This store is pretty busy in the afternoon. There was only two girls working there but they were helping out every customer. They took payments first so customer wouldnt be waiting in line and then they were taking turns helping us get the phones we wanted. They did an Awesome job. The girl that helped me was Deborah. She explained everything very well.

I needed to upgrade my current phone to a better phone because I was struggling making phone calls, it deleted all my contacts, and my phone kept over heating. I went in and got the Upgrade to my phone. I didnt know how to restore my contacts and pictures and Maria hooked it up. I got my contacts back and my pictures and she helped me reset my email and passwords. very happy with my purchase.

Always polite.. never a long wait... Girls there are smart and take care of you quickly...

Cricket company is not that bad for what you pay for but to purchase the phone is cheaper to do that online

I had a very good experience today. I went to try to port over but my carrier was being difficult and did not want to give me my account number. The young lady that helped me, gave me other options on how I can still stay with cricket and other phones within my budget. I even got a great bundle discount on my accessories. She was so patient with me as well.

Great place but $4 for everything sucks

I went to activate a new line with my government phone. Maria helped me to add my account number and pin with the company. I was able to keep my same number and the truth helped me a lot. I cant stand for long and she brought me a chair, she set up my phone, and helped me to my car. He gave me an exceptional service.

I went to Activate a new Line. The store was very clean, after each client the girl who attended me was disinfecting the station. That makes one feel safe. They are very friendly and greet everyone when they walk through the door. very good service and I am happy with my phone.

I went to the cricket store today to pay my bill. I told the girl that I wanted to cancel one of my pork lines, I have been paying for that line for months and I dont have a phone. The girl recommended that I not cancel the line and grab a special phone. the full total was $ 43 for the special they were having. The girl who attended me was very kind and very good specials they have.
