Was satisfied with the service I received today. Went in for dog vaccines, and I THOUGHT I knew what I was going to purchase, until A nice employee (Molly) gave me a lot of helpful info. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Walked out with products that I actually needed. The cashier, Miguel was also welcoming, prompt, and friendly. I am a first time customer, and expect to be coming back for more pet products. They both had great customer service, and I knew I had to write this the same day as the service I received, otherwise I would have forgotten their names. Please thank them for me! :)

The staff member who helped us upstairs in footwear was amazing! She was so patient with my autistic daughter who does not like shoes, but needed boots so she could ride horses for her riding lessons she is getting. The ones her instructor sent us pictures of were all childrens sizes and my daughter needed adult sizes but by the list we had she was able to show us what would work and helped us find a pair that were not going to make her miserable.

They had exactly what I was looking for, a womans carhartt vest. Very excited!

We bought some grass seed. The lady helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have been loyal Wilco & Valley Ag customers for a handful of years. Doing all of our farm business including supplies, feed and chemicals. We also have been bringing our three farm dogs( two labs and a chi) to their grooming department for over 4 years and unfortunately we will not be doing grooming business with them anymore. Rochelle their “lead groomer” groomed all three of my dogs and there was a misunderstanding about what “grooming package” I wanted. She did remove the extra charges that were placed but handled it with a horrific attitude. When I got home and looked over my dogs, not only were two of the three dogs haircuts done by what appeared to be a preschooler learning how to use scissors, but what was supposed to be done in the package she thought I wanted was not. I promptly called Mike the store manager and he offered no help or solution to this as “grooming” wasn’t his expertise. I called for the next 3 days trying to reach Rochelle and clarify what I paid for and never got a return phone call. Today I went into the store to talk with her about what was not done and my frustrations and I was met with a disgusting attitude, horrible customer service and excuses. What I discovered is that Rochelle is charging people for services she is NOT providing. Brendan the assistant manager was wonderful, took my first complaint about Wilco and being scammed by Rochelle seriously, and offered me a full refund. Look over your receipts and make sure your getting what you paid for.

We use Wilco for their dog grooming services. They are consistently excellent.

Carhart gear is my Favorite and they have so much of it. We always get our chicken food here too! It is a real plus!

I love Wilco! Staff has always been very friendly and mostly knowledgeable. I have horses and do a lot of outdoor projects, they have a decent horse tack area in a corner of the store. English and western. General farm hardware and a large clothing section for men and women, good selection of boots.

Great for my canning supplies- I was out of quart and pint jars and was able to get one box of each!

Used to always take my dog to get groomed here and have called and left a voicemail at least 3 times to set up an appointment and have never received a call back. Doesn’t help that they never answer their phones during so called “business hours”.

This is a real farm store. As in, if you keep a farm, you will find feed, soil amendments and work clothes here. Its in an agricultural area. Its a local chain and very friendly. You might meet a 7-weeks-old mixed-breed puppy who is learning skills he will need to live and work outside. You will not meet any Chiweenies or Goldendoodles. Even the shoppers are friendly.

Wilco is always my first choice for hardware and farm/garden supplies. It might not be as inexpensive as a box store or Amazon, but these days it is more important than ever to support local businesses. Always pick up your nuts, bolts, and washers here. Sold by the pound! Not as big as the Newberg or Mcminnville Wilco, but most of what you will need and same great people.

My pleasent shopping experience at Wilco. Was shopping for grain free dog food potting soilbaby chickens (egglayers). plus few other miscellaneous goods.They have many different breeds of Chickens to choose from.Their animal enclosures were super clean.Chickens and other livestock looked healthy and well cared for.The staff was super friendly, on-point! knowledgeable & informative.We will be visiting here often great feel n vibe😁the slightly higher prices are well worth it 👍

Not the first time Ive went out of my way to buy products that the website confirmed were in stock.Was waiting in the check out for ten minutes as they were calling back to the warehouse.They only had one person working the cash register and the people back behind me were stacking up.I kindly left and purchased my AG products down the street at company Wilco bought out for a way cheaper.They supply Wilco with products for commercial operations.Why have a website and not have any idea what kind of inventory you have or are your workers just lazy?

Ive always had a good experience here. Just remember that some of their best sale items are Wilco Rewards online only, so shop their website and order online before you go in. You cant necessarily order while youre in the store and expect to pick it up immediately.
