Great place to drop off my FedEx packages because I know that they will be shipped THAT DAY. Other drop off places just hold the packages until a truck comes by - which can be (and has been) the next day. Always friendly people at the counter. Great location.

Needs to be open on weekends, for when they dont deliver on time

I thought I was lost at first. Nope, this is a Fed Ex ship center. It never seems busy so I get fast courteous service every time I go here. And my shipments seem to be a day early every time. We ship our gable vents nationwide and Memphis always took an extra day or two shipping in and out. I love this hassle free service.

Evidently they do not understand the terms next day deliverly or time sensitive material. I had a package shipped overnight from Southaven, MS to Booneville, MS on Monday. Its now Wednesday at 1:30 pm. Still no package which is prescriptions. I am out of medication because FedEx has not delivered as promised.

I just got a large package I was not supposed to get. Right number. Wrong street. I have been on hold for half an hour and no one has picked up yet.

Awesome place!

I called to tell the company that they were leaving my package halfway down the driveway at the RV. The woman was beyond rude and even hung up on me. She said they were busy and the drivers were leaving packages as close as they could. I told her you could see my house from there and the driveway was shared by others. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. How RUDE!!!

Ive already received one item from them, and the box was damaged. My friend downstairs found hers opened and possibly tampered with. Im waiting on something for class to come in, and Im a nervous wreck over it. Im unsure if itll go missing or damaged or something because FedEx here is that bad. There needs to be an extremely thorough review on employees and their training, and possibly required body cams to monitor them. Its not okay for a customer to fear losing their products because of careless employees.

They throw my packages on the bench outside and run back to there vehicle and dont even bother to knock on the door to let you know you got a package. I hate this fedex. Ive already told them repeatedly not to leave packages at my house if i am not there and they do it anyways. And another thing my packages always seem to be torn or ripped open when i get them. They have no care for other peoples things. Im tired of calling and complaining because it still keeps happening and they wont address the issue. They are lazy with a we dont care attitude.

IT WAS AWFUL AS USUAL EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE ANY THING SHIPPED FED EX OR UPS THEY LEAVE IT ON MY NEIGHBORS PORCH. MY NEIGHBOR FINALLY BROUGHT MY PACKAGE THIS EVENING AND TOLD ME IT CAME YESTERDAY. THEY TOOK IT IN THEIR HOUSE AND KEPT IT OVERNIGHT. I DONT WANT PEOPLE NOSING IN MY PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE PAID TO DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS THEN I EXPECT YOU TO DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS. LIKE I SAID EARLIER YOUR DELIVERY STINKS. IT CAME EARLY SO I WASNT EXPECTING IT TODAY BUT I DONT LIKE THE IDEA THAT IT WAS DELIVERED AND SPENT THE NIGHT AT SOMEBODY ELSE HOUSE. I COULD ONLY GIVE IT ONE STAR BUT I WANTED TO GIVE IT 0 BECAUSE I AM A VERY PRIVATE PERSON.
