Went to multiple locations on the island and Jennifer won by a landslide! We bought our couch today and couldnt be happier. The staff was super nice, Jose was very helpful and friendly. The manager on staff was also very personable and pleasant. Place was not packed which led to more personalized service. Prices were also better than any other location. Would highly recommend :).

Just got my Furniture delivered right off the truck The head board was damaged actually cracked all the way through. The chest was damage the frame is broken, the night stand frame is also broken. Their pins are completely snapped in half. Dresser is missing and the TV mount is missing the fireplace. Very concerning after spending over 4,000 dollars this may not be the quality I though I was getting. Concerned Customer!
Picked up a new kitchen table and couch at a great price. The young salesman that helped us was so sweet and helpful and at only 18 years old shows tremendous potential for a big future! The only thing that had me knock off a star is the $200 delivery charge. Seems a bit high considering we had just spent close to $3000 in my personal opinion. Ended up renting a uhaul for $20 and doing it ourselves lol

Visited this location after seeing advertisements that they were going out of business, so I figured Id check it out.. Walking into the store it gave me swap-meet vibes. I was greeted by a young how seemed like he wanted to help, until he disappeared for about 20 mins. I approached second sales (an older man) rep working that shift, he gave me the attitude as if my money wasnt good enough for him. Fast forward. My wife and I were left to bring our own products out to the curb. Not very happy I can see why this location is closing.
Even though the store is closing out its inventory, the sales person Chris and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pricing was good too!
Theyre going out of business so there isnt really much to choose from, and what is there seems a little overpriced still. The pieces they do have look nice however. Definitely worth a look.

This place is way overpriced. I paid 326$ for a Fulton at Jennifer furniture. I seen in Walmart for 159$. Never again.
The staff is so incredibly eager to help! They aren’t pushy at all and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. I saw the perfect dining set though and bought it immediately. It has been 5 months and it is still in perfect condition. Great quality furniture at a reasonable price! Thank you!

**response to store, I have called and left several voicemails, your phone rings until it goes to voicemail every time and no one’s reached out to me**I bought a nice dining table that was way overpriced during their sale. The sales man told me it was pure stone and worth thousands. I told him I was sure that it wasn’t real stone, but he convinced me otherwise. It was heat of the moment, and against my best judgment, I bought it there instead of researching. Next day I find this same exact table on Walmart and several other sites for less than 1g! I feel so cheated, but thats what you get for letting a salesmen’s pressure get to you
BUYER BEWARE!!!! We ordered our furniture for our new home on 4/5/18 and here we are 2 months later waiting for our dining set, the final part of our order. We were told at the time of purchase we would get the dining set shortly after our couches were delivered. Its now over a month after the couches were delivered and we have no dining set. Weve been given the run around from every employee in the store and told different dates on multiple occasions. Apparently only the manager has access to information regarding when merchandise comes into stock, so your best bet is to call when hes working because other than him, nobody can give you any real information. Its been four times weve been through the same cycle with them. They give us a day it will be in stock and say theyll call that day and schedule a delivery with us, they never call, we call them, they tell us oh its not in itll be in on X day, well call you then or they cant even give us a day and we end up having to call and go through the same process all over again. The management in the store is of no help, they say whatever they think you want to hear in order to get you out so that the other prospective customers dont hear your dissatisfaction. If they didnt charge a 30% cancellation fee we would have canceled the dining set the first time they tried to give us the run around. We feel extremely powerless because 30% is a lot of money to just be out of and who knows when this dining set is going to come in. Were at the mercy of Jennifer Furniture at this point and we would never recommend anyone shop here and we will strongly advise against anyone who is thinking about it. Unless headaches, games, and frustration are your idea of a good time.
The customer service was great. When we arrived we were welcomed and left alone to browse the selection of recliners. When we had question the employees answered every question. When we found the set of recliners we wanted, they suggested that we try as many as possible to make sure we chose the one we really wanted.

