Bought the Mosley 3 piece sectional. Within three months of normal use the subframe cracked in multiple places essentially collapsing two of the pieces. This was diagnosed as fasteners nailed through wood knots causing the cracks. The retailer we purchased from had no inventory so we were forced to accept a replacement product. The couch was comfortable and visually pleasing but of disappointing quality and an equally disappointing apathy to fairly resolve the issue by assigning responsibility to the retailer.

First experience was fine. I purchased a decorative chair at 1/3 the cost of the same chair in Southaven. Then I ordered another... I was promised at least three times the chair would be there when we made the three-hour round-trip. Employee never called me back. When I called back, a male employee answered the phone and was so Rude! He said there was no chair, there would never be another Paisley chair, ever!Good buys but not worth the grief! Horrible customer service!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They have great deals for new home owners or young up and coming families but service sucked.

The advertise awesome prices which they do have but place it close to better looking items that I fell in love with. Im currently sitting in my reclining loveseat that was a steal for $450 and just what I wanted. The woman at the front counter was so patient with all my questions and walked the floor with me. I do wish loading had been quicker but they were busy and had several to help. I plan on going back next time Im in Corinth to look for a recliner as its looking shabby next to the loveseat.
