All vape juices are awful. They sold me their best two selling juices and they were awful no name brands.they also sold me the wrong pods but only could replace 2 of them because I already opened and filled up the last one. Didn’t give me a refund. Waste of 45 dollars. Take your money elsewhere please.

Bought a Hyde straight out of the box. Didn’t work and was half empty. Called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Bought it not even 10min ago.

I Was just at the store. I bought some OCB papers in a box and I was suppose to get 6 but only got 3. For the people who are reading this open the box always and check I’ll explain why, to the owner who is reading this; keep your people at check regardless of how good your review bar is. To the Manager who is reading this, tell yourself and the employees who take things out of the retail box to put the half empty box in the back of the bin. So nobody gets a half empty box when your getting ready to sell it. I’ve ran retail stores and a store like high life which it’s easy for the employees to steal little bits of retail out of the boxes because most of it gets overlooked or it’s a bunch of overstock. Came in to buy Pods for the Novo X, the girl working there got them for me and I asked her if those were the right ones because I didnt have my device with me and she said yes. I get home and they were too small, she sold me the wrong ones. I go two days later to exchange them and Christian the manager wouldnt exchange them because I didnt have the receipt. That is really poor management, even though the associate admitting that she gave me the wrong ones in front of the manager and he still wouldnt exchange it without a receipt. Horrible management, will never go back.

I recently worked for High Life as a full time sales associate. While I enjoyed working there and meeting new people (shoutout to Gil), my time was cut short due to having a family cruise vacation that interferes with my availability for Black Friday. I was released over a month before my cruise and was told it was because the handbook states (which DOES NOT) Black Friday is mandatory for all employees. I was told to hand in my key with no reasoning once so ever once the upper management found out about the vacation cruise. My actual store manager had known about the cruise since at least August and he had no problem with me taking the cruise. Please keep in mind, I wasnt just a regular employee. I was a Key Holder and had open/closing duties as that of a store manager would do. So that goes to show how they view their employees who work for them.Aside from this, anyone whos looking for a gig that works you full time hours, while also paying you on a below average part time scale(8.50-9.50) this is a job recommended for you. If youre looking to make some real money and not deal with workplace stress from upper management watching you constantly on cameras and verbally harassing you for quota, I suggest you look elsewhere. High Life isnt for you.People will sum this up to a disgruntled ex employee but its the truth. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone, absolutely horrible customer service. Came in and bought a pipe this morning. Employee was rude then, but I didnt think much of it. Upon arriving home i notice the titanium piece had a giant hole in it. Not possible to use, completely broke. Returned to exchange said piece and was told I couldnt return it and that I was stuck with a broken pipe. Will not return, suggesting all my friends and family do the same. Horrible customer service

Very nice shop. Lots of different item varieties. Prices were not too high...just average..staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy. Shop open til 8 pm except Sunday until 7pm. I found exactly what I was looking for with plenty of different options to choose from. WILL definitely go back.

Had to edit this review. HIGHly discourage going to this location. My past experiences have been pleasant but lately that hasn’t been the case. The service is atrocious and laughable at best. I live .3 of a mile from the location and will now be ordering my supplies by other means. 9 years of business gone. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I came in a few days ago and I was looking at a vape for my cart and myself and Connor and sierra could not figure out how the voyage worked for it and we were all stumped. I come in a few days later they both remember and remember the issue from the other week and both knew exactly how it worked and all of it’s functions and explained it very well to me and i ended up buying it. Talk about hunting down an old sale and never giving up on it these to did very well and in my words “above and beyond to make the sale”

Just came in for a .50 cent magnetic piece to attach to a Pen. They where out and didn’t have anything to compensate except telling me to purchase another 20$ pen. This place is a rip off just out for money. If they really wanted to help me they would of given me a magnetic piece from another box and simply replaced it with another magnetic piece when the shipment came in.