I was unsure of what items to purchase for my personal office space and he truly helped me get exactly what I needed. My office looks amazing and I have referred countless clients who have ordered furniture here as well. We ordered our couch on 4/6/18 and was told 6 weeks for it to be delivered. I had called 3x and got no information on an updated day of arrival. The man on the phone kept saying it says its still in process at the manufacturer. When I told him I want to call the manufacturer for an update then if he cant provide me with anything, he said theres no number to call. So this last time we called, we finally get told it will be MAYBE by mid-July. That is 14 weeks!!! that is more than double the time they told us! And its not even a definite! Getting answers here is a nightmare. Had I known, I never would have purchased here.***UPDATE*** It has been 4 months and still no couch. The number they responded to this review with, when we called, they said it is not the correct number and they will forward it to the right person. No option to speak to them at that time. When we finally received a call back, the person said they will give us a voucher for curtains or lamps because of the hassle we have been through. Great! Well Fast forward another couple weeks, still no couch, still no update. We call the store for what seems like the 30th time to get an update. System not working. Call again and they have no record of the voucher and still no couch. Final straw: Got the call last week the couch arrived!. When we tried to schedule delivery, they need an ALL DAY WINDOW. We were like how is that possible. They said they figure it out the day before. Now, we need to wait another week and a half before they even deliver it. NEVER AGAIN.

I would HIGHLY SUGGEST asking for KARIM the salesman to help you when you go to this location and AVOID the salesman ROBERT!!Robert is completely rude. My boyfriend bought the couches from Robert yesterday and I went to pick up the ottoman today from the store since we bought the floor sample model.Karim realizing I needed help to load the ottoman in the car he came out to help me when I believe it shouldve been Robert since he was the one who recieved the commission.Anyway ask for Karim.

Very dissatisfied by our experience and the treatment we recieved. The couches we purchased 3 years ago started peeling a few month into having them but the manager there assured us he would take great care of us when we are ready to return. Needing new furniture we returned last week only to be treated with complete disrespect and made feel very unwelcome. Kareem needs to be retrained and coached on proper service and with so many options these days companies can afford to be pushing people away and making them feel unwanted.
My husband and I came here and didnt know what we wanted. Then Kareem came and helped us decide on a sofa set. I got my set on time and they set it up in my new living room. I love it, great choice

This company is the worst, i would never buy anything from them ever again. I bought a 2900.00 sectional from them and they sold me bonded leather and told me it would last and how great it was and talked me into buying the extended warranty anyway . Well 3 yrs old and peeling everywhere and they said its normal wear and would not help me at all . Bad business -5 rating

He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the transaction went smoothly, with excellent communication between the time of purchase and when the furniture arrived. Delivery was on time and the crew, led by a gentleman named Oscar, were courteous and professional.

Extremely poor quality of furniture if you want to call it that. Only thing worse than the products offered is the absolute disgusting lack of customer service. Kareem was combative, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere you will be happy you did.
What a horrible experience. Ordered a living room set and den set (sectional) on black Friday. Was told I should have it between 3-4 weeks and no worries we would have it by Christmas. Spoke with store manager and said both items were out of stock and would not receive them until mid January. We were persuaded to order a living room set that was in the warehouse and cost 300. more that could be delivered by Saturday. I called the day before and was not on the delivery list. I had to cancel the order. Do not shop with this company.
Beautiful furniture
Horrible. Just horrible. Bought a coffee table and couch from here. Said it would arrive within 4-6 weeks. (Ordered at the beginning of May, arrived two days ago (JULY 11.) Couch was fine, delivery people were professional, however, coffee table was chipped on four different spots and has splattered paint spots all over it. I calmly called them, sent emails with pictures, and was told Id get a call back. Never did. Called today already infuriated at the lack of customer service and was told TO RELAX BECAUSE THERE ARE PEOPLE DYING OF CANCER AND I AM WORRIED ABOUT A COFFEE TABLE. WHAT DOES A COFFEE TABLE HAVE TO DO WITH CANCER? AND ON TOP OF THAT, DID YOU SELL ME CANCER TREATMENTS OR DID YOU SELL ME A TABLE? Ive never felt so disrespected and lied to from another company like I do this one. Go to Raymour and Flanagan Outlet by Smithhaven Mall. They literally delivered my bedroom set and dining table THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. They have better prices and pretty much the same furniture, if not better and will always deliver as promised without any problems. Shame, shame, shame on you, Jennifer Convertible.

