My Daughter, her friend and I went to Starbucks to have coffee and Tea (for me)to have a chat. The people behind the counter were pleasant, friendly, and fast. We didnt wait long for our drinks. The place was spotless and there werent many people in Starbucks. Over all it was very nice.

The double chocolaty chip creme frappuccino was amazing in my opinion. The tomato plus mozarella panini when heated was delicious. The impossible breakfast sandwich was delicious as well when heated.

My favorite people in the world ! They make my drink perfectly and accurately every single time ! Thank you

Ordered a Venti Pike Place via Mobile App at 2:12 pm on a Sunday. Get to the store at 2:20... they hadnt even pulled the ticket from the machine. Was another 5 min after asking about my order to actually get the cup in my hands. There were loads of people inside waiting. Plenty of staff. They seem to be so focused in drive thru that they neglect the customers on foot. This isnt the first time this has happened.

I love Starbucks. This location is very busy and always has a line on the drive-thru. However, if you love Starbucks as much as I do you wont mind waiting.

Clean establishment, friendly and courteous staff. I wasnt happy with my coffee and they remade it without a problem. I would definitely patronize this location again.

I asked for Sugar. There was none in my tea and Coffee ☕.. its was really really good..The food was not good also.

The drive-thru at this location is not quick and convenient as a drive-thru should be. I’m almost certain you’d wait longer than if you waited on line inside. I used to come here often because it’s down the road from my house, but had to stop because no matter how much time I leave myself to come here, the wait times are just ridiculous and I end up being late or close to late. Definitely can’t come here if you have somewhere to be, but who wants to deal with that in their valuable free time either? I understand this can be the fault of the customers, but when it happens almost every time I come here, the common denominator is the staff. Don’t get me wrong, every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly but maybe there are some issues with efficiency that need to be resolved. Also, they are constantly out of ingredients to make certain drinks. Usually for days at a time, on almost a weekly basis. I’ve never experienced this at any other Starbucks. Maybe the inventory isn’t updated on the app (which is how I order) when it should be, but that’s still another issue that needs resolving here.

Your Barista, Hannah, has been very welcoming when Ive entered your Bux, LOL, on many occasions. Ive ordered these divine frappes, both Mocha Cookie Crumble and Strawberry Funnel Cake, and they were CRUMBLICIOUS!!! Fantastic customer support and great attitude towards their brand. I recommend this to any fellow Coffee addict like myself!!! Other times when Im not feeling foggy from the morning I order the Strawberry Acai Refresher. And let me tell you, ITS REFRESHING!!!!!

The staff at this new, convenient drive-thru location is exceptional. The baristas are friendly, cheerful and competent. Everything weve ordered has been prepared to the specifications we created on the app and is ready when we get there. We are so happy for this convenient location and its excellent staff.

Came in at 9 am on a Saturday to get a box of coffee and there was none brewed or even ground yet. I was the only person inside. Took them 15 mins to brew it, they didn’t brew enough and had to mix it with some other coffee (not sure why they couldn’t have given me that to begin with). Initially tried to give me a 3/4ths full box but I called them out. Box was also ripped so I couldn’t use the handle. How does a Starbucks not have coffee brewed constantly?? Just very slow and incompetent service.

The only Starbucks to make the flat white with the appropriate amount of milk. They need to teach everyone else. Too much foam and not enough drink is disgusting. Thank you

The barista was beyond rude when I asked her to add alittle more caramel to my $6 cup of coffee instead of insisting she make me a new coffee the way I ordered it.

Super busy and slow, not exactly friendly service. My coffee had too much cream when I asked for a drop. Much *less* than Ive come to expect from Starbucks but still not terrible. Maybe Ive been spoiled? Or maybe these folks just dont want to be working on a holiday.

Long wait for the drive up window and thats not unusual for this location. Park and walk in with proper precautions is faster. Starbucks is consistent. Great quality at high prices.

Busy at 11am, bit of a wait because it seems drive-thru customers recieve priority. Ive always been greeted with friendly faces and pleasant attitudes. I like this location a lot and its nice to meet up with friends her. There is some outdoor seating as well. I do wish that they had kept the table charging stations but you cant have everything lol. Great service with a smile and of course beverages and food items.

A very nice location for sitting inside. You dont feel crammed in like some other locations. Drinks always made correctly. Always clean when weve visited. Drive through has always been easy to use and not too long. Id imagine a Starbucks drive thru can easily get long during rush hours. Very nice baristas at this location. Always super friendly and helpful.

