeks later never called me back. So I got one company said they could come out when it was good for them while I was at work several days later, no thank you. The prices quoted by the other companies were about $20 more/less than F&J but F&J called me fast and when they did they were just amazing to deal with. When they called I said based on your reviews and my conversation, they were hired. F&J came out that evening, when it was good for me and on a short time crunch slammed out the work fast. The guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable.In the end, they made me feel like they cared about my needs and their business. Contacted F&J through Thumtack website.3:45 PM Received a call from Frank at F&J, was quoted a very reasonable price for the repair, and made appointment for him to come over the next day.4:30 PM, Tuesday, October 1, 2019.Frank arrived with an assistant and began work on installing new tension springs.5:30 PM Installation is finished, very professionally done, and garage door works like new!!!5:35 PM I am ecstatic having found such a reliable, competent, and reasonable repairman!!!Need I say more?

This company was phenomenal with handling our garage door issues. Both of our belts had frayed and they replaced both at a very competitive price. During the repair further issues arose with one of the garage door openers, where the unit appears to have burnt out during the repair. Rather than try to pass this expense on to us, Frank said it occurred while they were working on it so they will take 100% responsibility for the issue. They came back the next day and installed a new garage door opener at their expense. This kind of service is nearly unheard of these days. I wish I could give them 10 stars because these guys really went above and beyond on this job.