Buyers beware this is the worse place I ever dealt with,i bought a custom loveseat in april I understood it would take some time I was told about six weeks that was ok,i called numerous times and was told they didnt know the status of the item,they even said the computer couldnt give me any status either,apparently I was bothering karem so he directed me to the general manager who took another month to help I finally received my item on july 31 and was told that I would receive compensation for my troubles still nothing if you dont want the run around go elsewhere completely un professional,i dont want any feedback from jennifers furniture I just dont want to see anyone else getting screwed

We went into Jennifer Convertibles on May 24, 2015 to purchase a couch. The sales person, Andre, was wonderful and talked us into buying the perfect couch for our family. Then when the company came to deliver the couch we had a completely different experience. The men delivering the couch didnt even say hello. He walked up to us and said “Show me where the couch is going” with his tool box in hand. Then as he walked through our home he said it wouldnt fit through the front door, the hallway, the back door, and into the room we purchased it for. We were perplexed by his comments because he didnt even measure or try to bring in the couch. We then stated that we had bigger pieces of furniture in our house so, we were wondering how he came to this conclusion without even trying. We then asked for the couch to be left and he said wait he had to call his boss. He spoke to his boss and then handed my husband the phone and said that his guys could get it in the house for a price of $199, which included taking the couch apart. At this point we felt that they were trying to get one over on us and told them we would contact Jennifer Convertibles. Then the delivery team left with the couch.We then contacted Jennifer Convertibles our experience with the sales team changed. They did not understand and wanted to deliver the couch 2 weeks from the date promised. They also stated that we were not charged for the couch because we havent received it yet. I explained that is an untrue statement. We then asked to have the couch cancelled and speak to the District Manger. They said that they would email him our information and we never heard from him. We then took his number and his answering machine was not accepting messages and he was On another call or away from his desk. It is now 8 weeks later and we still do not have our money back or the couch. Their sales person Brooke and Andre every time we call or have been in to the store, keep trying to talk us into having the couch delivered. I have repeatedly said NO, I want my money back and nothing to do with your company. She reports that there is nothing she can do for us and we will have to talk to LES, where besides hearing his voicemail I would think he no longer works for the company.I WOULD GO ANY WHERE THAN HERE. TRY RAYMOUR and FLANNIGAN FOR BETTER SERVICE, GREAT DELIVERY TEAM AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE SURE CLIENT IS HAPPY.

Careem is rude and unprofessional. I walked in and asked him the name of a dining set that I liked. He asked why. I informed him that I like to do my homework on anything before I buy it. Especially when the couches I bought from Jennifer peeled in months. He refused to give me the name and then made up a false name claiming that that was the last one in existence and was very nasty (it was not the last one btw). I asked for the manager and he informed me that he was in patchogue. I called over there and spoke to Andre. I let him know that I am looking to make a sale, but I am not being treated very nicely. Andre said then go somewhere else, and could care less. Careem saw that I was on the phone with his boss and kicked me out of the store, saying abusive things to me in front of my young child. I stated that I wished to make a purchase but wanted to deal with someone else and he said you tell on me? get the hell of my store Im not even gonna sell you the damn set. Needless to say I left and bought my set elsewhere. I will never shop there again and I am looking to redecorate my entire house. I will also make it my mission to let everyone know about my experience. As people we should band together and not companies that are represented by rude people our business. Especially places that sell faulty products. #boycott companies that do not deserve our business.

TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. Couches arrived damaged. After 3 years couches fell apart. Had 5 year warranty and was told the leather peeling after 3 years wasnt covered. I will never buy a thing from Jennifer Convertibles ever again. Buyer beware!!!!
