Went by the reviews and decided to take my bike there to have suspension but on and these guys are awesome! I highly recommend using them for any type of service. Will continue to use them in the future. Even asked for an inspection and they were sure! They are beyond fair with pricing and above and beyond service. If you work done go to them.

I am new to the area, and wasnt looking forward to finding a new person to take care of my motorcycle. I have a sport bike too, wasnt sure they were as in to that but they went above and beyond anything I expected. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable.

Brought my bike for a carb cleaning.Wasted a month of my time, just to break my carburetor (and blame the last guy). I supplied another carb. They said another week. Then they said they couldnt even do it, that my bike would be left outside, since i had not signed anything and there was no proof that my bike had even been there.I got my (broken) bike back, but these guys are incompetent and untrustworthy.

Ive been to many different shops and have been disappointed every single time, but not with cpm from the start my experience has been awesome they really take pride in their work and explain everything in detail step by step. Bobby did a fantastic job with my motor swap and I couldnt be happier. I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else to have any work done. Cpm is truly one of the best most honest shops on long Island!

This place is amazing!! I wouldn’t trust my bike with anyone other then the hands at CPM. Professional, honest, and the work is absolutely amazing!! They never disappoint. Whenever I bring my bike in for work I know that it will be perfect. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to educate you, not just tell you what you need. This is hands down the ONLY place I would bring my bike and I suggest everyone does the same!!

One of the best shops Ive ever dealt with. Just got my bike back today. They did beyond phenomenal work to get me ready for the season. Literally the only shop my motorcycle will be getting serviced at. From beginning to end every step of the process was explained to me in detail. Great communication and great service. I bought a 74 HD after not riding for a long long time. The bike had been in storage for years. I brought it to CPM for tires, brakes etc. they kept me updated on the work and let me know before doing anything beyond what I had asked for. Because I had not ridden in so long I had a bunch of questions. Everyone took their time to answer my questions ( some of which were probably dumb) and went out of their way to help. Even though they were at closing time they took their time. Everyone was beyond nice. Bike is running nice. I will be going back.

Best shop around no doubt.. Bill the owner is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy. Bobby the head technician is one of the best bike mechanics around. Combine that with fair and reasonable prices and you have a successful business recipe.

This place is a home-run from anything to basic maintenance and repair to big upgrades and jobs. Bill, the owner is a very awesome guy, very easy to talk to and will listen to your situation. I personally had Bobby doing the work on my harley. Bobby offers decades of experience and knowledge; and loves to walk you through his work. The entire staff at CPM was great. No hidden charges or fees and always maintained an open line of communication. Anytime there were changes to be made or ideas, they called me right away. Very honest and transparent to say the least. Unable to refund or provide any compensation whatsoever for the labor they had done several months ago. Spent over thousand dollars and bike seems to be running with issues and they will not work on it without charging me higher fees even though I had a year warranty. Bad business. Many trump lovers. Wouldnt go again!

I recently brought my 2018 Cbr600rr for a quick install. It’s really tough finding a repair shop where you can actually speak face to face with the mechanic working on your machine. CMP was just that, a shop where you speak directly with The Owner and The Mechanic that will be working on Your Machine. 10/10 will be back for any future needs. Theo thank you again for your help explaining things and of course the install.

Absolutely the best shop on the Island. Theo and Bob are awesome and very detail oriented. Had them do a stage 2 upgrade with Cams, lifters, rods, hi flow air filter and rear shocks installed on my 2019 SGS, then had them Dyno tune with awesome numbers. These guys take their time to ensure the customer is extremely happy. Picked Guenhwyvar (my bike) up yesterday and even though I only had the chance to ride her home, I could tell the difference immediately. I cant wait to really get on her this weekend. A++++ Shop, only place I will bring her moving forward.

Took my 2016 street glide in for power problems. Stater was bad. These guys know what the they are doing. They aren’t cheap but they did what needed to done and didn’t BS me and get me to do other things. Working on bikes can be like triage unless you have unlimited cash flow, so I don’t want to hear all that “can” or “might need to be done”. A heads up is fine and appreciated and nothing more, and that’s what I got as far as service goes from CPM. Thanks for getting me in, and for getting it done right. I’ll be back.

I brought my bike here after two other shops wanted nothing to do with it. CPM was fantastic! They really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I brought an electrical nightmare running on one cylinder to them and they fixed every problem they could find! I would absolutely bring my bike back here for service and repairs.

I’m not one to write reviews but they totally deserve it. I brought in my Dyna that I recently did work on and couldn’t get it to run right. They got it running perfectly in a timely manner and were very reasonably priced. They explained everything they did and it all made sense. I will absolutely bring them any work I have in the future.

Brought my 2003 electra glide in for diagnosis after installing a power vision unit that was a disaster from the start. Bill was able to not only find the problem from dynojet but rectified it 110 percent. He re mapped the unit and tuned it better than expected. Bike runs like a beast. The whole crew was awesome. It was my 1st time using him. Definitely wont be the last. Highly recommend.

The guys at CPM did a very good job on my Harley sportster they worked hard on challenges that arose from trying to get the bike to run correctly. I would recommend others to use CPM for repair and maintenance of their motorcycles. As with most repairs you must be patient because often there are issues unknown that arise that most likely need to be fixed. Thanks to all the crew at CPM.

Love this shop....had a pair of slip on mufflers put on my bike that I ordered. About a month later one of the baffles became loose. Took the bike back today and they really stand by their work. He took the bike right in and secured the baffle for me.. I’d really recommend this place to anyone needing a shop for their bike.

