The people were very friendly and willing to help. Their prices are a little more than some other places, but they make up for that by having excellent customer service and appreciation. And the store is very clean and well laid out. Checkout wait time was minimal.

The store is beautiful with really nice produce and meats. Now with that being said there was a young lady working named Jessica who came out to help the young man who was ringing us up and she was doing the bagging she immediately went on a verbal attack about him not helping her bag things, he was still ringing items up and we did not have that many items. I would have bagged it myself to save him the embarrassment of her belittling him in front of myself my wife and one of your other patrons. Ive been in management for over 30 years and never would I call out an employee like she did in front of us and the other guest it was all over him not helping her bag items which easily could have been done by her but instead she took more time calling out his character instead of just bagging the items herself Pretty sad to see I think we will find somewhere else to do our shopping.

Always clean, Always attentive Customer Service. I have difficulty walking or use their motor cart when unable to walk. Cheerfully I get assistance, aisles are adequately spaced for navigation and not to disturb other shoppers. Produce is always fresh and clean. The guy who is usually there doing the day (blond haired) I apologize didnt get name. He is knowledgeable, patient, professional and ready to assist; walkers or not.Cashiers are the best! High Energy and ready to assist!

Can I say than you. Came the day before the event. The baker was so nice and helped me with my order. The order was ready. My daughter was extremely happy! Both cakes was decimated in 10minutes. Wish i had a picture of that. Thanks to the banquet team. The unicorn balloon with the cake made my daughters and every womans day!

Long walk to Pharmacy for seniors with walking impairments. Maybe waiting and rest chairs would be nice

Really a 3.5. But they did seem like they only want big family buyers. Pricing was a little higher and I didnt see a quality that offset prices.In bakery some products didnt have ingredient list or expiration dates. Good product choices just limited put-ups.

Went to pick up milks due to not getting a delivery for my business was told that i couldn’t buy that many and was also told to put them back. there was no sign of a limit of any kind. i couldn’t believe that they didn’t want to make a sale like that. i’d rather go spend my money at walmart then ever be told i can’t spend my money here.

Uhmmmm the produce and the bakery sections were pretty awesome. Then it was a run down and outdated store until you get to other end of it, which is the liquor department, this also seems to have been updated. Employees were young kids, nobody knew anything and there were 2 registers open with about ten people in each line. I get we are in a pandemic but there were 4 employees just standing around, watching the people in line. I specifically went there for 2 sale items. They rang up full price. I showed them the ad and the girl says the ad must be wrong. I had her remove the products. Not a store i frequent often, and because if this, i wont ever go back.

Produce is always fresh. Meat selection is excellent so much better than Walmart. Love the focaccia which is made fresh daily. And, most of all, Albertsons is so easy to navigate.

Clean store and great prices i definitely recommend this place if you want to save money

Dont get your vaccine here!!! Albertsons the store is fine. Im just trying to warn pregnant women! The pharmacist refused to give it to my pregnant wife even though she was perfectly healthy and has a recommendation from her doctor saying for her to get it! Apparently they dont want women to have the vaccine!!!

This location is very pretty, well organized and easy to access. Im only there when visiting my in laws, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise Im not as familiar with this location.People are friendly and helpful.

I dont know how this place has managed to stay open across the street from a Walmart Supercenter but theyre there for a reason. I always have better produce than Walmart. Definitely have a much more customer service. Very easy to go in and get out very quickly here.

Great store. Have always had very friendly employees. Always clean and I love that they have a Starbucks in the store. Might want to consider getting the thermostats adjusted according to the weather though. When its cold outside but colder in the store the staff have to bundle up to try and stay warm. But otherwise its definitely a store worth shopping at.

I like the cleanliness and the staff. But they dont have Nescafe Decaf. Wished there was more variety of decaf.

Albertsons has a huge variety but prices are mostly higher than other grocery stores. I bought 3 packs of 12 count Coca-Cola which were marked up a bit.

I really just ran in to buy flowers, but they had a very nice selection reasonably priced and not the kind of place where you have to dig through the wilted ones to find a nice bouquet. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that there was only 1 checkout lane open and I didnt see a self-checkout option.

