It is only for their response, or the lack of their response, to my request for service.I stopped by their location to shop for a garage door style, lift motor and accessory addons (remote door opener, heavy duty nylon rollers, etc. and to schedule them, specifically Brodie McEwen, to come and measure for the door, lift motor, etc. and installation. He said that it would be no problem, that he (they) come my town (22 miles south) usually on a weekly basis and that stopping by for the estimate would not be a problem. After two weeks go by he was a no show so I called the number listed on his business card which he personally handed to me. It went to voicemail and I left my name, address, and phone number (he was given that information on my first visit). Again, after another week passing (three weeks total) and not receiving a call from this business I called for the second time and my call again went to voicemail. Now that three weeks have gone by I have yet hear anything from this business. Apparently he is just covered up with business installing garage doors or windows that he does not need my business. They may or may not be wonderful on installation of a garage door, but apparently Ill never know. Id just like to have an estimate.
