On the phone now... waiting for Over 10 minutes to speak to the Service advisor, Austin. We thought we got a good deal but it quickly turned in to the worse experience. We got a Certified Pre-owned vehicle and its nothing but trouble. They sold it without fixing an issue that the last owner had. Wanted to return the vehicle and its after 3 days so we couldnt. They found out the issue and fixed it...supposedly.... not even two months after had the issue again. And now some wire issue.. great! So it is apparently fixed. But now we are having a communication issue. Oh and also still do not have my license plates!!

Every time we take our car to Huffines Kia, we are more impressed than before. We had a problem with a piece of trim coming loose. We thought it would have to be replaced. Luke talked to the parts team and the technician. They were able to reset the trim using the sealant that failed and did it under warranty. We highly recommend the service team at Huffines.

We purchased a 2021 Kia K5 from this dealership, and it was easily the best car buy experience we have had. Ryan was quick to help us, and made the process very easy. Donovan is a really great sales person. Ive known him from NFM. Never bought a KIA before but he helped my mom calm down and my dad who was texting all the time.

I dropped the vehicle off and informed Austin that it had a rod knock, I was talking to consumer affairs about goodwill assistance, and that I needed more detailed information on which cylinder(s) had failing rod bearings. Austin informed med that Luke Pendley was my assigned rep and that the information I provided would be passed along. The dealership had my vehicle for 2 weeks and all they could tell me was that I need a new engine. I requested all the service notes from the time they had my vehicle and Luke sent me an altered document that has the wrong dates and mileage. This document only says that my vehicle needs a new engine without addressing the specific issue. I was charged $140 for this service department to provide me no new information. I expect to be given a refund since they clearly failed to do the job I paid them to do.

We were not prepared to buy a vehicle but Michaels cander and willingness to assist us inclined our decision to buy yesterday. Great experience.

I went to the dealership on Monday at 1130 and was done with everything by 130. I knew what I wanted and they knew what they were selling. Communication was clear, straightforward, and direct. I walked in and they had the car ready for a test drive. The whole experience was calm and very chill. The dealership was very clean and I had a cup of tea.I worked with PETER JOBST and he is awesome. We talked for about an hour and he had some really cool stories. I highly recommend him to anyone.In finance I worked with BEN FRAZER. Super cool guy and very chill. The process in finance was easy and straightforward as well. We talked about our wife and kids and I joked that I know its a business and they are out to make money and I am out to save money. That is what it is. Stay away!!I was shopping for a new Subaru. After contacting this dealership and a short bit of negotiation, we agreed on a price and the trade in value for the car my current car. The last thing to do was to drive there to verify the condition of the trade in.I made the drive after being very clear and direct about the expected trade in value and the car’s condition. Once I got there and had to wait for over 1hr, they changed the offer and dropped the trade in allowance by $1500. They did not dispute the excellent condition of my trade in, they said that the person who put that deal together was the assistant (something) and that the sale’s director didn’t get to see the offer until that moment.Personally, I don’t believe the sale’s director wasn’t aware and I have doubts that this “assistant” actually exists. It all seemed like a well rehearsed ploy to squeeze out a better deal for them.I walked out and was able to get the same exact deal we had initially agreed on from a different dealership that doesn’t use these tactics.

On October 29, 2020. I had the greatest experience with Donovan Castillo at Huffines Kia Corinth. He got me approved before even stepping foot into the dealership. When I arrived all i had to do was sign paperwork, provide insurance and down payment and I was DONE! It was less than an hr process.. He also stayed in touch with me every step of the way. I had been turned down and asked for so much down that I wasnt able to give. He got me into a 2020 Kia Optima with a great down payment and monthly amount that was perfect. I was nervous to buy a car. I truly expected an experience that I would tell someone about that would start with “you will not believe what just happened” William and Donna made me have a story to tell but it’s unlike many other peoples stories I hear about their car buying experience at other places. They made it comfortable for me to change my mind 700 times and ask the same question 12 times in a row with only one word changed in the question. Calm is the best word I can think of when I think of the whole experience I just had. It was truly like going to your families Sunday night dinner but leaving with a beautiful new car. I’ve been to Huffines twice, and I will only return to them for a car. They gave me such a great deal on my new Kia Soul, and really worked with me. My credit score is not that great, but they didn’t treat me as such. They got me a lower interest rate, much lower than what even I had expected. They absolutely made sure that I was satisfied. I never rate 5 stars, but Huffines KIA staff EARNED it! I called and spke to Brett Clark, one of the Sales managers. He greeted me on the phone with enthusiasm and knowledge of the inventory @ their dealership. I was specific about what I wanted and he had it available. I informed him that I was driving in from Fort Worth and would be in shortly. When I arrived, I noticed a low key, NON sterile dealership environment, with literally the most welcoming attitude I have seen. I was immediately introduced to Brett Clark, who welcomed me and had a quick definitive conversation about my vehicle needs. He then handed me over to the sales magician Alex Wiederholt, who showed me 3 vehicles within my option requests. It was a 100 degree Texas day and Alex walked me to the back lot in the hot Sun to show me the 3rd vehicle in Black with Terra Cotta seats. Voila that was the one! This vehicle was completely wrapped in delivery paper and within less than 2 hours, my salesman Alex Wiederholt, the financing gentleman (Joey Sparlin) and the make ready tech (so sorry, unknown name) had fully gassed, prepped, discussed & demonstrated ALL of the vehicle options to me..... Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Why did I drive so far you ask? Because I had already went to Patterson KIA, Clay Cooley AND SW KIA (Atif, Mgr.) Hampton, Dallas and they all wanted to play games and we both wasted our time. Huffines KIA Corinth was completely transparent and gave me options within MY price range. Contacted Huffines Kia Corinth after finding the car, trim and color online, got a call from Donovan few minutes later. Donovan provided detailed information and offer a test drive, since I was not ready, he just offer to follow up a week after, which was perfect for me. Once there, Donovan kindly helped us understand all the all the features on our desired car and the variation on the other trims as well as all the financing options. He never pressured us and let us go to check on a silimar model at a different brand. We decided to return and by the Kia which was much more appealing to us just to find out it was just sold a moment ago. Bought used 2018 kia sportage. battery died after 3 days. took the car back after a week later. they said loan went through and could not take the car back. traded with a brand new car, i paid $21,000 and after a week they are giving me $20,000 for the trade. i guess thats how they make money.

