Convenient spot in Coram but not impressed on the inside. The self checkout is small so everyone is on top of each other and the location of the store is not the safest. Store is clean.

On 7/14/2021 at approximately 9PM, I went make some late night purchases. I was appalled as I rolled down the aisle with frozen and refrigerated foods. The conditions were dirty and to me showed a lack of respect for the shoppers at this location. Often times I have had to travel to a nearby location in Farmingville, to do my shopping 🛒 because the conditions and inventory are much better. I pointed this to the store manager. I also made comparisons to both locations. I asked for the name and number of the district manager. The response was he didn’t like my “tone and attitude.” He refused to provide the information I was seeking. He walked away from me and stated that I was now trespassing and had leave the store immediately. He wanted the “security” to repeatedly ask me to leave the store and also called the police. Why? Because I was pointing out the store conditions and I wanted to follow up with the store district manager?

The store the store is filthy sorry to say. The one in farmingville is nicer all around. This one to me Mabe it looks older. Compared to pathmark its definitely better. The people are nicer there and it cleaner in places. Someone of it disgusting. I really wish it was cleaner. Thats really it.

Its my go-to local grocery store. Friendly staff. Always well stocked. Fresh produce.

Yesterday I visited my local stop & Shop in Coram and I must say the cashier and customer service were extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding some produce that I wished to purchase thank you Coram stop & Shop

Store is some what ok. But the men’s room is absolutely disgusting! I’m a plumber and the smell made me gag!!!!! Clean up your act stop and shop!!!

Its a pretty good store they have nice deals and a ton of choices for food. Just make sure to sign up for the stop and shop rewards program unlike i did. I got no deals

Im concerned about the amount of shoppers not wearing a mask when stop and shop dies recommend one while in store, some employees as well did not wear masks and around the food.Its terrible that they dont have any consideration for our community .

This Stop & Shop is convenient for when I just need a few items....it is on my drive home. The parking lot can be busy and there are always cars sitting in front of the store which block the entrance. There is normally not a lot of cashiers open for the amount of people in there so you either have to wait on a line or do self check out.

The area is a bit shady, but this is the best Stop & Shop around. They always seem to be well stocked and well staffed, and its always clean. I tend to choose this location over the Farmingville location on North Ocean because of the fact that they are so well stocked. Just lock your car and be alert. Lots of soliciting around the store.

Very nice store!! Didnt get 5 stars due to pricing at stop & shop is always a bit higher than most. Even Trader Joes can be more price competitive which I consider my favorite store..

The ladies behind the cooked food and sandwiches are the best, Lisa and Christine. I come everyday for my lunch in the am, and they always do their best to have what I want. The staff in general are great.

I dont often go to this store but only because it is not near my home. The store is clean and when I went not crowded at all. Overall a good store to shop at.

Always hesitant to shop at this location because of the conditions of the store entrance. Only go to this Stop and Shop because its close for last minute necessities. Management please clean it up. Adding new garbage bins will not make the filth look any better. Invest in your community and pay the cost to clean the entrance.

Love there prices and supermarket service.

Some of the prices were higher than our regular market. (Shop Rite Selden) less variety of dog treats. More variety of cat food. PITA not enough help to ask questions. Not enough cashiers.

I won’t even say about front desk not having western union up, and I had to walk there cause my car broke down, and no other close places open to get western union ! Oops I said it ! Maybe I’ll walk all the way over in an hour, but call first ! Otherwise I love the store and staff! 😌

I like the store, however, if your store opens at 6am, I feel all depts should be open, especially the deli counter. I was there this morning a little before 7 and as I walked up to deli counter, one of the workers just responded we’re not open. Some people need to shop early for certain reasons and should have access to all depts. So because I need to shop early, I’m not entitled to get cold cuts, a rotisserie chicken, bakery items, etc. I’m sorry, but I don’t think that’s right.

The store is always clean..The staff are friendly and helpful.They had 100% of the items I needed today- 150$ worthThere are plenty of lines to check out and they move quickly. The cashiers are also friendly and know the sale items I have recently switched from another nearby competitor store because ofthese reasons...

I dont really know what to say; its Family Dollar. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, although it could be better stocked. I never wait long in line and the staff always knows where everything is.

Ive bought pre sliced products from the deli section only to go home and discover that they are already spoiled. This has happened a couple times. The prices are high especially when you consider that Aldi is a five minute drive down rt.25 and is a fraction of the cost. This store is always well stocked and the self checkout is convenient though.

Clean courteous and outstanding staff makes the shopping experience smooth. What is a royal problem is the anti theft device that freezes the wheels of the shopping cart 🛒 no more than 30 feet from the entrance!!! I had 10 cases of water to get to my car and was highly inconvenienced!!! The geography and location of the store may explain. The unwelcome use of the shopping carts by refund collectors, as well as poor homeless 😢 people that are carrying their lifes possessions in them. Sad in this day and age we cant address the needs of the less fortunate souls. Social Services right down the street, of which when I needed it many years ago was there for me. Unfortunately if you are missing a single piece of paper work can put you through the wringer.

