Best bathroom yet. When you are needing to use handicapped stall becz of motorcycle accident, you really appreciate little touches such as a place to put phone or grandchild if they are with you. Cleanliness goes a long way as well in that wet floors and paper towels on floors are scary. Congratulations to this Pilot for excellence above and beyond as well as customer service. They assisted with knowledge in purchasing a phone holder so I no longer have to pick up my spouses phone after the 6th time. 🙄😊

Give this location 3.5 stars. They moved some stuff over to Arby’s but the Pilot side is clean and well maintained. Free WiFi would be nice. Gas pump area was easy to get into and out of. No sus people milling around outside like you “run into” closer to Atlanta.

Clean and had what we needed. Line wasnt horrible. Bathroom was clean, was travelling by car so alot of the other features the professional drivers would use, I can not comment on. I had no concerns about my families safety, just stay aware as I would anywhere in public. Definitely will stop again as I have in the many following years.

This place is pretty good I dont know why the reviews of some of the people have had their experiences mine actually was actually pretty good service was really nice very attentive bathroom for nice clean meat that is a must place is organized and clean especially a food stand area and overall experience is good now the way the diesel pumps are set is not that bad all I wish is a big sign entrance that says truck entrance also wish the parking lot was bigger but the location of the place is impeccable it has a Golden Corral Dennys couple of motels on the sides and Arbys McDonalds overall great place to come here and do a long stay definitely are recommended. Just remember that the entrance is after the diesel pumps on the left

Horrible manager Tasha- ignore and then rudely says “yes, I’ll help you.” And then quickly says “ no, I can’t help you!” So she can go on break with coworker! RUDE! She needs customer seduce help!!

Terrible service restrooms no TP I actually was in the restroom and no TP was in the stall I called the front cashier she just laughed and hung up the phone.. August 1st 2021 at 3:22 a.m.

Not enough parking for the store so a lot of people were leaving their cars at the pump to go inside. Also, half the pumps were not working so there wasnt anywhere to get gas. I will make sure to avoid this location for the future.

Awesome clean stop, many food choices and a place where the workers care about their customers. General Manager Tracey Cuffie, Manager Z and an honest stranger made my day when they found and returned my lost phone October 18. Gratefulness doesnt describe how appreciative we are to have stopped at the best Pilot Travel Center in town. May the blessings rain down on your shop for your excellent customer service.

Clean easy to get in and out.

Bathrooms were clean and space to get a 5th wheel camper in for fuel. Although the website shows Arbys when it is actually a subway which we had already eaten 2 times in 3 days. We plugged this stop in for lunch specifically. We decided on hot dogs instead, but there were only 2 left out of four large cookers. there was no chili or cheese made, so basically we got a hot dog witsh ketchup.when I asked the attendant he seemed put off by my question.

Was directed by cashier to use self checkout so she could continue with her phone messaging. Returned items and left. Dryer stole an hour and 30 minutes of paid time. 3 out of 4 mens room stalls had no tissue paper. Very not impressed.

Great customer service from staff. They were very pleasant, greeted everyone who walked through the doors, and very helpful. Appefani was extremely polite and assisted me very quickly. Store was clean, and plenty of parking.

Its a truck stop / travel center. My expectations arent very high and this one didnt disappoint. I usually find what Im looking for when I stop in these places. But it seems to me Pilot and Loves travel centers are nearly always understaffed. Problems like that are most likely coming down from a corporate level. I understand. And I sympathize with local management. But the are 3 things that disgust me at a business such as this. 1) Unsanitary conditions anywhere in the store. Indicates staff is either lazy, incompetent, or both. 2) Sticky floors. Thats just laziness or responsible people are poorly trained. 3) Poor customer service. All the above and/or problems with management.One other bone to pick with Loves and Pilot. You have all the really great coffees to offer. And I understand keeping them all fresh would be difficult if not impossible. But if its not fresh ... pour the mess out !!! Id rather find an empty pot than one full of ink. And put someone in charge of the coffee that actually drinks coffee. They would know the difference.

Clean bathrooms, great food and beverage selection, friendly employees, and easy to get in and get out. Fuel is typically cheaper than any other stop on I-75, and even cheaper if you use their app. Ive been doing frequent drives between Georgia and Florida and make it a point to stop at this Pilot to re-fuel and rest. Thanks to the staff for consistently good experiences.

Would give more stars. However, the shower #7 wasnt draining and is backing up substantially when the water is running. I informed an employee and was further told a plumber has been out to fix it, but alas to no avail. This is GROSS!! So my guess it must be on down in the drainage system.. Come on Pilot get your act together. I will give a big THANK YOU to the employee that refunded the shower cost...

