The appointment was set up by Nations Hearing. The customer service person at Nations Hearing told me there would be no charge to me. At the end of the appointment in which the hearing aid specialist who is also the owner was rude, he demanded fifty dollars from me. I called Nations Hearing and they said he should not have done that. They were paying him.He was double billing me and Nations which is paying him 200.00 for the visit to adjust my hearing aid. The place was kind of a cluttered dump. I would never go back and deal with shady people like this.

Not a typical doctor-type office, but Bill is great. I especially like how he will give you his honest opinion about different products, as I like to factor in a knowledgeable person’s opinion.My hearing aids were stolen and he offered me a loaner pair of hearing aids while my new ones were being ordered, which I thought was exceptional.
