I really enjoy shopping and using consignment at FlairTRADE Consign. They are fair in regard to the consignment part of the store and I enjoy finding things, like a Dooney & Burke purse the last time I was there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized. I do have an issue with layaway. I do not think consignment stores should offer a layaway policy. I dont like to wait for my money. Otherwise, the place is awesome.Michele Thomas

I’d been going to this shopping center for well over a year and had never gone inside Flaire Trade until recently. Wow! I wish I had started going here sooner but so glad I finally found it. My first purchase was a month ago and I have been back 4-5 times since, each time finding multiple treasures. I like high end designers but don’t love the high end price tags. Flaire Trade has a wonderful selection of both high end designers and more main stream, every day labels. They are definitely worth checking out!

The inside is impeccable, the customer service as well, but they dont tell you that the only trades allowed are if you bring items in, these are last sale items, as if you buy it you cant return it and no exchanges. With the very limited style and options, their hats are extremely overpriced you can find them on shien.com cheaper. Again, this shop caters to a certain demographic, its just too stuffy for me, cute but reminds me of my grandmothers wardrobe.

Flair Trade is quite the hidden gem. I live 45 minutes away but it is absolutely worth the drive time. The store has excellent variety for all shoppers. Their high end designer pieces of clothing, shoes and purses are amazing! Designer, mall brands, Lilly Pulitzer, Chicos and many more. Everyone can find something they love. They have a smaller men section but quite nice. I have found my husband a few pieces. The store always has quality items but they also have really great associates. They welcome you, help you if needed but let you shop without hovering. I just wish I lived closer!!!

I absolutely LOVE FlairTrade! I found this shop a few weeks ago through a Google search and have been back 3 times already! I live a few towns over but they are absolutely worth the drive! The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the overall environment is laidback and chic! They keep the store immaculate and carry some great brands for an even better price (they even authenticate, which will definitely put many at ease with their higher end purchases)! I highly recommended FlairTrade to anyone that loves mid-level, boutique, and high-end brands, fantastic prices, and amazing customer service! FlairTrade is the best! :)

A wonderful consignment shop with a large amount of inventory to choose from at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy - they let me shop but were quick to be there if I needed help. I keep up with their online store and they have very fast shipping and items arrived in perfect condition and just as described. Cant wait to shop with them again!

Very cute shop, all about the label, I did not give this store 5 stars because some of their items were not in almost new condition. I browsed the whole store and found a couple of items with stains. The mens department had items that were dated but again they had that brand label on them. I would however check this consignment when looking for something a bit different as I did see some nice vintage items. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would like to see some of the consignment shops sale some name brands and not just designer brands like Levis, Lee, Dress barn, Mens warehouse. Nice clothes without the hype of being a designer label. But thats a personal preference. Overall this is a very nice store.

I love shopping here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, Especially Meagan! They have a lot of fun events and I always find something when I’m there. I’ve bought a few coach purses, some beautiful dresses and blouses for work, even some neat jewelry. My 13 year old son will actually go shopping here with me because they have a men’s department he can shop in too! I highly recommend Flairetrade consignments!

I have both consigned and purchased items from Fifis for over 3 years. Every experience I have had has been exceptionally professional. The staff at Fifis are extremely helpful and honest. I have never felt rushed while shopping and I have been in the store at closing time many times. The articles they dont take for consignment are always thoroughly explained as to why they are refused. I drive two (2) hours to take my consignments to Fifis that in its self should speak volumes about their service. My checks are mailed to me every month if I have sold any items. I strongly encourage everyone to visit Fifis for quality merchandise.

I have worked here for almost 7 years. Not only is FlairTrade an amazing place to work but it is an amazing place to shop. If you are not wanting to spend the crazy normal retail prices FlairTrade is the place to find designer purses, jewelry, and clothes for a fraction of the price. All of the clothing is in amazing conditions. Oh and I forgot to mention the staff is incredible, they are honest and very knowledgable. Go shop at FlairTrade trust me you wont regret it!

My daughter and I have been to several consignment shops recently and this one was, by far, the best. They carry fine quality clothing for reasonable prices. THIS is a value! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but not pushy. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for nice, gently worn clothes at a reasonable price.

I’m sad to say my experience shopping at Flare Trade was very disappointing. My husband and I were shopping with our Maltese in a carriage, there was no sign on the door and the cashier watched us come in with the dog. He is very well behaved small dog. The owner watched us try clothes on and when she realized we were buying only one item she was nasty and avoided helping us at the checkout after we waiting quite some time she told someone else to help us.I would never go back to be treated so rudely.

Upscale consignment store with great selection of womens clothes. Mens is selection has much less to choose from but what they have is good. Gambler pricing where price drops over time.

When this place was FiFis it was an amazing store. They had high quality clothes and shoes at affordable prices. I got my prom dress and shoes there for just a little over 100 dollars. The staff was very friendly and professional, helping me out and offering their opinions on the dresses I tried on. All in all, I had a great experience there. So this year, my sister decided to go and find a dress there, but we found out that it was no longer called FiFis, now it was called FlairTrade. We didnt think much of it at first, so we went inside and the place was completely dead. What once was a bustling store, was no empty at their normally peak time of day. My mom, who was with us at the time, asked one of the employees if they had changed ownership. The lady was really snarky and rude saying that everything was exactly the same as before and nothing had changed. Obviously that was a lie, and she completely dodged her question. My mom then asked another employee the same thing and this lady was even more rude, completely dodging the question and acting as if we were completely stupid. We decided to look at the dresses anyways even though the staff were being completely rude. For starters, their selection was completely terrible and their prices were astronomical. They wanted almost 200 dollars for a plain black dress that was used! After that we decided to leave and we will not be going back

I brought 7 lululemon items to this store and barley got ANY money from the sales. They take more than half the money they sell the items for (which is ridiculous, in my opinion). I went to pick up my money and they only would give me part of it. The lady working was rude when I asked for the items that didn’t sell yet back. DONT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. You will be ripped off.

Went in there with my wife and wasn’t expecting to see such a large men’s selection in a luxury consigment store. Bought a cool jacket and was impressed their selection of suits, shirts, shoes and accesories. Went back afterwards to consign some allen edmunds shoes. Sold shoes and bought an overnight bag. Friendly staff and good experience. If you’re looking for a good deal (or have any higher end clothes you’re not wearing) definitely worth the visit.

Fifis has ruined me for full price shopping!!! I find the greatest, designer, fashion forward, lowest priced curvy clothing and accessories!The ladies are beyond welcoming and I always enjoy spreading the word and sharing such an incredible gem!

FiFis is a fabulous place to Consign and Shop! Good return on your items when you consign. Great value for your dollar when you shop. It feels like you are at a boutique. Believe me....Not all Consignment - Resale Shops are created equal. I am officially spoiled. Love my FiFis:-)

Horrible service and they think sense you look young that your trying to steal stuff and they ask for your ID when your just trying to by a lip gloss which makes no sense I dont like this place
