I recently bought a new house that was in desperate need of updating. The carpets were old and disgusting. I had a short window of time to get the job done before I had to vacate my previous home. I went straight to Flooring & Carpet Warehouse and made selections in the showroom with Joe. Quick & easy! Mark came later that evening to measure everything and also gave me some other options as well as provided me with the name of someone else I could contact for the other work. Super helpful!! Everything I selected was available quickly and installed in no time. The guys doing the work were professional, very skilled and cleaned up everything when done. I couldn’t be happier! My house looks completely different & 1000% better. The flooring & carpets are excellent quality. Highly recommend!!

The complete opposite of what I expected the experience to be replacing a portion of our homes carpeting. I thought it was going to be a mess of stress. Theyre storefront has more than enough options to keep you busy with and when the selections we had on our own were narrowed down the help we had getting what we needed was perfect. The pricing was more than reasonable. The time estimate for arrival was spot on. And the install crew was just as good as the storefront one. End result looks perfect and now just has us thinking about replacing the rest.

My Job: Staircase, hallway, 3 bedrooms and 4 closets. I highly recommend Flooring & Carpet Warehouse. Joe helped me understand all the different carpets, paddings, their manufacturers and exactly what I’d be paying for. He got me on the schedule for an install date within the week I was going to be home. Mark came the very next day for the measurements and explained warranties, time it would take for installers to finish based on my existing carpet/padding removal and furniture moving. Tim and Cody arrived on time on the day scheduled. They were extremely neat, friendly and professional. They finished the install within the exact time frame I was told it would take. Price was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with the finished product and look forward to them doing my ground floor.

Walked in, sales person came out not wearing his mask and proceeded to help us. I made a comment to my husband in front of the salesman about keeping our distance because of his non-masked face. Even one of the cleaners in the store who was not wearing a mask, when sh saw us walk in, she put on her mask. So since he didn’t take the hint, we walked out! Went to two other carpet stores where everyone was wearing masks.

I went to this store this past Sunday. I walked in and was walking around before someone came out from the back, it looked like he was either high on drugs or drunk, he could barley stand and walk a straight line, he asked me what I was looking for and I said I was looking to get all the carpet in my house redone as I was looking at the display rack with the carpet on it he laughed and said “ you can’t afford that unless you won the lotto” after that comment I left and went down the road to carpet depot and your floor store the workers there were much nicer and much more respectful. Please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place if this is the way they talk to people looking to buy carpet I can only imagine how they treat you after you pay them

So my wife and I went to Flooring & Carpet Warehouse to see Mark the other day we needed to do our living room, dining room, bedroom, and hallway Mark helped us out not pushing just let my wife pick out what she wanted very helpful she pick a floor I asked Mark when can it be put down he said probably first week in September I told him let’s do it so they came September 4 just like he said Friday morning came 9 am just like they said two gentleman came in now let me tell you about these two guys I had a lot of work done in my house all kinds of worker’s this guys took all my molding off put it back better then the molding guy the floor came out perfect I mean perfect no music very soft spoken didn’t even know that they were there clean work all ways sweeping ask them a question they answer you I been going to Mark 30yrs and he never disappointed me but this took him over the top if there was a better rating then 5 he get it friends said I should of went to Home Depot I never would’ve got that treatment thank you mark and to the two gentleman that did the work the best around

A big DIY home store screwed up our install order, and no satisfaction (only solution was for us to pay more to their installer), we got a complete refund and looked for another source other then a big DIY home store (BDHS). The entire process was a nightmare (I spelled everything out for the specialist at the store and the estimator during the process) from, but for the FULL refund.We found Mark at Floor & Carpet Warehouse.Mark was a refreshing relief.We told him our nightmare.In the end, there was zero cost saving at the BDHS.As we did with the BDHS, we told Mark what we wanted, the entire scope of the job.Mark came that night to look at the job and firm up the estimate, and said yup no problem, just as you described.Everything flowed as Mark said it would.We were the first install of the day.His installers were completely ready to go, no surprises.They knew 100% what they were doing, and got it done very well, and were great guys.Without question, Mark and his crew will be getting the two other flooring jobs we need to get done in the house as soon as we have the money.Support your local store fronts, get the friendly service from the owner/operator.Mark and his crew made sure it would be done right, and it was.
