My experience with sales staff has been good with the one new vehicle that I have purchased there. Initially, the Service Department was friendly and quick to handle any problem. However, during the last year or so something drastically changed and service is unreliable, difficult to get, and discourteous manager. I had a recall letter August/September 2020 for rear toe suspension replacement. Short version: it was finally ‘repaired’ August 16, 2021, as I waited 5 hours. I had waited 3 hours the previous time before they came in and told me they had broken the part. Since I’m from out of town, I have to wait there for service to be done.After the recall problem was ‘repaired,’ I noticed a difference in handling the car, but wasn’t sure. On several rainy days, traction was bad enough I had trouble with control. I read my manual and googled to see if traction could have been affected by rear toe suspension problem. I gave a bad review to Service Department then because something was not right with car. Upshot, I took my car to local place yesterday, September 17, and they were appalled at the condition of my rear tires. Long-Lewis noted on the service record that they had aligned tires after repair was done. Obviously, they had not or the repair was bad and caused a dangerous situation. Both rear tires were obviously flayed outward even to my untrained old eyes and wires sticking out. Very dangerous situation snd I’m a lone driver who drives a lot out of town. I called L-L Service Manager immediately. The first thing he said when I identified myself was, “You gave me a bad review.” “I did, and you are about to get another one” was my reply. He never admitted any problem with their work, but time frame, condition of rear tires, and the difference in car’s handling was proof enough. He even said that the service techs would NOT have looked at or seen the tires when they did the alignment! After the owner/manager of the place I went to spoke with Long Lewis Service Manager, he offered to pick my car up and take it to Corinth to recheck everything. I don’t think I can trust that. My advice on the service department is don’t trust, verify that work was done ( I don’t know how you do that), don’t expect them to admit that it wasn’t done properly. I’m planning to follow up with Ford Company. I could have easily had a wreck from their ‘repair.”

Long-Lewis Ford got me in the exact car I was after. DD was my salesman and he assisted me from out state to secure the Area 51 Big Bend Bronco Sport I was after. As soon as it arrived at the dealership he let me know. He was extremely professional and responsive. He was able to work the deal I needed to have me take the drive from Nashville, TN down to Corinth,MS this included a fair trade on my previous car. When I arrived DD had the car ready for me and there were no surprises upon arrival. The finance manager Allen Martin was friendly and upfront. I am happy with my experience at this dealership and the transparency of the deal.

Long Lewis does a wonderfulJob when it’s time for an oil change and they check out all my fluids. What is also an awesome service is they come and pick up my truck at work and service it and bring it back! Nothing beats that! They’re very friendly, awesome and do a wonderful job!

They wanted me to bring them my car in order to get a replacement key! They said call a wrecker and bring the car here or we cant help you! So what I did was call the Ford Dealer in Tupelo,Ms. And the Gentleman on the phone was very Polite and Extremely Helpful! I had a spare but its a chip key and it fell apart, so I put it back together and tried it but I couldnt get it To work! after several attempts! 5(and I explained this to them in Corinth,Ms. Also!) Anyways the Man in Tupelo,Ms Ford Store Told Me go to a store a buy a battery to replace the one on my chip key and see if that work if not to call him back and he would further assist me! But changing the battery in the Chip Key Worked! That Man Saved Me Alot Of Money And Time! So Thank You Sir If You Happen to see this!

The service department is pathetic!I’ve had problems with them since purchasing the vehicle in 2017. The current round - They’ve had my car going on a month. I am single and no other owned vehicle and employed. I finally was able to get a loaner to drive after two weeks. Service managers Won’t call when he says and definitely will NOT keep you informed. The motor had to replaced and was supposed to do the work for a recall on the brake line. After calling and his promises to let me know before days end yesterday (Friday) March 26, 2021- I Still have no clue if it was complete. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.They have great salesman but the poorest of the poor service techs and managers.First time ever taking the vehicle in, I over heard two others loudly complaining about the service department. And it definitely holds true. They’re the worst to deal with.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and the search during COVID has been unlike anything I have had before (and I have purchased more than 10 cars). The used car market in Mississippi at the moment is really tough. I started working with Amber and the first attempt fell through. She did not give up and worked to find another car. Then the biggest win in this transaction, Amber worked with me and made the actual purchase the easiest part. The transaction was completed in a REALLY short amount of time, paperwork prepared and explained efficiently. This car was As Is but she had the car cleaned up nicely. She got me in contact with a local windshield repair shop and detailing shop (and had rough quotes already available which have both worked out). She made sure a light that was out was fixed prior to me picking up the car. Little things that made a huge impact. I have had service work done many times there on my older F 250 and yes everything seams high, but when I sell to customers in my own business, they think everything is too high also. If I get good work and service, I expect to pay extra. Yesterday my wife and I went to the Dealership to look at some cars we found on their web site. In all truth I have had dealings with them in the past as far as having my car fixed there.I cant say enough about their integrity and honesty. My older car was always fixed one time with no returns for the same problem. We looked at the one car we wanted and bought it. I should not be giving them a star for the poor work that was done for them to wash my car and then try to say it cost 125-150 to detail my car when I paid 53.50 for them to do inside and out of my car I wont be taking my car back there ever again when you paid for your car to be done inside and out it needs to be done right and not screw people over. And I even used to work there I know how it should be done

Needed Long Lewis service department today. Called at 930 am for service but was disconnected after holding for 5+ minutes. Called back and receptionist said service was covered up and ask me to leave number for a call back shortly. It is now 545 pm same day and no call back today. Probably closed now. Now that is service at its best!! This dealership either don’t need your business or don’t care! Have bought 2 trucks in past 3 years from them but never again! Definitely have problems!!
