I hired them to host my two year olds party and it was fantastic. They had a beautiful setup and we paid to have a Mickey Mouse character come and sing happy birthday which was the highlight of her party. They were very attentive and had someone cleaning constantly behind us so there was no garbage around. Again, what a fantastic place to hold a party.

This brand new store has an amazing selection of toys, games, a baby doll adoption center in the middle of the store complete with a baby adoption and baby naming ceremony. Theres a cool animatronic TRex Dinosaur and even a playground. Some of the childrens toy kitchens are nicer than some people have in their homes. I wanted one of those to take home.

We needed an experience like this for kids. Play area - unique toys - educational toys - welcoming environment.

What a great toy store! So much more fun than shopping online. I really appreciated being able to touch and hold the products before buying. There is a very cute doll nursery and a large selection of toy cars for my son to look through.

***** Im updating my review because I was reached out to by the owner of this business, but I was unable to speak to her because I was trying to get my infant down for bed, and for that i do apologize. However the fact that the owner took the time to reach out, that speaks volumes about the way they run their business, that tells me that they strive to deliver exceptional service. With that being said despite the initial visit, I would recommend this business to tourists and locals alike so that this business can continue to grow. When a business owner takes time to take in feedback, that is what creates a magical place of business that folks can enjoy.*****The selection was great, however I felt unwelcome. Because of the pandemic, the lady took pictures of myself, my son, and 1 of our twins in the play area, kept watching as he played. We spent 149 on 2 remote control trucks, 1 was truck and trailer, that wouldnt steer from the box. The other was a truck/helicopter combo in which the truck worked, but the helicopter wont charge.. Im not too thrilled with the quality of the 2 remote control toys. The overall experience, minus the staff and quality of some of the toys it was indeed a neat place. Perhaps our experience would have been different if the pandemic wasnt currently happening, but as far as the quality of toys I believe they could be much better quality for the price tag.

I went to the grand opening, and it was a blast! My kids played in the playground for over 1 hour and even got free pizza. I loved the store and think the baby adoption center is really nice. I bought an old school board game that I remember playing when I was a kid and had fun playing with my kids when we got home. Its a great toy store and I look forward to shopping there again. The T-Rex was really cool!

This was a very cute toy store! My daughter loved the baby adoption area and wished she was little again. My son picked out a few toys and LOVED the indoor playground. You do need to make a purchase to play but they playground was great! Very clean and bright space!

I dont normally leave comments but I had to give this place 5 stars. It was an amazing experience. The greatest part was seeing how happy the kids were when they saw the doll nursery and the dinosaur. (of course we took some pictures). The part that gets me is looking at their adorable faces and excitement when they ask to get a toy or a doll it brings joy to my heart. I think every parent should experience this with their kids. Its just not the same shopping online its more Fun seeing them choose what they want and how happy they are. The kids spend over an hour in the play area which was very clean and well put together. We will definitely be back soon especially for xmas shopping.

Definitely a toy store you want to visit my kids love going there they love the playground. My daughter love to go shopping for new baby doll accessories. There is so much to choose from I am not an online shopper so I like to touch and feel and this toy store and the experience they offer gives me that time for me and my family.

I went to this toy store with my mom and we saw so much cool toys! I loved the dinosaur I took a really cute photo for my instagram. I bought a huge squishy (a strawberry one). I want to play in the playground but I was too old, but the lady who worked there said I could go in, I told her Thank you . I love that the playground is free! I definitely will tell my friends to go to this toy shop! It definitely was a fun experience! 😁

Great place to take your kids! The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the playground is something the kids will surely enjoy while you shop around. This store bring back so many great moments of actually toy shopping, and not sitting around a company on amazon etc and guessing what you’ll actually get in the mail. I highly recommend this toy over any Toy store in the area!