NICE! I love this brand. Gas stations are clean, well maintained and the store is well equipped. Service is usually friendly and efficient. The drink variety is absolutely amazing. Snacks are tempting. I usually indulge myself with a new kind of snack every time I visit these stores. I wish they had more of them around the country.

Always a friendly, helpful, willing staff. They are not grumpy when they have to leave the counter to find an item, or show you where something is. Clean restrooms. Store is clean and well stocked. A great place to do business :)

This gas station was neat and tidy. The bathrooms were spotless and smelled fresh.I interacted with the staff when buying scratch-off lottery tickets. They were very friendly and personable.I would recommend this gas station for your needs in the future.

Best place to get gas.

These people are shady crooks! They post a cash/ credit price but if you get fuel on the truck side they gouge the truck drivers for the credit price no matter what. I drive a super duty pick up and was pulling a small trailer so went to the back to fuel up so as not to block up cars and was gouged like a truck driver! Paid cash and got hit with the credit price anyway. Pilot is the only truck stop doing this to people. I go to LOVES and never have a problem! Im cutting up my pilot rewards card and never doing business with these crooks again!

I love the people working at this store! They are ALWAYS friendly and sweet. I always enjoy stopping at this location! The showers and restrooms are clean and the fuel islands are always being cleaned and the washer buckets are always full of real cleaner not just water like the other stores! Tks for having such an excellent store and staff!

Not my favorite place I have not found a pilot truck stop yet that has clean meet facilities friendly people or anything like some of the other mom and pop stores do theyre getting way too big and dont really care anymore the prices are higher than Mom and pops truck stops because they made deals with the big fuel card companies and they think were stupid so they jacked up diesel fuel prices up $0.30 and give us a $0.30 discounts so that they can try to make us feel good while were not that stupid as for the food while it could be better you done away with all of the sit-down restaurants and replaced them with junk food and garbage like as if truck drivers have always had such a great health track record to begin with so you add in junk food way to go pilot epic fail again!

Arbys closed no deli, fuel too high

Most Pilots are a good place for fuel & a cup of coffee.Usually very busy with trucks coming in and out. Just be careful when you pulling out.The very good thing is the coffee is very consistent.Just wish theyd have milk out with the coffee creamers.

Really RV friendly. There is a separate island for gasoline that was easy to maneuver our RV with car in tow, get our fuel and get back on 75 South. And we love to get our Good Sams discount!

It is a good Pilot. It is better than a Loves. Like any other Pilot it is the equivalent of a fast food franchise. You know what to expect when you get there and it all boils down to the quality of the individuals working that day as to how clean and organized things will be at any given time.

Very rude cashier with the long nails forced us to speak and when asked for a bag she rolled her eyes and slid the bag to me not even looking my way!

Employees were helpful and courteous even though place was packed with evacuation traffic. We had to spend the night in the parking lot which was well lit and constantly monitored by truck stop staff. A big thank you to Pilot for their efforts to accommodate the large number of us leaving Florida to escape the hurricane!

A great stop to fuel up at. We also bought cokes and snacks. The clerks were very friendly. The only thing that stopped me from giving them 5 stars was the condition of the bathroom

This is an excellent travel center! We only ate lunch from the resident Arbys but the gas lanes were well oriented and spaced well. This center also includes nice recreational vehicle gasoline lanes on the side and the usual commercial vehicle diesel lanes In the rear. The food we received from the Arbys is the very best weve purchased from any fast food place in ages.

Love this pilot! Clean bathrooms, friendly staff and it has an Arbys in it! Having fresh cut sandwiches really helps when traveling! Keeps you away from a truck load of junk food!

I drive a truck for a living and I come to this Pilot often. Unlike most other Pilots where the fuel island overflows with trucks, I rarely have that issue here. The staff is always friendly, its never crowded and the restrooms are always clean.

No warning about showers being down

Very clean fuel island, older guy who changes out washer water is great!! Store is ok, parking can be tight for a rookie but shouldnt have problem. Only problem is people double parking at night because they dont want to pay for RSVP spot. Come on people, pay the fee I stead of double parking!

Pilot had the most expensive diesels prices than all surrounding areas. Never again. 27 cents more than Chevron across the street.

Very nice staff. They were cleaning the main womans bathroom but the gentleman very nicely escorted me to a private bathroom where they have the private shower as well. There were towels and it was very clean. I would shower or stop there again anytime!

