Unfortunately I had HORRIBLE Customer service. I Went in to ask about my upgrade And the lady that was helping us was on her phone on Snapchat/ticktock and was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! So with that being said, Please get better customer service for your customers or your location just might go out of business as well!!

I had one problem, I was in a hurry and emmanuel did awesome helping me and getting everything done right while he got me out as fast as he could. My problem was the phone wasnt charged (rarely happens, wasnt his fault and not an issue for me) so when I got back with my phone and it charged a while, I tried to update my phone how I liked it and it was all in spanish (I speak very little from classes I had in school) so I almost had a break down since I was lucky enough to have my boyfriend fix it for me. I called to mention what happened just so it didnt happen to anyone else, hopefully, but overall I was very happy with my customer service and they prices the store had

Friendly staff helped with all our needs. Totally will come back to that location. Bereniz was the coolest ever.