I had problems with the tuning of my bike. I brought it to these guys and Bill and company made this bike run perfectly.

Worked with Bill. Absolutely professional and courteous. This is my first bike and Bill walked me through everything. I had a carburetor problem, and he walked me through best case and worst case scenarios so there were no surprises. He showed me the parts book with pricing and made sure I knew how many hours of labor would be charged. He said it would be two weeks, they were done in 1. Picked up the bike, and road it home... night and day difference. My bike was perfect. Thank you Bill to you and your team. Great experience!

My husband dropped off his 93 Harley Davidson Sportster Springer at CPM back in February in pretty rough shape. We had recently purchased the bike and quickly realized that it needed to be completely rewired. Those at CPM installed a new wiring harness and tuned up this bike to its former glory. Its a perfect ride and we will always bring our bikes here in the future.

This is my first visit to CPM motorsports and I have to say so far so good so I dropped off my bike today to get 2 new tires and a set of hand grips installed I spoke to Bill the owner and Bob one of his mechanic both were extremely professional, polite and helpful and explained every detail and even with all that work to do Bill still said he could have it ready by tomorrow. I told him to take his time I’ll be picking it up on Thursday as far as the price goes I thought he was extremely fair with a price of $330 for the tires and that includes balancing. Plus around $50 for the hand grips. Compared to Harley Davidson of Suffolk that wanted $780 just for the tires to be installed. So I’m looking forward to seeing my bike when he’s finished and I will give a follow-up review to let you know how it turns out.

Im not one for leaving reviews. But this shop has got our business. Dropped my wifes bike off on Friday .Got it back on Wednesday, lowered and CLEAN! No finger prints, no grease .Bobby the mechanic took his time adjusting the shocks . Billy the shop owner is understanding and honest .Thank you for doing the right thing.

I had a bettery go bad on me an hour from home at 2:30 pm on a Saturday and these guys really saved my bacon. They trailered my bike to their shop and got me on the road and even stayed past closing for me. A great group of guys who I would recommend to my own mother if she road. Thanks guys !

The owner picked up my motorcycle bc it wouldnt run. He had done an oil change(and. I had to bring my own battery(it needed replacing), My motorcycle is my only form of transportation & when I kept calling and (NOT 6X a day, liar), I just wanted it fixed. He told me that he didnt want to work on my bike anymore. Finally he found the problem,(plus he claims that he called me & told me that the part would take 7-10 days, which he didnt) I didnt want him touching it after the way he acted.I took it somewhere else and once the part came in, it was done in 1 day BTW, I have MS and my sister doesnt make my decisions. Im 49. I also record all of my phone calls, so lets just end this. Im sure youre a good mechanic for Harleys. Lets just agree that we disagreed. TY for the effort. Peace.

When I called asking about breaks for a scooter, instead of saying no like every other bike shop Bill told me if I brought the breaks to him, he will put them on. What a life saver cause my son leaves for college on Monday. Thank you.

I had previously left only a 2 star rating after a problem with a repair I had done about 3 years ago Billy the owner went out of his way and contacted me and offered to make it right 3 years later.... that is a stand up guy in my book so with that being said I changed my review...most people would have just looked the other way and said oh well but Billy actually cares about his shops reputation and his customers satisfaction... ps Billy and his current staff had nothing to do with the problem I had the tech that worked on my bike no longer works there..pps I never even gave him the chance to make it right at the time it happened I was totally p/o and refused to step foot in the shop again..

Had great experience in rebuilding/resealing HD 49mm front forks. Other repair shops declined, prefer not dealing with HD “stealer ship”. CPM performed work and suggested improvements for riderbility. Bike handles better than new. Work was efficiently, professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend a stop here first. Thanks Bill!

Had front tire replaced and brake fluid along with complete summer tune up on my 1100 shadow. Tire turned out to be old and unbalanced, was getting death wobble at 15 mph, never had problems before. Also when they replaced brake fluid, spilled it all over front of bike and didnt clean it off, wound up eating into clear coat. Very expensive and not very professional. Have never returned since. Will visit a crooked dealership before coming back here.

My father and I have both recently been to CMP to get work done on our motorcycles. I had had a new rear tire and roters changed on mine while he had his engine dyno tuned. Both bikes were done in a reasonable amount of time and at very reasonable rates. Bikes are both on the road now and running great all thanks to the guys at CMP! Also, everyone we know who we have referred or has dealt with CMP has had nothing but good things to say as well. Rubber side down,everyone!

Lots of talk and no results. Edited 9/26/18 I brought my bike here to get tuned. I found out he made no changes to the map on the power commander. So when got it re tuned i noticed big changes on my bike. After i called him out on it because he apparently stands by his tune or lack there of, he offered me money back but started dodging me. He eventually saw my review on facebook and would no longer speak to me. This guy is a crook and work is sup par. Another shop looked at his work and said these guys have no business working on bikes. I have photo proof of the lack of tune.... DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE9/28/18 Bill, you are an absolute liar end of story. I emailed you all the pictures of what a real tune is supposed to look like and you never backed your words up. You test rode the bike for 4, maybe 5 minutes... yet another lie from the Son of Anarchy wanna be. Lets not even talk about how the bike wasnt ready on time or how when i did pick up the bike it was happy hour at CPM Motorsports...... Its been a year now and after i saw all the awful reviews you got im hoping you stopped talking about your GTR for one second and started taking care of your customers more9/28/18 Good one Bill.. after that post im hoping everyone on google sees the lack of professionalism and sheer arrogance you have.