Went at 10am and they didnt have multiple products in stock. I ordered two impossible sandwiches and paid for them and was then told they only had one so they replaced it with a sausage, egg and cheese. I think the impossible ones are more expensive so Im pretty sure I got ripped off 🤷🏻‍♂️. Friendly customer service though.

Love Starbucks, of course, and the drive thru is great but I’ve had drinks that have tasted kind of off. Have not had this experience at other Starbucks so I’m not sure what happened.

While I was ordering the person (Keirsten) taking my order was too busy talking to her coworkers, had to repeat myself several times. When I got my coffee my order was wrong, had to take it anyway because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to wait for it to be remade. Very disappointed. get better workers 😕

Our baked goods didnt taste very fresh, I was sorry I didnt realize this until we were gone or I imagine they would have replaced them??Im starting to think that almost $18 is way too much for 2 cups of not great latte & 2 stale baked items

This location never has turkey protein boxes but everywhere else does🤷‍♀️ since this location is closer to me I try often but never in stock. Today the person taking the orders informed me there was a national shortage on turkey???? But I can get these boxes at any other location🤨 if thats the case remove them from your menu....meanwhile will just stick with other locations!!

I’ve been here at least 10 times. 10 times because I really wanted it to work out. This review is not about customer service because the servers are polite and friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. This review is based solely on the accuracy of my drink. I always order the same drink. Carmel frappe, light ice, extra Carmel, extra whip. Each time it taste different. The last few times I think they used the wrong syrup because the drink wasn’t sweet at all. And if I pay for extra Carmel drizzle I want to see the Carmel. I’m drinking one now and it taste like water. Starbucks isn’t cheap so when I purchase a drink I need it to be correct. I’m done wasting my money at this location. I was excited to see the coram one because its a minute drive from my house but unfortunately I’ll have to take the trip to 347 or off 83.

Dropped in this evening for the first time. The server was a very nice young man who brewed me a delicious cup of decaffeinated coffee. It took a few minutes, but WELL worth the wait! I sat at a coffee table, surfed the Internet and noshed on a delicious almond croissant. Life is good! I valued my me time and chilled in a nice environment. I will be back!

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. They always get the order right and are very nice!

The shift supervisor Casandra here displays many counts of innapropriate work behavoir while the managers dont do anything about it. Id think twice about working here or ordering from here.

Ordered a decaf coffee with sugar and half and half. Had to correct order that appeared on screen showing splenda. Get to window and get handed a milk colored ice something. Just left so I wouldnt screw the line behind me, which was 5 cars long. Train staff on your time, not mine.

Went in to try it out... more than enough staff.. not particularly busy.. Woman in front of me on line decides to buy multiple gift cards..plus order for her, her daughter and what seemed like maybe one other person. Plenty of workers doing other tasks that could have eaily jumped on a register...but ok.. I waited patiently. Now me and another woman behind me both continually looking at each other shrugging our shoulders. Still one register worker handling the gift card lady... now theres a line of about 6 or 7... I simply just walked out. No fuss. No words. Just know I really dont think I will go there anymore.

Nice big window in the front to look out of and big for a Starbucks! There werent alot of people there, which was awesome because we actually got a chair to sit in which is hit and miss at bucks.

I have tried so hard with this location and Im done. Its 5 minutes from my house and I still drive all the way to Selden. Over 15 times I have ordered the same drink and they messed it up every time. Once I drove all the way to Selden to get another drink because I was just done getting mine remade and waiting. I showed the staff at the Selden location they refused to charge me for another drink. They made my drink perfectly. Today the hubs went to the Coram location and they made so weird drink that doesnt taste drinkable at all. Waste of money. The staff are nice people but they arent good at making your drink.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a blond coffee with 7 cream and 8 sugars. When I got the coffee it was still black and I asked for a little more cream, the gentleman was very nice. However, the coffee was the worst coffee EVER. I drink speedway and mobile coffee too. Something went terribly wrong with the brew and I called the manager (who they said they were) Zack and he said I would get a free cup next time I went. I tried to redeem said cup I found out Zack isnt a manager. So, basically, I called to give them another chance, and found out I was literally lied to - and wasted good money on a regular cup of coffee I will buy at speedway for half the price next time. Sorry I tried you out - Starbucks in Coram. That was my first and last time I spend money there!