It seems they’ve tried to improve a bit lately (no more rotten food in the bins! And that was pre-covid too), but their customer service and delivery is fraught with problems. Most of the people are nice but so poorly trained that they don’t know how to solve problems (like a refund on a delivery order with 25% of the items missing - instead of a refund the girl told me to come into the store and hung up on me when I insisted the manager should have a better solution and she should ask him to join the call).The process for ordering delivery is also rife with problems. Orders can’t be edited (per customer service it’s broken - and the function is disabled but confusingly just routes you in a circle instead of posting an alert that the feature is temporarily unavailable), and orders cannot be cancelled (another known issue that they didn’t see fit to post any notices about). The (extremely competent and knowledgeable) delivery driver had a terrible time trying to record my ID to verify proper delivery of the wine in my order, and the person on the other end of the app he was using told him to email them a photo of my ID - which he smartly refused to do because that is extraordinarily bad handling of personal data and just ripe for identity theft. Then after I noticed a bunch of things missing I saw the voicemail from the store. They forgot to hand one of my bags to the driver. I’ll give the guy credit for trying to solve this but some time had passed so when I called (following his suggestion to call the store) he was off work amd I got then had the terrible experience with the customer service desk girl.Absolutely every stage of this was comically broken. It’s not the clerks’ fault - it’s too completely broken at every stage for this to one individual. Get your act together Albertsons.Better yet - someone please open a new grocery store in this area so this place has to step up and make meaningful changes. As it is, they have little competition so it’s terrible.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The aisles are clear and well organized. The quality of the produce and meat is very good. The staff are ALWAYS very friendly, and they actually treat you like a person, not just another customer. I try to shop here whenever I can.

The one star is only for the manager who was on duty 1/18/21 Mon. 5pm. Wow, was he impatient and rude!! The other employees were super helpful and I give them 5 stars. When my handicapped cart went from green to red in the middle of the store, one of the employees was wonderful in helping me transfer my groceries over and getting me on my way again.

Started shopping mainly for the pharmacy years Ago. They are far and away a cut above the other area pharmacies in service and short wait times. The pharm staff is outstanding!The discount coupons we receive from the pharmacy have made this our go to for groceries as well. Even though the listed prices are a little higher than the WM Across the street, with the discount coupons we are actually saving more at checkout without having to put up with the crowds and out of stocks across the street. They have real live friendly checkers and package clerks at every register (no self service!) which i really appreciate. They will take your groceries to your car and load them in for you if you need them to. We love this store!

The employees here have always been friendly a d helpful. The pick up servace is awesome. The store is always well cleaned an well stocked. Thank you for such an amazing job you all do.

Good store, get groceries from there on the regular, disappointed there wasnt any fanta orange in plastic 6 pack... And only one bag of fuego takis left... But other than that it was good.

Very nicely organized store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I like going to Albertsons Corinth TX for my sea food fix. I believe they have the best looking seafood and counter display in my area.

I love coming to this store! Its spotless and well organized. The shelves are well stocked with high quality items. The groceries are priced right...at times, better than Walmarts prices. The produce section is fresh with good selections! I love they carry a special type of organic milk I cant buy anywhere else...excellent! The checkout process is also enjoyable. Rather than self serve machines like Walmart, they actually have friendly people at the checkout and box boys to bag your groceries. During my last visit, the checker was warm, polite and courteous as we waited on a price check. I love the customer service at this store.

Bakery, Produce and Fresh Meats look very good. Service was good. Place looked very clean. I like going here mostly for the produce and bakery which have been very high in quality in the past.. Meats are hit and miss. Today I picked up 2 roasts that were a decent price @$2.77lb compared to most recent available.But overall the prices are usually very high compared to almost every other grocery. Maybe not Whole Foods. Lol.

Management is good - food selection is OK - I have learned never to ask for certain brands or items they will discontinue them-I also go in there in the evenings when I’m tired and so many times they leave items out of my grocery bag I’ve had this happen time and time and time again cashier Brandy absolutely hates me it’s a woman thing women hate each other and so she purposely left out my produce leaving me to go back the next day to get my items totally done on purpose

I was really impressed with Albertsons. They have people constantly disinfecting carts and displays. Also their employees are working like 72 hour weeks so the check out lines are going really fast. Very impressed!!!! Thank you!!!! My Albertsons is in Corinth, TX

Updated review:I cant see this store making it past the fall of 2020.Shelves are still half full or less. Seems like they are going out of business.Employee service? Non-existent. If they communicate with you at all they treat you like you have the plague.Its as if the crisis gave all the employees an excuse to pretend customers dont exist. The workers are using social distancing to not help you. What a shame.This used to be a quality alternative to Wal-mart and Kroger. Not any more.

They have very good meat and the deli rocks too.
