Always kind staff and I do like shopping here. My husband likes the meat selection and I love the fresh produce and great selection. Please keep the checkers. It is miserable when people have to check themselves unless it is only a couple items.

The food here be great and when you meet people from school its fun to just mess with them not to be rude just to be a good goofy friend

3 stars because of a customer service experience. Walked into the store and asked an associate where I could find some breakfast. I was told me too if you find some let me know. We dont do breakfast. I walked away feeling like I had asked a stupid question. I eventually found a freezer section labeled breakfast that had what I was looking for.

I love Kroger I drive 30 miles to shop there every week..... the only bad thing is they have changed the store last year and are doing it again. Its to much I have rheumatoid arthritis and I do not like playing hiding seek with my food.

Good disappointed they are going to self check also. Thought about not going back to Wal mart because of this. Now I feel sad to know how many will lose jobs.

Great place to shop very helpful people

We had 6 items, 4 items didnt ring up correct. I love honeycrisp apples those were one of the things that came up wrong the price was 1.99 & they charged me 2.99. The lady couldnt or wouldnt fix it, so we left everything but the 2 items that had ther right price. Our 6 items went from $68. to $18.31

Normally I recommend this Krogers but today their computers were on the fritz. Not ringing up sale item correctly. The checker noticed and redid my order but was time consuming and customers had to wait longer to get checked out. Still my favorite shop.

Products keep moving.If it werent for the employees.... Id noooooooooot care up go back until they stop playing musical shelves!!!!

Kroger is a very good place to shop for groceries and some housewares and other items.

Its usually quite easy to navigate but since they are remodeling it takes a little longer to find what you need. All in all Ive never had anything other than positive experiences here.

The cashier was the worst customer service. My husband purchased $85 dollars worth of coffee since at the shelf it said buy 5 and save $5. But when they charge his card no discount. When questioned she said it only applies if you have Kroger card. Another shopper said he can use my card and the cashier said I sorry but its to late. It too bad because knowing him he will never shop their again. Lost a customer for $10 dollars.

They have a lot of great deals with your Krogers card and if you need a smoker grill they have one for $79.99 and they work great.

Normally 4 stars but their remodeling and trying to work through it. theyre doing well and making good progress .I shop their weekly staff& management always very pleasant .

I Like Krogers Little Pricey On Alot Of Things But I Had Rather Shop Krogers As Any Other!

Love shopping here and getting fuel points. Concept is so much better than Walmart where you just get points for shopping put in your loyalty number and get your discount on your gas. At Walmart you have to go in and get a Walmart gift card that wont work half the time over the pump so I have to go back in and get your money back and have them put it on another car just to get a three cent discount so I love Kroger much much better.
