First let me say, I saw all the positive reviews and was a little skeptical lol. Secondly, we still decided to drive 2.5-3hrs to check them out with both our girls. And we found that ALL the great reviews were 110% accurate. Kristina was just as amazing as everyone said and helped us get the perfect bike. We have looked at other places and for me it come down to the service you receive. They worked with our budget and got my husband into a bike he loves. I would travel back there every single time. Wow! I don’t even know where to start. Our family drove all the way out from Albuquerque,NM. About 10 hours after stopping. We got there Saturday, was welcome immediately and definitely had the best service. Our Razor wouldn’t fit in our trailer so unfortunately we had to go home without something but knowing the team worked it out to be delivered was so sweet. Most dealers say “so sorry here in your money back”. Not them!!! They worked around the clock to get someone to deliver our razor and such a smooth process. We definitely will be coming back (this time with a bigger trailer) to get more things. I wouldn’t say ask for a certain person because boy do they all work as a team. Excellent prices!! So this is how this went. I went to a another shop to get a bike and got the run around then went to twisted cycle in north Dallas tx on craigslist and filled out the application and then Javier texted me and I was scared to call him back then Christina called me and I said ok Ill call the first thing they can say is no so I called they got me approved and the whole process was a breeze came to get the bike I wanted and left them it so happy for them thank yall for everything.

Went to Lewisville with a friend and on way back he stopped at twisted my first time there. Looked around and we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. when we stated just looking they were awesome they didnt bother us or pushy. Well then I found a bike that i had been wanting for a while so i asked about it. Well low and behold i ended up buying it. Its was fast and easy buying experience. so if your looking go in see what they have. Ride it check it out and go from there. Do your homework its a used bike its no different then buying a used car. They can only check out so much and they cant for see rhe future. They arnt pushy there up front and a decent dealer.

My husband was having a trouble with other motorcycle dealers due to not having established credit and was about to give up until I seen a post on Craigslist. The post my husband said was too good to be true. I said leta see what they say and if it sounds like bs then at least u tried. Cynthia called me within minutes spoke to him and answed all of our questions on 12/30 we filled out the application that night and by 11am the next morning on new years eve my husband found the bike he wanted. Everything was so simple and easy. Went to go pick up the bike and sign the papers at the Lubbock location and Anthony was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone who looking for a bike and is tired of the dealers that are just feeding you bs to make a sale to try them out. You wont be disappointed.

I applied at night the next day I pretty much had a bike. As a first time bike owner the staff here went above and beyond, helping and informing me of things I was not aware of. I do not agree with the act that i order to simply test ride you have to go through their credit approval process. That is inconvenient to the folks who while driving down the freeway, spontaneously, stop in because a bike caught their eye. In my opinion that is a predatory sales tactic.My reply to owners comment on my original review;I absolutely understand where you are coming from in your reply to my original review. Please allow me to explain further. Last fall around September 2020 I came to look and get qualified. Kristina got that done right away. Someone else was already in the process of purchasing the softail that caught my eye. So Kristina kept in touch as other various Harleys were released into inventory. Unfortunately I sustained a work place injury that caused damage to the orbital bone and some nerves on my right eye so immediately I had to put the quest for obtaining another V-Twin cruiser on hold. Fast forward to now and my boss is seeing success from the hard work that we both have been pouring into his company. He wants to buy two HDs and do it through his company (a very legit LLC) and have his CPA write them off as an expense. I wanted to bring him by Twisted Cycles before any particular bike caught his eye. His budget is 12 to 14 thousand cash to simply out right purchase two motorcycles. I know that TCs doesnt sell their inventory outright you guys prefer to finance and that is understandable so Brent was willing to pay half down on two motorcycles of our choosing.Anyway we are able to go and drop $6 or $7 thousand each on two used/quality Harleys. But why even bother coming to your establishment and having them finance?1. As I previously mentioned Kristina is a joy to deal with. I trust that she is on the up and up about these motorcycles and I trust that she would definitely guide me to the bike that meets my expectations.2. (The deal breaker) I know that you guys go through these machines thoroughly before you release them for sale to the public. That is the most attractive thing about doing business With your establishment. We can get something that already has a lot of the bells and whistles we want and leave knowing that you didnt just treat the symptoms of a bike, that was just yesterday someone elses problem, long enough to unload it.So I am not trying to damage your Google rating or reputation. It appears Twisted Cycles has many satisfied customers etc.That is great and understandable. But where I am concerned I do not like that type of tactic which is employed by totes the note car lots. As I already own a V-Twin Power Cruiser and Ride often I have insurance that will cover anything I drive or ride. All it takes for a test ride at an Indian or HD dealership is a license with the M endorsement (and sometimes they arent even particular about the endorsement). And having my own liability is a plus. But we are interested in reliability that will generally come from a bike purchased at Twisted Cycles or another establishment that actually cares not to sell trash in order to turn a dollar.

I blame this current age in time. Sometimes you go in a place of business expecting to be take advantage off only to find out if you had a million customers to send to this place you would. I didn’t even think they made client focused business anymore. I thought it was a lost art. But this place here, went above and beyond to take car of me and the bike they sold me ( beautiful I might add). Twisted Cycle you just gained not only a life time customer, but a free employee too because I’m sending everyone your way.

