I bought a phone at a different place and it had not been properly activated from my old phone. These ladies and gentlemen went out of their way to try and get my new phone working. The whole time they were professional and pleasant to deal with!

Miss Lee sold me an iPhone 12 she erased my entire being with Verizon wireless I’ve been with them over 20 years she opened a New account as if I had not even been with Verizon for a month miss Lee open the account with a new number. Miss Lee got on the phone with technical support changing my number to the phone all of this is over commissions she ruined me for more than 2 week. Every time I wanted to authenticate my number she gave me the new number where it was ported in. My phone was locked and I could not even retrieve my own iCloud I had to be in contact with Apple for more than two weeks to be able to regain access to my own account she change my Code..... I Truly thought you were helping me time revealed that this was un ethical

I have had excellent service from this store in the past, but not during my visit over the weekend. I bought a Verizon compatible phone from Amazon as well as a Verizon SIM card to use them on a new prepaid line. I went into the store with the phone and SIM card but was told by a person working in the store that they could not help me get the phone set up since I didnt purchase the phone through their store. Ive decided to seek service with another carrier.

I constantly travel with work and have phone issues that arise. When I walked into this Verizon location, two staff members in particular, Tyler and Corona, were there to assist me.Tyler was amazing at figuring out why my device was not working properly and found the right solutions for my business needs.Thank you Tyler and Corona for fixing my phone and getting me a tablet and hum that doesnt cost an arm and a leg!

Justin offered quality service and excellent manners. He is quite a salesman with expert technology skills. I will definitely come back and request his assistance.

The Verizon retail stores offers too much of anything anymore. You have to do everything online, so why not just close the doors. Sales person we cant do this in the store anymore

I have to say theyre different than fertilizer but there are just as good people in there to know exactly what you need and how to fix it if youre going there with problems fix my phone twice in a matter of minutes to show me how to fix it if it did happen again.
