Rarely do I take the time to post reviews, but I have to say that I have had nothing but the absolute BEST customer service with this company. I work for a young company that is learning the ropes as we go, and I have to say the expertise (and patience) that everyone on the staff has shown each time I call in with another question has been exceptional. The speed of service is top-notch!! We will continue to use D.I. Roof Seamers for a long time to come!!!

Didnt show up on time. Came on a Friday I shipped it back on Saturday morning. And was billed 6 days.

The customer service at D.I. is the best!!!!!! Every time I need to order a Seamer they are extremely helpful and so personable especially Barbara Pittman. I cant express how patient she is with the struggles I have with my orders and always makes me feel comfortable that I can ask anything if I get my orders wrong. The D.I. Team is the best:) General Steel would be lost without them.

They are NOT in the business of customer service. I would NEVER use them again. They didn’t ship my seamer on time for my scheduled work and then they charged me for all of the time I had to keep it until I could get back. I called but they wouldn’t help me even though it was their mistake.

As a company that we have dealt with for well over 10 years providing seamers for our roof systems; I can say that there level of service is second to none. I dealt with them almost on a daily basis and whether it was to order a new seamer or get tracking information D.I. Roof Seamers was able to give us the best service available. If there was a field issue they were always willing to take care of the problem directly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have a seamer for their roof.

Very unscrupulous business practices. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rent from this place. Their product is fine, but youd better just buy it and service yourself. Worst customer service.

This is an awesome company. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Ordered the can opener seamer for a 30,000 sq ft tear off and re-roof machine broke twice while we were using it. Our business had to buy our own parts locally to fix it and the company still charged us full bill for the rental period. They lock customers in with your credit card information, change for every day of the week (Monday - Sun). If you use DI Roof Seamers prepare to pay more than what you will be quoted and expect poor quality machines.

Top notch service and the staff is very friendly.

Equipment was good. Rental fees high priced. Asked for the seamer on a Wed. got on a Friday around 2 pm, so I didnt use it until Monday. Used it for 6 hours then shipped it back before 5p.m. Total bill was $520.00. Not happy at all. I was expecting around $300 in rental fees. Be careful when you get the equipment.

Shocked- Paid thousands for a roof seamer, called to get schematics, said its unavailable. And that really the machine is considered disposable. Horribly built cheap machine . Have used a K 9 for 10 years, pass on this one. The only reason we bought, it was available and the only reason they are available I now know

This company will continue to charge you for months on end after settling your account with them. Someone will tell you REPEATEDLY over the phone they deleted your cc info and you owe nothing more only to be charged again and again month after month. Do not trust these guys.
