One of the worst Goodwills I have ever been too. Items are way overpriced. There isnt much of a difference in price if you were to buy the item new from the store with a receipt and being able to actually return that item. Half the dressing rooms are blocked off. You are not allowed to use them. I found multiple counterfeit items including shoes. Most employees are nice but management needs work. Manager was extremely rude when asking when they would be putting out newer items. Also there is no bins sale at this location like they have at most Goodwill stores. I do not recommend shopping here.

I Like looking in here, they do have a big great variety, however a few of their things are overpriced. For the most part though everything is priced reasonably and I would recommend anyone stopping in to look. If you wanted to or needed to you could furnish a whole house as well as provide a full wardrobe.

Nice personal and helpful. Store was very busy when I arrived and by the time I was ready to leave 35 minutes latter, it had thinned out fast.

Store is fairly organized, good customer service. This store does not allow returns at all (perhaps it is the Goodwill region) and there is a whole side of dressings rooms they do not allow anyone to use. One customer told me she went in one and was treated as though she committed a crime. To me, these items are overpriced compared to the cost of living in the area and other Goodwills in other regions.

The prices are set way too high and have to wait 3 weeks before they bring the prices down. Goodwills nearby such as South Jackson and Lexington will treat you much better price wise. I will say the customer service and the employees here in town are extremely nice and are super helpful.

It was pretty busy, but okay until I had to fight an old lady over a filing cabinet. It was a close fight. I won in the end due to being younger and faster.

Used to be a good place to go but now theres so many resellers amd I really cant find things I like cause their sold before I might find something interesting. Also do not accept quarters that have been mutilated and beat up.

Extremely Overpriced!!! I travel for work and stop at every goodwill I see from New York to Tampa. This store is the most expensive and overpriced on out of all of them. It is ridiculous. Shoes 19.99 Purses 29.99 Jeans 17.99 Shirts 9.99 You can purchase some of the items new for less. Dont waste your time.

I have shopped serveral different Goodwills thru the years.I feel the need to post this review so others dont waste their time and gas driving there.People that shop at Goodwill are low income..so I was shocked to see $40 bags of christmas lights..$10 candle holders..etc.I dont have that kind of money.I was needing a few things to decorate for christmas,I got nothing.This Goodwill should be ashamed and embarrassed to charge more than Walmart for used,donated items.I would give them 0 stars if i could.

Only 1 person checking customers out. Line all the way back past clothes rack. This is awful! Why dont they get more cashiers!?. I see people lying down things they were going to buy but didnt want they long wait in line!

They usually have a good variety of items. Staff is either WAY too friendly, like touching you while they try to start a random conversion with you, or just downright rude. Dont count on getting whatever the discount of the day is. On 1/2 off of orange items days, the staff goes colorblind and sees orange tags as red ones. If the color of the day is red, red tags magically look orange. Pretty shady for a business that makes 100% profiton every single sale. Prices are a little high on a lot of items considering theyre used. Ive seen several obviously used items priced at the cost of the item brand new at a big box retailer. Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because this is the best goodwill location Ive ever found that carries a large variety of items and some higher end items, some even priced quite reasonably. Also, dont expect any student/teacher/military discount. They dont do them because theyre independently owned. Sounds a lot like the owner is making a killing off of Goodwills name.

From someone who knows someone who works there, its a very good place what makes the place suck is the ungrateful and mean customers. Ive seen customers be straight up rude to the employees. Some people will try to checkout 6 buggies or so 5-10 minutes before closing.

This location was clean and well organized. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We found some great bargains. Almost every time we stop by here, We find something good.

Was enjoying my visit ...found 5 blouses that i needed because i hv changed jobs and need dress clothes...found 5 pair of pants to match wanted to try them on ...they refused to let me use a dressing room because it was 730..30 minutes before closing at eight. I had found some other household goods too...walked out and left it all!! How rude and a poor business sense...never will b bk!!

Great service and everything was organized and moderately priced

I liked it but dont like the way they do their price tags. My little girl whose two wanted this horse which she could ride. It had 5-6 price tags on it and 3-4 of them said $4.99 and then when we went to check out the cashier rung up $49.99 and my little girl got all upset because I didnt get it for her due to the price. The cashier simply just ignored the fact I pointed out the $4.99 price tag stickers and ripped them off.

The prices need to be cheaper there prices are way over what they should be. When they get it free. The clothes need to be alot cheaper there not new and its priced like its new.

The employees are very rude and the prices arent marked accurate. I got a pair of jeans I was gonna cut off into shorts that was on a 5.99 rack and when I got up to register to pay the last said they were 15.99. Really? For a pair of used jeans that best feature was to be cutoffs?

Decent selection of name brand clothes. Could be organized slot better though. Friendly people and customer service. Some things are over priced considering its all donated though. And thus making it difficult for the needy to want to purchase items

Very very very expensive. They do research then list items for expensive price. Ive been to MANY goodwills and this one is the most expensive one! No wonder they have so much stuff! They want $50 and up for china sets, a china set here is like $10 and they wanted $100 for a doll that was about 8 tall... That doll would have cost like 3 bucks here... Its crazy expensive... Shoes run up to 8$ a pair, they are 3.99 here... This isnt a goodwill, its a retail store! Id hate to see the consignment shops in corinth... Goodwill is supposed to help ppl out and give ppl good deals not be ran like a retail store... Whoever the manager is, they need to be fired and replaced with someone that knows how to price stuff! Ill probably visit next year to see if anything changes but it probably wont. Stay away unless u buying clothes... Otherwise everything is outrageous..

I came in and had two totes basket over loaded, I checked they tell me they couldnt let me leave the totes any more. so I checked out I cant walk around in the store with the totes. So it was your lost I would of spent more money.

They sell all of there stuff so high priced that i really cant believe that anyone would ever go back for a second visit..... But i did just to give them a chance to see if it had changed any... But sadly they have not... The prices are so crazy high that you would be a lot better off to just go somewhere and buy what your looking for and buy it brand new.. Thats really how high there prices are... I love goodwills and thank God for them all... But this one should not be even be called a goodwill.. 😥

I love this place... How anyone says theyre over priced is beyond me... Example: I bought an LG soundbar with subwoofer for $10, online the cheapest Ive found for the same soundbar was $45.. OK so maybe their furniture from time to time can be a little insane.. But everytime i go in there I walk out with a bag full of deals.

It could have been much better if they had a wheel chair. I have a broken foot and had to use my knee walker, which is difficult to use for long periods of time.

Goodwill is supposed to be a cheap place to shop for less fortunate people but it is way to high. They charge new prices for work out items.

We normally find little treasures here. I think many of the shoppers do not appreciate the higher end donations, so my wife and I snatched them.
