I was able to get a key made for a Master coiled lock and chain combination. Home Depot did not even attempt to make the key; however, to their credit they refered me to Wells Hardware who made the key in under five (5) minutes with outstanding skill and courtesy.

They were recommended by a plumber and rightfully so. Super nice and great customer service. Highly recommend them.
