Went to have steering shaft installed, 92.50 for shaft, not bad, 35 dollars for pick-up and delivery, not bad, cost 461.63, why you ask?well 4 weeks later I find out they added a bunch of unrelated things I needed, couldnt get anyone on phone, whenever I did it was all run around, June 30 they said it not fixed and the guy on phone didnt know nothing about my mower and said manager gone for the day, o.k. I said, I ll be there Fri,. Today, Fri July 2, I go to Wade inc, service manager gone, again, mower done, been done for 2 days, so I ask, why no-one called, just like dumbfounded, didnt have answer, so dont go here, dont send no-one here, just a bunch of ripoff.......,

(1) the service department won’t answer the phone when they do they tell you something I had a bagger installed in February I still haven’t been able to mow my yard I will never buy another one
