Im not a person that complains alot.But I will never being anything back to Wirless Pro to fix.I took my PS4 to be fixed.They guy told my husband they had to order a part for the PS4.The very next day,within hours later they text my husband phone saying the game was ready....The game was picked up brought home and hooked up..Its still was doing the samething..the game was taken out one room to the next with the change of an HMDI cord..So the game started working.The whole time it was HMDI cord we needed an instead .They acted like they order a part and fixed it.So basically we paid money for no reason cause the game was never fixed.Its was the HMDI cord when they couldve just told us that instead of taking our money.

Bought a phone screen 2/3 months ago, haven’t dropped the phone, I currently have both a screen protector and case on the phone. All of a sudden, my display is wavy, like it’s about to go out. Apparently there’s only a 30 day warranty. Do not go here, the screens are cheap and will not last long.Edit: if I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s been 4 months and the screen has already popped out of my phone. Thanks a lot!!

I was in town working for 9 days and I went to that place in Walmart to get a busted S9 screen fixed and was told it would take 9 days just to get the screen. Called another place and they said the same thing. I came to this place and dropped my phone off at 6pm and got a phone call at lunch the next day that it was fixed. Thats 18 hours and everyone else was telling me 9 days! Those other places are a joke! Not sure whos giving them good reviews but it cant be actual customers.

Jeremy, youre the man! Thanks for fixing my Note 8! Guys, you seriously need to check this guy out for any of your iphone and Android phone repairs. Hes thorough, knowledgeable, and easy going. I was here a few weeks prior and I had water damage to my phone. The screen started blacking out and I was in a race to save all my contacts because I dont know all of them by heart. :pHe said Ill definitely have to replace the screen as well as the front face camera. I like the fact that Jeremy communicates through texting if there are any changes during the process and hell get it done within the week. Hes pretty ambitious, so give him a few days top to have your phone back. Even though Im literally an hour away from him, I dont mind to pay for shipping and I cant trust anyone but him fixing my phone. So, thanks for your time and effort. You flippin rock!

I was searching for someone to fix my sons Alcatel phone & this was my first stop. The gentleman I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. After leaving I received another quote from different cell phone doctor. I was informed by that store that they might break the glass back while removing it & that I would have to pay for another back or they could glue it together.???? Umm, okkkkk..... Needless to say I did go with Wireless Pro who got the job done in a timely manner and NO cracked back. I will definitely be returning for any future needs.