If I could give this place one star I would none of that food is Everfresh their meats are always not great their vegetables suck

Stop and Shop Do not like the new point system cashiers overcharge and Do not correct it Seems everytime I go The soups were on sale for 4/$4.00 I called about overcharge i go back to the store The courtesy desk Is Over crowded the refunds 5cans of soup Not 4 so she tried to say it equals out on Point system I havent been back since not worth the aggravation. Sad they are getting ripped off by the shopping cart loads Someone is not doing the job right. First of all dont allow cars parking Thats a hit and grab

Not the best stop and shop. They for sure do not stock as much as the other stop & shops. They dont have the scanners to use while you shop. Its nice that the Lysol wipes for the shopping carts are always available in the entry doors. Workers usually seem friendly and have checked the back several occasions for me. Its also pretty easy to find some help. We mostly use this store for quick trips.

Love this supermarket and their staff!! My only complaint is they dont have the hand scanners, but they do have the stop and scan app!! The staff in the middle island, ny store have always been hard working and friendly, but they get extra kudos for all their efforts during this pandemic.

I liked their collection of healthy options. Lots to choose from. Fruits prices are definitely lower. Rest of the items are affordable price on sale. Liked their robotic cleaners

I guess they are the new Pathmark theyre okk good selection most of the time. The discounts you get with your stop n shop card is critical to getting a good deal

Nobody wearing masks.The worst customer service i ever saw. I purchased a money order, tried to refund it the next day with receipt and was denied very rudely. Every single shopping cart is severely broken, i couldnt believe not one functional shopoing cart in the whole store. Bunch of crackheads are in charge of this store. And also 2 of my friends caught covid in that store.

They had a very large variety of Vegan food there for Me.

I have been shopping here since it opened. Then it had everything and more. Now not so much. The produce looks perfect but its usually starting to go bad when I get home, ONE mile away. I wish every grocery store would have computers at the end of each air si you could find what you want by brand name or description. Very frustrating that many products arent in a logical place. Never had problems with counter people or cashier.UPDATE went today 10/5/2020. Sad to say I was not impressed. We only came here because Best Market closed to switch stores. Hardly anything on shelves. Store was clean and staff is personable and friendly. Im also upset they no longer have whole wheat baked bread or rolls. If Lidl isnt as good as Best Market I dont know what I ll do.

Stopped by the bakery at Stop and Shop to pickup a cake for work. They had a few cakes marked half off because their sell by date was two days out. The Baker was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a chocolate mousse cake topped with chocolate ganache. Everyone at work loved it and kept asking me where I got it. I went back the following week and picked up a checkerboard cake that was half off for work and they liked it just as much (see attached photo).

They over all have a decent selection of foods. The beef is too pricey, and has solution in most of it. You can however get some great deals when you use your rewards card; especially in the middle bin by the meats. The produce section is completely hit or miss. One day they have your favorite veggies and the next day they dont. Great for a quick visit, but unfortunately I usually have to go to other supermarkets to fill in the gaps.

LOL. Positive reviews of this store must be coming from friends and relatives of the manager. The prices are way too high and the shopping experience can best be described in one word - FRUSTRATING. The employees have a foul attitude, prices at the register dont match what the signs say, and the self serve registers stop working if youre trying to buy a light item. When my neighbors have conversations about how much they want to punch somebody in the face every time they leave this store, you know the place has problems. The only thing that brings me here is the occasional item that nobody else carries.

Every now again I visit this store. Its clean and well stocked. The staff is good. Some things are pretty expensive but they have great sales. I wish the organization was a bit more organized, lol. But every time I go in, there are beautiful men shopping!!! Good times😀

Went in early yesterday morning to use the bottle return before doing my shopping. There was one machine full and a line at the other. I relized the guy at the front was a stop and shop employee, figured he was on brake or just got off. After he was done, we started cleaning up and changing the garage. When someone asked if he can empty the other machine, he refused. Was very upset that I wasted my morning because an employee was doing his own business and not his job.

Im lowering my review of the CORAM StopNShop.. The workers are the Rudest and most unprofessional out of All the other StopNShop stores Ive been to.. I would Never go there Even though I live across the street from it. I will go to Farmingville where the staff is MUCH FRIENDLIER!! Even though I can walk there,I would rather pay an Uber to Drive me to/from Farmingville,Thats how bad it is.. To make things worse,They even have products on the shelves that I have photos of with expiration dates from early 2018. I see homeless people hanging out in the front begging for money and the store doesnt consider them loitering,who wants to be harassed going in and out of a store by dirty,smelly,un-masked people who are loitering....

Stop And Shop has put food on my table for years and my familyPeople that shop there dont realize the talented and caring associates they areThere times theyre short staffed and try with all their hearts to please the community and not give them any less serviceAssociates are someones family members in the communityShop and shop does go the extra mile by a no hassle policiesThey donate much to the community

The cashier named Amber was terrific and very helpful. The company should have more employees like her. Additionally, there was a gentleman in produce, whos name I didnt get that was helpful as well.

Terrible store. Many items have no prices. Got coupon from them online for free item they dont even carry! Had nasty looking meat out marked managers special that I wouldnt even have eaten same day. Deli people nice & butcher helpful though.

Its ok. I feel its one of their older stores as many are updated and re done. Ive only been here a few times when in home depo and need something. Id go in if in area again however there is a bigger & nicer one closer to my house.

Compared to other Stop & Shop locations, this one needs a little improvement. Certain selections seem sparse, and by 7:30 pm on Thursday the sale prices were gone from the produce section and some already covered up. Very frustrating 😔. Cashier was nice.