We were looking for a Kia Telluride. Since they are currently hard to find on a lot, I called around to Kia dealerships all over the metroplex, and finally landed on Huffines Kia Corinth. Our sales rep, Saul Lujan, was friendly, responsive without being too high pressure, and gave me all the answers I was looking for from the first phone call. The other dealerships I called (non-Huffines) said they would call me back when they had one in and I never heard from anyone again, or they were short with me over the phone. The Kia dealership is clean, the staff is all very friendly, and we had a great experience. I ended up ordering the Telluride and it came in sooner than expected. The pricing was clear cut. There was no nickel-and-diming, or sketchy icky-feeling negotiations. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Huffines Kia Corinth if you are in the market for a Kia. It is a 40 minute drive for us to get there, and I would purchase from them again and again!

Bought a used optima after what seems a lot of confusion. Salesperson explained that because it was a kia certified vehicle I would have 10 year warranty from the time that I purchased but, unfortunately that wasnt the case when I sat down to pay for the vehicle. I was charged for a safety feature called pulse to be included and when I got home realized they didnt install it even though the sales person told me it had already had been installed. A couple days later we realized the car spare and jack had been removed and when I called, the salesperson told me used car does not include a spare tire. Seems like a certified car would have a spare and everything else for operating. Disappointed...

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had at Huffines Subaru in Corinth, and in particular Mike Bresnahan. I talked to many different dealerships when trying to find a new Subaru. Mike by far did the best job of listening to me including what features mattered to me and why, and then found a car his dealership could trade for so I could get the features I wanted without paying for lots of features I didnt want. Because of Mikes help I got the car I wanted at a better price than other dealerships in town could offer. Im very happy with my experience.

I brought my car in for a recall and they told me my front brakes are down to 4mm of lining. I had this car on a lift 2 days prior and the brakes measured 8mm. the sales associate also confirmed while I was picking up my car that they are well above minimum specs. shops like this are where you need to be the most careful. they knocked down what they offered me for trade in saying the service department will find something I now understand what he ment. I just caution people though they seem nice doesnt mean they are honest or ethical.

Should start off by saying I came in and visited the service department.Never have I ever had such an AMAZING experience with a Dealership.They are not pushy and will not force or talk you into anything you dont want, yes they will give you recommendations, of course, BUT when you tell them no, they accept it and dont continue to harp you.Made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that they did not try to take advantage of me, some one who really knows nothing about cars.Everyone there was supper helpful and all the staff is supper nice and was able to assist me with everything.

Wed been test driving vehicles near us, but saw a great deal on one we knew we wanted up in Corinth, which is about 4.5 hours away. Since we were coming up from out of town, we called and Robert Simmonds responded to our request to hold the vehicle since we were on our way up there. I decided on the spur of the moment to stop by and see if I could get an oil change and my 36,000 mile check. They were able to take care of me immediately. They also had a computer update that needed to be done. I was told it would take around an hour and 45 minutes. I dont think it took more than an hour. The new facility is beautiful! I love that they provide water, coffee, and snacks for customers. I also love having areas for watching t.v., charging stations for working, and a quiet area for reading. A big plus this day is my car got washed, AND they will always vacuum the inside. Being the end of the school year, my car definitely looks lived in and tends to have lots of teaching stuff scattered throughout. The ones who vacuum always move stuff around and vacuum. Then they put everything back where it was. My car not only got the service it needed, but looks great on the outside. :)

I was looking for a Niro with a very specific package and color. I was coming to the area to visit family and only had a small window to make my car purchase. DeAndre was able to search the Dallas Metroplex area and locate the exact Niro I wanted at a great price! DeAndre was in constant contact with me before my visit making sure he knew exactly what car I wanted. As my trip got closer, he told me about the Niro that he was able to find and the price I would pay. This helped me decide on the amount I wanted to finance before I even got to the dealership.

We followed the tow truck onto the property that dropped off a family members broken Subaru shortly before 10pm. The tow driver left your property as we completed ppwk to place in the night drop box with the car key. When it came time to leave, we found the gate locked and we were unable to leave the property. We spent 40 minutes trying to get help to escape huffines. It was a good feeling to finally get off your property. We surely didnt want to sleep there all night!!

Bought a Kia last year. 1st time to come here for service. In a word...EXCELLENT!!!! nice facility. prompt and courteous staff. clint kept me up to date on service, and arranged for a shuttle to take me home when the repair needed longer time. they washed the car too.Ill be coming here from now on for my scheduled maintenance