I want to start off by saying that I mostly enjoyed the experience I had at this dealership. The sales rep, Christina, was very nice. The finance manager was also very nice as well. The bike I purchased was a 2009 GSX-R 1000. I was told that all their bikes go through a service before the are sold. I purchased the bike mostly through the internet and had not laid eyes on it, physically when I decided to purchase the bike. I brought the bike home on a trailer and had a mechanic friend of mine do a once over on the bike. The first thing he noticed was that the odometer reading and the mileage listed on my paper work were off by about 10k miles. The bike having higher mileage then advertised and listed on the paper work. I brought this to the attention of the sales rep and she notified, I am assuming, the general manager. HE called me and told me that they had changed the instrument cluster on the bike because it was a Canadian bike and registered kilometers and not miles. I am a trusting individual but I have also been screwed so many times in the past that I decided to do research. As a licensed PI in the State of Texas, it is in my nature. I called a reputable Suzuki Dealer in Austin and spoke with one of their senior mechanics. He informed me that the State of Texas does not require odometer reporting on vehicles over 10 years old. That being said, he said that even if you change the cluster, the mileage is not stored in the cluster it is stored in the bike itself and will read the correct mileage. So I wanted to verify that the GM had told a story. I went to the Facebook page and went back in the post history. Sure enough, the bike was posted on May 26 displaying the correct mileage and is quoted as such by the sales person. I have included all the pictures verifying my story. The second thing that my buddy pointed out was the oil in the motor was fairly dirty for a bike that had received a FULL service. Now, I will admit that I am at fault as well for purchasing a bike without doing my full research and verifying I was getting what I was purchasing. I am going to take my bike to another mechanic who is going to do a thorough check of the bike, I want to make sure I am safe on the bike. My advice to you is to make sure that everything hey are telling you about your future purchase is true and factual. Check your bike with a basic pre ride inspection, at least you will know the condition of your fluids by doing that. Again, I have no real issue with the dealerships representatives that I dealt with and I feel I may even get some recourse for posting a true and factual review but I feel that INTEGRITY is of the utmost importance and I hold myself to that standard, I am beginning to feel that they are not as honest as they would want you to believe. You will see the clear discrepancy between the website and the post on Facebook. What you see listed on the website is the mileage presented to me on the paperwork, on the bill of sale. Just double check everything.

I have been to a couple of places looking for a bike and have had some horrible experiences in the past. I ended up doing in-house financing here and got a 2007 GSXR600. Had some concerns but Twisted Cycles took care of me and got the issue resolved! Tanner is an awesome person to talk to regarding any question you have and the sales staff are pleasent. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Its nice to know there are still places around that actually care about you when it comes to purchasing a bike!!

This process started around the middle of March. I was interested in a bike listed on the website so I submitted a request and since it was late in the day I expected a call the following day. To my surprise, I got a call from Tanner within a few minutes. He told me the bike was in their other location and he will check the status on it in the morning.Got a call the next morning and was advised the bike had just been sold. Tanner told me to wait for a bit and he will find me what I’m looking for. Over the next couple of months he kept checking in on me to make sure I was still interested and he was still looking.At the end of July, I got a message telling me he found just the right bike. I was out of town for a couple of weeks and I asked him to hold it. After coming back and checking out the bike and realizing Tanner had found me my dream bike, I was ready to pull the trigger.The next day he got all my info over the phone, game me a price and the process needed to make the purchase. That evening, I went into the dealership and picked up the bike. The process couldn’t have been easier. Paperwork was easy, paying down payment made easy and staff was very friendly.After multiple poor past experiences with other local dealers, I really was surprised at how much of the customer service experience these guys are focused on.From Tanner to Joe to the finance team, these guys are truly incredibly. I was desperately in search of a Can-Am Ryker. I happened to see they had one available online and I immediately contacted Andrea. She had exactly what I was looking for...Great price & an immaculate bike!! I put a deposit on it right away and took ownership within two days. It’s great to be able to buy and pay at the same location. Their financing process was very easy and pain-free and making the payments is also very easy as they fit payments to your pay schedule. When I took ownership of the bike someone was there to walk me through every detail and function of the bike and made sure I was comfortable with its operation. Got a bike from them. Something went wrong on the way home, brought the bike back. They fixed the bike and gave me a loaner bike to get home for a couple days while they were working on it. By far the best customer service I have had at any dealer, I will be a Twisted Cycle customer for life. Javier, my salesman and Mike, their mechanic are AWESOME!

In late September early october I purchased a bike from TC of ND, I was lead to believe from the beginning of the search that the bike I was purchasing had an S&S 124 cubic inch motor. After a couple months and being able to put in place the repairs to the faulty tune the bike had on and buying new parts I learned from the motor manufacturer that the engine was not as listed and in fact a much smaller variant. I have since contacted twisted cycles and was told if I’m not happy with my bike to just voluntarily return it for repo and eat the cost I have spent already plus the hit to my credit.Since my calls are not being answered and I have not received a call back from the GM about the issue with my bike I would like this to stand as a formal notice that I will be contacting the OAG. I have also contacted my attorney regarding this issue. If a solution to the problem with my bike can be reached then we do not need to go down this route. I would urge the general manager to become familiar with the 5 key requirements stipulated in a false advertisement claim of which all five have been met. I very sincerely hope that twisted cycles message to its customer base is not what I was told over the phone “if I’m not happy with my bike I can just turn it in” causing me the customer and consumer of the product you sell to take a multi thousand dollar loss and semi permanent damage to my credit. I would like to believe this can be resolved quickly and efficiently.You may contact me any time with the number on file between 6:00am and 7:00 pm to resolve this matter.

Shop has super friendly staff, and a very nice facility. But the best part is just how much variety they have in their bike selection. It’s worth a visit just to see the crazy bikes that they have there. Absolutely something for everyone.