Their selection of toys is very nice, but overpriced. From the moment I walked in I didnt feel welcome. The only employee, a young man, acknowledged us. Both owners were there, I think, and not even a welcome in or hello. Only when I set something on the counter to purchase did she acknowledge my presence by asking if I was buying the item on the counter. I wasnt sure of what to expect walking in today for our 1st time. They have a bunch of little shopping carts and my daughter thought it was to go around and put toys in. I could feel this woman (owner) staring us down as if she was annoyed and I wasnt going to put the toys back. I did not feel comfortable in here at all. Probably wont go back as they have all these toys at other retailers around. (And for much cheaper)

We hosted my babys 2nd birthday at Toy Express last week and were delighted by the turn out. The owner, Melissa, was extremely attentive and accommodating. She will help you with whatever theme and activities you are dreaming up for your kids celebration. We had beautiful Beauty and the Beast theme decorations, a face painter and animal balloon maker, great videographer, and Princess Belle made an appearance. Easy one stop shop. I also have to commend the staff for being extremely helpful and genuinely nice people. The playground is immaculately clean and great for small children. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My nephew had an awesome time as he celebrated his 2nd birthday!! Very fun experience and the people that work there are great! My family and I recommend going here if you are looking to throw a party for you kids!

I’m so thankful that’s there’s finally a Toy store in the area that I can purchase toys from! This store has an indoor play area where kids can play, a cool huge mechanical dinosaur, and a place where kids can adopt a baby doll! There’s a lot of product choices here that I can choose from! So happy this is in the neighborhood - I’ll surely be back!

I liked the store and the service, but when making my purchase, there were many people in the store, many children and only 1 employee, who had to take care of the cashier and also observe what happened in the store. I bought a small toy priced at $ 3.99 + tax which gave a total of $ 4.27. When paying I gave a $ 20.00 + 27 cents bill. When receiving the change, unfortunately did not check, put it in the wallet, because the store was busy and my daughter crying. Upon arriving home, I noticed that I received only $ 1 dollar change, while checking the receipt, I realized that it would work that I only paid $ 5.27. I went back to the store to explain if they could check if there was more money in the cashier, but as there was only 1 employee, they asked me to write my phone and as soon as they checked the cashier, they would call me. But they never called me, it happened on Saturday November 2nd, today is November 5th. I know I was wrong not to check the change on time, but if they said they would call me, why didnt they do it? It shows a lack of commitment to the customer and it left me disappointed. I believe employees need to be better prepared to work with the public.EDIT: I know I didnt give $ 5.00 in the store, because in my wallet there was only $ 20.00. I was wrong to leave the store without checking the change, but you made a mistake not being honest. I hope $ 20.00 makes a difference in your life. And as for the 20%, I dispense, because I will not return to the store, I can not compromise with people without character.

It is not stress free shopping as advertised, instead it’s tempting for the kids, being my first time there I wasn’t sure what to expect. I told the employees it was my first time to try and get a lay of the land, instead they were eating and just waved. My kid was throwing a tantrum to go in the playground, I asked if I could let him go while I shop, the employee told me to read the rules. After walking over to a gate with rules it mentioned I have to make a purchase or pay $2. Well, if I could put him in there to see they toys I most certainly probably would have bought a toy. But I didn’t make a purchase yet and want going to pay $2 when I only had a few minutes to kill. So we walked over to the toys. Employee didn’t ask why he didn’t go in, nothing. He’s now fill out tantrum so I have to leave bc I can’t shop like this, they’re like oh he’s sad... ya thanks I didn’t notice...? From what I did see the learning school books were over priced, you can get the same books but cheaper at five below, Costco or Walmart. Don’t forget the stress free shopping at Amazon!

I had my sons birthday party there and it was awesome, the staff was great and the owners are awesome people, from the time I made my reservation for the party the communication was excellent, I recommend this place for a party any day.

I took my children to check this place and I was welcomed by a young man. The owner was glued to her phone the whole time and it was very uncomfortable as it was close to 6pm closing time and there was just one shopper in the store besides us. While my children were shopping, I needed to download something but it requires a wifi, I see there is a wifi for Toy Express Guests so I asked asked if I could get their password. The young man looked at the owner for approval and thats the only time the owner put her phone down, looked at me and said its not working. The toys are overpriced but we bought some anyway. Never going back.

One of the best toy stores in Florida. The best thing is an indoor playground which lets you shop with ease.

The place looks fun, but I was disappointed to see grumpy people and the extremely dirty playground. Prices are extremely expensive for many toys that we can buy at dollar tree.

We stopped by on a whim and had a great time walking around and seeing some real blasts from the past. It was great!

2md time going to this store, and my kids love it I find just what I need.ove the small toys around the dinosaur and love the play area that your kids can enjoy while your picking something out(in order to play you gotta buy something) fine by me. The staff isnt super welcoming however I like that they dont helicopter you while your shopping!!
