Hem my banquet dress $$ side i will go back

Once she altered the side seam, she couldnt put the beads back on correctly. Said it wasnt her fault, because she didnt have a machine that would sew them back on, as they did at the manufacturer. Instead of a beautiful horizontal run of beads, it was a train wreck. She also removed too much fabric in the straps, and so had to remove fabric from the under the arm so my daughter could put her arms down and still have blood circulation (but charged us for the additional alterations!). The second time the dress was supposed to be ready, the extra cups we had requested in the bust were still not sewn in, and the dress was still damp from being steamed. Shoddy, unprofessional work, and ruined an expensive dress.

They do a wonderful job by fitting a wedding dress I bought over the internet. Excellent service. 100% happy

Christy was wonderful, she altered, cleaned and stored my dress. She even steamed my veil for me!
