The absolute worst internet I’ve ever used. It has never even remotely sniffed the advertised speeds, when it works at all that is. They’ve offered to come fix it, but I know we’ll be told “oh well”. It worked fine with our local provider until TSI bought them out. Not a single thing has changed about our setup since then, and now it is literally unusable. Luckily electric co-ops can now provide fiber! Cannot drop this service soon enough.

Probably the worst WiFi I’ve ever experienced. We paid for 10 megs and couldn’t even play one Xbox on it. When we called they said to do the speed test and when we did it it wasn’t anywhere close to 10 but they said at the office that it showed we were getting 10.

Never maintained speeds paid for. 3yrs of horrible service. Gave them many chances to make it right... Totally Green Acres !! Tired of the nonsense. Dont say you werent warned.

Considering the weather we get and technology were using, on top of the standard ISP difficulties, TSI provides very reliable service with low ping times and consistent throughput.

BUFFERING, BUFFERING, BUFFERING! The lack of support made this not worth keeping the service. Speed tests are horrible vs what was promised. Used node was installed on dish..but my brand new equipment was their excuse?! NIGHTMARE! Dont fall for customer satisfaction guarantee..its not worth the paper its intentionally not written on. BEWARE!
