I’ve been going to Looking Glass optical for a little over three years. I’ve always had great service and really liked the doctor. Last week, I called the office and told them about an eye infection I had and needed to be seen since UI urgent care wasn’t able to help. I was told by the receptionist that it would be two weeks until they could fit me, which I found absolutely ridiculous. I asked if there was anyway he could get me in just to look at it. He told me to go to the emergency room because he couldn’t help me. I called a local optician near by and they were able to fit me in the next day. Looking glass optical unfortunately lost my business. It’s pretty ridiculous for them to not be able to get one of their long term patients into their schedule when it’s for an eye infection. The receptionist simply didn’t care and was very unprofessional.

Pay no mind to the handle, this praise is genuine.Went in for some minor glasses repair. The man I spoke with was the peak of professionalism and efficiency, and I was in and out of the building in minutes. Will absolutely keep them in mind if Im ever in need of an optician. 5 stars

The doctor here is so great but management is another thing.After 10 years of Business I quickly realize your money or business means nothing to them. My child and I were not able to use there bathroom a we were long time patrons of the business. This is also the second time I had issues regarding my child. So #Mom, #SpecialNeedsMom,#specialneedsparentsthey are not kid friendly so think twice.

I got my new glasses about3 months ago and the service was very poor any who has glasses no’s that they need to be fired to your face when I went to pick up my glasses they handed them to me no fitting or any thing like that I never a place do that so I will not be going there any more or will not be tilling my friend s to go there!!!!!!!!

Stopped in real quick to ask about glasses repair. He was done with them in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Wonderful experience and will definitely return to purchase a few pairs.

Honest people who sell you want you need and want, not package deals that cost more. Also buying glasses once the frame choice is made takes 1 min!
