Leaving a star off because there is room for improvement. This is a very visible spot on a main road. Offerings are good with more to be added. Staff is limited and help is needed, but the potential is there and greatness to be had in the years to come.

When we bought our house, the kitchen needed to be gutted and redone. After multiple quotes, we liked the model with Selective Sculptures. Meeting with the design team in their amazing showroom, they helped with picking out the cabinets to the countertop, tile and flooring. They also helped with the layout with some features we wanted to add. Our team was amazing and professional. The kitchen had some unexpected structural issues and they solved the problem immediately without a disruption in the timeline. When we had a major problem occur with our master bathroom, we would only have Selective Sculptures do the job. As with the kitchen, we picked out everything needed to do the job and out team did an amazing job. I would recommend Selective Sculptures to anybody who wants a high quality job in their home. We love our new master bathroom! We highly recommend Selective Sculptures. We were looking for a contractor that could handle the project from beginning to end. They were great from listening to what we wanted, coming up with design ideas, to picking out materials in their showroom. They made a process that seemed daunting at the beginning, much easier than we thought it would be. With their experience they were able to quickly make suggestions on what would or would not work in our master bathroom. For example, our previous bathroom felt very small and closed in even though it technically had a large footprint. We thought we would have to make significant, expensive floor plan changes to get a more open feel. Instead Mike came up with ideas to improve the feel and function without an expensive reconfiguration of the space. It is amazing the difference and how open the floor plan feels now, and we were also able to fit in a second sink and a storage tower.Mike and his crew were professionals throughout the process. Our master bathroom was completely gutted down to the studs and significant structural and plumbing issues were identified. They resolved the problems and kept the project on-time. Mike was very accessible throughout the entire process including days, nights and week-ends. It is clear he wants to provide the best customer service possible and will do whatever he can to make that happen. He and his crew were friendly, very professional, neat, organized, and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were many people involved in the process from day one, but Don, George and Herin really stood out. They are hard-working perfectionists with great attention to detail. All three would work each day until the job was done staying late if needed, and their work clearly shows the pride they take in doing a job well.We look forward to working with Selective Sculptures on future renovation projects.

Bryan gave us a price on renovating our 2 bathrooms. We liked the fact we were able to go into their store & be able to look through there selection. I cannot say enough about Bryan. He was fantastic, he sat down with us & walked us through picking out bathroom fixtures. He kept us informed the whole way through the bathroom renovation. We loved the fact that they did everything, plumbing, cabinets etc. It was great being able to deal with one company for everything. The bathrooms are completed except for spackling & painting. My wife & I love the way the bathrooms came out. We would highly recommend them. They are a highly professional company to deal with. The employees at Selective Sculptures are all wonderful. From the sales department to the installation guys. I just had them redo my bathroom shower and tub. Don and Victor mostly did the work. I cant say enough nice things about these guys so let me just say they are awesome. So Polite, Professional and Friendly. The work they did came out perfect. I changed the plans a little from the original during the the construction. This was not a problem. Don adjusted things to what I wanted. They completely cleaned up when the were done. This is the only company I will use in the future. It was a pleasure having these two guys here to do the work. Great company.

My husband and I are very pleased with this company. Two years ago, they remodeled our kitchen and placed 900 square feet of porcelain tile planks downstairs. It came out beautiful. So when it came time to remodel our bathrooms, Selective Sculptures was the only one for us. They just finished our three bathrooms and also did a accent wall of stone in our family room. We couldnt be any happier. They are a great company to work with. From Bryan at showroom, Scott, the floor plan expert, Don the man who knew how to do everything, Heron the great tile man(something you need with the remodeling we did), and Mike the owner and project manager, we got exceptional service. Kitchen Renovation (Summer 2019)Outstanding experience with Mike and his staff. The attention to detail they paid, their professionalism, and the dedication to working on our project as if it were their own homes was beyond expectations. Mike and the entire staff were easy to work with, honest, and committed to providing the highest quality and service, which they did. The team was able to respond to an unexpected issue with the house structure without hesitation, solved the problem immediately, and kept the renovation on time. Mike and his lead project manager were able to do absolutely everything that we asked, and come up with excellent design and technical solutions, even when we changed the details and scope of the initial work, extending it from a total kitchen renovation to re-doing most of the first floor. Additionally, Mike was completely transparent about cost (his proposal was fair and extremely competitive), the time required for the initial project, and what was required to incorporate the additional changes to the project.In Summary, Mike and his team at Selective Sculptures helped us achieve an incredible renovation of our first floor, and we couldnt give them a higher recommendation. We found Selective Sculptures through the Best of Long Island lists and were so, so thrilled with our experience. We cannot say enough good about them. They were the most professional, responsible contractors we have ever dealt with. Our contact person was Bryan who never hesitated to go above and beyond. He was the interface with all the trades and managed the schedule meticulously. He kept us informed every step of the way. He smoothed out the inevitable glitches with understanding, care and skill. Victor and George started the demo, taking our kitchen down to the studs. They were faced with the toughest job ever to remove existing wood flooring, and they remained good natured throughout the grueling process of removing unremovable planks. Don was surely a jack of all trades (from electrical to carpentry to plumbing to painting), working long days and remaining gracious, cooperative and so pleasant despite our pesky interruptions and questions. It was also a joy to work with Joe and Jovanny on our quartz countertop. We appreciated beyond measure their patience during our discussions about sizing, placement and overhangs and thereafter their meticulousness in measuring and orienting the pattern in the slabs to maximize the visual impact. One of the reasons we chose Selective Sculptures was to have all aspects of the kitchen renovation (except the appliances) under one roof - cabinets, hardware, backsplash, countertop, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing - and we were so happy we did. No regrets whatsoever.

