Steve Erika and Jim are great people. Make you feel like family when you come in the door even until you walk out. Steve will always ask how your day is no matter where on the property he is. He can be shoveling snow, blowing leaves or just sweeping and will take the time to ask how you are doing. The way the staff accommodates you on every aspect is the way other business should run. The politeness the smiles on there faces and the willing to go the extra mile just with a simple hello goes a long way. Steve has done such a great job at this facility over the years as it is the cleanest and well run place I have been to. That’s why I stay here for my company storage use because Steve and the crew make you feel like family. Facility is always kept up and clean. You guys should be proud. Easy process renting the locker. Locker is very roomy and clean, so getting all my stuff inside was no problem at all. Erika was very helpful and kind during the process and made my moving situation go really smoothly. I will definitely be using Extra Space for any future storage necessities.

Thank god I found this place. Steve and Jim were super helpful. Got me in my space within like 12 hours. (Sunday to Monday. So they were closed). But they called instantly on Monday at beginning of the work day. And maybe 15 minutes to sign papers. Super clean and safe.

Been a customer with multiple units here for over 10 years. Shi*t happens. I was there on night while the site was being robbed. Then my unit had small water damage after a heavy rain. Steve the manager has been OUTSTANDING!! He personally cleaned and repaired the gutters and double checked my unit. The insurance policy was worth it and easy to make a claim. Payment was quick. I also see the staff doing repairs and cleaning the property everyday. I laugh but have seen them polish the floor in the hallways of a concrete storage unit. Erica in the office is always friendly. I’d rather go there in person to pay the bill then autopay online.

The manager and employees are very helpful and friendly. They helped me figure out a situation I had trying to store my 38ft camper. They even stayed a little past closing time to help me get everything finished so I could meet my deadline. The place is very secure and clean.

Erika, Jim, and Steve are very nice and helpful people. Needed a storage unit for the 2nd time in 3 years and I went right back to Extra Space Storage in Coram, where the people are very nice and the facility is clean and perfect.

I have been renting storage spaces for about 15 years in 3 states and this is the best experience I have had, which is amazing considering the fact that we are social distancing and wearing masks due to COVID-19! The manager, Steve, walked me through the application process over the phone and personally escorted me through the property and made it very easy for me, as a senior citizen, to remember everything I need to know to store my stuff. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, honest, and like family. I feel very confident that its safe and secure. And the price was less than what I was paying in California and Virginia for the same size unit! Highly recommend!!

Ive used this facility before and Ive never. had any problem finding an available dolly cart whenever I needed one. Security gate, security cameras, and always someone on site. This facility is open during convenient hours, which is great for someone like me working unusual hours. Good prices with no hidden costs thats not explained ahead of time. You get to see your actual unit before hand so that you can see the actual size and location of your actual unit. Thanks, Erika!

I remember my recent encounter with her on 7/20/19, with the brutal hot weather, Erika offered me cold water and gave me more time to move from one unit to another if I couldn’t finish the same day due to the hot weather. The staff is very kind and professional!! That’s all you can ever hope to expect from a business. The only thing I will say as a con is there could be more carts available. I have been there a few times each time not being able to locate a cart. There is only cart in my building where my unit is & each time it was being used.

Erika is simple awesome she helped me look for my keys for a hour with her golf cart which she found!!!. Not only was she extremely professional she explained everything to make sure I understood.I had problems fitting my lock she came over again to help they have very secure special locks which she explained and demonstrated why they cant be broken into.
