Extremely rude when attempting to assist him with some information very unappreciative especially after purchasing vehicles from them. After seeing with my own eyes the lemons pass through this place it reminds me of the movie Matilda and Wormwood Motors. If you dont remember that just stick your bumper on with super super glue see how it works out.

I had the opportunity to work with Betty at Exit 28, on an Audi Q5. She was really easy to work with. I didnt notice that the car was missing the screen for the sunroof until after I purchased the car. She informed me that they had noticed that the screen was missing and already ordered a replacement to fix the problem. It only took a few days before the parts were in and then 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up... They even provided me with a loner while they did the work. I am very pleased with the service. I will definitely put them at the top of the list when Im looking for something new. Thanks guys!

Bought a car from these people last July. Got a 2011 Mercedes for $13,000. Paid cash. Within 6 months, spent 2k more in repairs. By October, transmission was shot and had to trade that in for a new reliable Highlander. Got 5.5k trade in value. So net loss of $7500 in 9 months! Called the salesman twice and he said the owner Pierre would call me back. Pierre never returned the calls. Horrible experience. 1star is the lowest rating. Otherwise 0 stars. Lol

If I where able to give them no starts I would. Transmission in the car I bought there didnt last a full year. Payed them to fix it and it took 2 weeks longer then they said it would. Right after the transmission the air intake went out. Was told it would be 300 to fix it and then was charged almost 500 . When I said something about the quality of the car they sold me the sales person said thats what I get for buying a used car..... DONT BUY HERE!!!!

This place is a joke. I was searching for a new vehicle and I found a 2008 Mazda MazdaSpeed 3 on Craigslist. I called to verify the vehicle was still available and it was. I went in the next day to take a look at it and I was very pleased with it. During the test drive I found the power mirrors didnt work. They took care of that no problem but it was after the first week that everything went downhill. Now just know that I was told that their technician had worked the car over and I had nothing to worry about. First came the Check Engine Light. I myself am an automotive technician so I checked to see what it was (P0401, EGR Insufficient Flow). Next it was my drivers door lock. It wasnt (and still isnt) locking and unlocking at times when I use my keyless entry. Well the next week (2 weeks after having the car,) I took it back in to have the power mirrors fixed and they said they would look at the Check Engine Light and the Power Door Locks. I got a call the next day saying that my door lock and check engine light was fixed (Check Engine Light was supposedly due to the vehicle being ran low on gas.) So I took the vehicle and the next day, the Check Engine Light came back on. I knew what it was so I just left it be for the time being. The next Saturday, I took it into the shop I work at and raised it up on a lift. Upon inspection, I found a major oil leak coming from the front of the engine, the transaxle is leaking fluid and one of the front struts are leaking. A few days after that, I got a really bad thumping sound coming from the rear end of the vehicle. I jacked the rear end up to try and figure out where the noise was coming from. As it turns out, the nuts on the new sway bar links that they had put on were loose. Both of them. I tightened the nuts back up and the noise went away. So I have pretty much taken care of everything myself except for the door lock because I dont have the funds to buy a new door lock actuator. Now tonight, my fuel gauge has stopped working. It just seems like its one thing after another. So much for my car being Worked over and I have nothing to worry about. I worry about what the next thing is thats going to go out.If you even think about purchasing a vehicle from here, take it to the manufacturer specific dealership or to your personal mechanic (which I assume you trust) to get the vehicle looked at before you make a decision. Even if you take it to the dealership, the fee they may charge you to take a look at the vehicle may determine if you purchase the vehicle or not and may save you a lot of money in the future.I will not buy another vehicle from here and I may not even buy another used car again.

Worst experience EVER with ANY car dealership. No integrity, unprofessional, the owner (Kenney) even cursed at and hung up on my wife....like a baby!Inflicted damage to my car and refused to pay for it. Why? Thats how they rollBUYER BEWARE....Go to any other lot to shop for your new car!