We were so happy with Selective Sculptures. The biggest thing was how clean and courteous everyone on their staff was. Brian and Mike went over and above to make sure we were happy with everything. I have had the opportunity to work with Selective Sculptures on two separate efforts over the past two years. The first was for one of my kids house, where they converted the first floor to an open floor plan and completely redesigned the kitchen. Given the outstanding job they did there, I selected them for my home, which was a significantly larger job. We decided to also convert the first floor to an open floor plan as well as expanding the house by extending out the entire back (45 feet across) of the house by 6 feet. The project entailed architectural drawings, new foundation with helix pilings (required by code in this part of the flood plain), 46-foot steel girder, redesign and installation of a new state of the art heating system including the installation of over 1000 Sq ft of radiant heat, 6-foot gas fireplace, entertainment center, laundry room, and gourmet kitchen. The design was superb, the tile work remarkable, and the custom molding genuinely outstanding. The level of effort was terrific as they integrated all the trades, sub-contractors, and building permitting requirements into a smooth construction effort. Their dedication resulted in a beautifully renovated and expanded first floor for our home. Given the magnitude of the work effort and the duration, it was surprising that it also came in close to budget. The only exception to the original budget was a few minor change orders done at our request. Mike Patti and his team at Selective Sculptures did an outstanding job, and I have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

As homeowners for over 45 years, we have had our share of renovation horror stories, so it was with great apprehension that we decided to take on another major reno. We checked on home sites and chose three companies for estimates. After an innovative presentation with the knowledgeable (and engaging) Mike Patti, we awarded the job to Selective Sculptures. We could not be more pleased with their work. The project began well, and that success continued to the final walk-through - every member of Mikes team, from demolition to finishing were professional and adept to the task at hand. We were kept abreast of progress, phone calls were always returned, and any necessary changes (or the inevitable issues that crop up with a job of this size) were handled swiftly and without incident. Construction dust and debris was kept to a minimum by their meticulous preparation and clean up. In fact, the entire experience has moved us to commission Selective Sculptures for two additional jobs in the New Year. Highly recommended.

After Selective Sculptures installed my kitchen backsplash last year, I returned to them to renovate my master bathroom. I walked in with my unique vision and Bryan patiently brought it to fruition. We met and texted or talked on the phone many times to discuss, make decisions and answer my all questions. Once that was done and it was time to start the construction, Covid was increasing and I was nervous. Bryan assured me that everyone knew what to do and it would be safe. And it was! Everything was well organized. I had a calendar and a list of names of who would be in my home. Masks were worn and social distancing was practiced. Communication was constant. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I can’t say enough about the team who worked with me. When I had questions, they were answered so I understood and often they had already thought of details before I could mention them. I felt a connection with Selective Sculptures and I felt they would do a good job and keep our financial concerns in mind. My husband and I decided to commit and left a $3,000 deposit to book a date in July 2016. I left with samples in hand and a happy 5 year old. I did not take the quartz home. A day later I texted Dominick and said I did want the quartz and if I could pick it up. He texted back and said he would drop it by my house. I was amazed that he would come to my house!With me, it’s not just about the job, it’s about how these guys made me feel. I feel important to them, respected and a priority. I feel as if they are interested in my daily opinion. They want to please me as a customer. They respect my feelings, my suggestions and opinions. From start to where we are now, I am ahead of schedule on the kitchen. They are here when they say they will be here. They understand I am living out of the garage and dining room. They respect that I have a child who has needs while they are here. They stay past 5pm until the work is done. They check up on my progress daily. Mike and Dominick come to see the work often. I can trust their workers with my house/property when I am not home. I can go to work and not worry about what’s happening with my house. I also don’t have to pay all at once. They broke up the entire amount into percentages so I pay as we go through the weeks. They schedule all the work/specialists so I don’t have lag time or issues getting steps completed. They make sure my job is up to code. And most importantly, they clean up before they leave, inside and outside. I can’t tell you how important that is with a child and a cat. I don’t have to worry about him getting into the tools or garbage. I also trust that they will do what it takes to keep me satisfied as a customer. They listen to my concerns/comments as you can see each day whether at my home or over text (my preferred method of communication). They came up with a timeline that was loose so we could tweak plans when necessary and so I could plan my life around the renovations. I am pleased at the progress made so far and look forward to using my new kitchen!
