Worked with RK -Shirts on a shirt design for my son who was diagnosed with a brain tumor. They were professional and expedited the process to get the shirts to us in time for a fund raiser, some of his friends had put together. Weve gone back and ordered hoodies as well. Excellent company and people.

RK T-shirts did a run for a band that I play in and did a great job. They were super responsive and patient with me as it was my first time. They allowed me time to come in and look over the shirts as well as we were fine tuning.Highly recommend!

Sometimes the best test of a company is how they recover from an error. I had an order and there was a minor error and I was under a tight deadline. The people at RK went into high gear, fixed the problem and delivered in awesome time.I am more than happy with the quality of the shirts ... but I’m even more pleased with the responsive service. I have worked with this company for over 4 years, and my most recent order went seamless!!! Like fine wine they get better and better. From sending my logo via email, to ordering my custom shirts, everything went smooth and in a timely manner.

They worked with me consistently until the design was acceptable to me. I had a tight turnaround for three special t-shirts. My timeline was met and my expectations were exceeded! They do great work. I needed custom shirts with my company brand for a team event. The shirts looked great, they matched the red in the logo to the red in the shirt. Turn around was fast too, I will use them again.

Dont buy their shirts, They lied to me. I asked them if theyre shirts were silk screen not iron on. They said it all their shirts were high tech screening. The shirts they sent me the decals were iron on. Two shirts over 51 dollars. I could have bought better quality shirts at Walmart for 5 dollars a piece.

I am so upset. I ordered my daughters birthday T shirt on Tuesday, was told to email an employee and I did everything that was requested. I called Friday to make sure it was ready for pick up, unfortunately my order was over looked and they didnt realize it was for Friday.

Dropped off order in June. By July, no artwork, no phone call, no contact. By August, no artwork, no phone call, no quote and no contact. With one week left before tshirts were needed, I went by to pick up originals and leave. . no offer to make it right, no apology. Just completely dismissed. Very bad business, and under no circumstances can I recommend this vendor to anyone.

Ive had nightmares in the past with local screen printers. Everything from mis-aligned text to artwork flaking off after a single wash to extremely wide variations in color etc. A client referred me to RK for a project and Ive been using them ever since. The quality is excellent for the price and the turn-around times are fast. Crossing my fingers but at this point it looks like Ive found the right fit for my business.

RK Tshirts is a seemingly well run establishment. I walked in to order a substantial amount of custom tshirts and the manager I spoke with, Eric, was as professional as they come. Ordered t-shirts on December 20, 2016 - They charged through PayPal on December 21, 2016. We then received an e-mail from them on 12/23 requesting a PayPal payment - so we paid again. We thought the original PayPal had not gone through since we were ordering on-line. The first order was delivered after Christmas. Then another order appeared around 01/6 or 01/07. They were both the same order number. We called their very lame customer service and explained the situation and they said there would be a $6 restocking fee per T-shirt even though they screwed up. Currently disputing with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BIG SCAMMERS. Lousy Customer Service.02/13 - UPDATE: Received a refund when they fully understood they had messed up - I never had an issue with their t-shirts so now I am happy with the t-shirts and they have redeemed themselves. I am changing my review now to 5 stars.