Parking for big trucks is always a cluster. Interior store and arbys normally fairly clean and well maintained. Not to much more to say its your typical pilot. Decent place decent people .

We always stop at a Pilot when we are traveling. We gas up the vehicle and get some of that always fresh coffee. I also have a discount card that helps a little bit.Wouldve had 5 stars but the mens restroom smelled terrible (strong urine smell). Unusual for a Pilot, but it did happen here.

The gal put my 30.00 prepay gas on the wrong pump, so when I pumped my gas it didnt work... of course. The pump was so dirty when I push the button my fingers were black and greasy oh, I had to go back in and get that taken care of because I didnt want to pay for her gas. But the worst part of the whole thing is they had one cashier and she was so busy so so busy and there were bugs in the place that were biting people and there were a lot of them every customer and there are a lot of customers were swatting bugs the cashiers were swatting bugs it was crazy oh, it was awful. I liked it outside better because there were no bugs

Store has good selection of beverages and food. Would have given 5 stars but the store was rather dirty on my visit. Hoping this was not the norm.

Store and personnel are very nice. However, I cannot get a rewards card to activate. Tried several different times with my 2 email accounts. Each time they wont go through. Tried to call, only to be put on hold out in space somewhere. Thanks

Everything we needed was available to us. A typical gas station rest stop on a highway. No frills. Also, if you do go to Subway, make sure that you do the math when you order. Its better to order a footlong than two six-inch subs! Great place! Great employees! Im at this pilot atleast 2-3 times a day! Favorite has station!!!

Best coffee Ive ever gotten from a gas station. They have a machine where you choose which coffee, then it grinds and brews the one cup. Coffee house quality. I had the Sumatra. Girl that worked there treated me like I was an idiot though, when I asked questions about the price. It wasnt easily marked with the prices. Coffee area was a mess and dirty. Still though, the best coffee ever from a gas station/truck stop.

I honestly can say Ive never been to a more horribly maintained or run travel center. There was a line of people at the register at least 30 people long with only one person working the register with three other people in view working behind the counter not assisting the crowd of people. The place was filthy and poorly stocked. Disgusting bathrooms with no paper towels or soap in dispensers etc. This location is a prime example of what not to do when running a business. Stay away at all costs.

Gas is allways competitive here,clean inside,busy at times,happy smiling faces. ☠☠☠now is a good time to stretch and check your tires not just for pressure but for dry rot or splitting, chunking my car and trailer had this common issue they were less than 2 years from the manufactured date!If you find my review please like 😏

They were busy but the place was clean and all the shells for stock and everybody that employed there were so nice and helpful in helping me find what I needed when I was in there.

Was profiled followed and watched like a theif. I spoke to cashier exclaiming im not a theif. She responded with f bombs. Very unprofessional employees. Avoid if you aa with locks.

Staff are very friendly and the maintenance man Leon keeps the restrooms very clean!!! And doesnt get nearly enough credit for what all he does! He runs his butt off there! Everything there in cordele is always wonderful! I recommend stopping if you get the chance!

$1.65 for a refill of coffee and $12.95 for shower it is just a little bit ridiculous and especially at a location on the highway serving people who just fled the hurricane area and are traumatized already. The pilot Travelers Center in Cordele Georgia at mile marker 101 on I-75 didnt even open their doors after the hurricane through everything attached to that building against our vehicles causing damage. They didnt have anyone to talk to us about that kind of damage or even offer a cup of coffee and a donut to anybody. What a disgrace. Youll never get another cent of my money I promise you that

Was hungry for Arbys and they were open @ 3am and the food I ordered was hot and fresh! Very Satisfied. FYI - One person asked if they were serving breakfast and they were not at this time. Again it was 3 oclock in the morning.

Employees at harbys make me feel very uncomfortable I dont if its because I am Hispanic or they just have slow costumer service.

When I first stopped I encountered ms13 gang members coming and going with a group of illegals standing around not knowing how to order food at the Arbys food window or even able to speak English, somebody helped....but the girls that run that Travel center are always nice (it is a frequent stop for me)...My way back had normal vacationers ....still a good place to stop

Associates in the store were nice, coffees hot and fresh. But the parking lot a fuel line Islands definitely need to be cleaned up potholes filled.

We stopped to get Diesel as we are on vacation heading home back to Michigan and my boyfriend accidently dropped our 5th wheel camper key set by the pump and the sweetest and nicest man whom goes by Tracy is sending our keys all the way back to our home for us!!! We can easily say the hospitality of this stop was outstanding and over the top! Thank you guys for being so kind to us, yall are the Best!Facilities were easy to navigate and very clean as well!
