Where do I begin? I am not a guy who post a bad review everywhere.My wife and I purchased Palisade in Nov. 2020. At that time, we decided to take advantage of 1.99% financing and zero down payment option. The sales rep quoted a monthly payment of $928. As you all know, we went into The Room to sign some paper. The number/finance guy offered 3 years additional service deal and mentioned that our payment will only go up $2 per month. What???? They offered $3,000 service deals for three years, and our payment only goes up $2 per month. Number did not add up, thus I asked the guy to run the numbers again. Apparently they misquoted the payment amount in the beginning. My payment went down to $878 per month. I did not understand how they could make such a mistake and did not catch it. But I did not make big deal out it, assuming/hoping that it was only human error and ended up purchasing the vehicle because we loved the car.Recently, I made a service appt online through dealers website for Oct. 13, 2021 at 8:30am. I called a few days later to confirm my appt. Guess what? Online appt tool has not worked, and I ended up making another appt on Oct 20, 2021 at 8:30am.I got to the dealer at 8:13am, and explained the issues with car - 15k scheduled maintenance, noise from steering wheel, and ambient temp sensor issue. I mentioned that temp on dashboard went up 100F or above while I was driving several times. I got the paperwork at 8:16am, and I was told that service rep will reach out to me if they found any issues.After two hours later around 10:10am, I saw my car parked outside. I thought that they were still working on my car. I waited and waited. My patience was running this, so I went to the service dept. little after 11am am and asked if my car was ready. Apparently, my car was ready, and service rep told me with attitude that he ordered the part for steering wheel which will take months to get here. Further, he told me that our tech plugged in the diagnostic tool and it showed that there was no problem with temp sensor. He told that Hyundai will only replace the part if the tool said so. He just told me to sign the invoice and go.Anyhow, after I signed the invoice, turned on my car, and about to drove off the parking lot. I saw temp 55F on my dashboard when outside was about 67F, and I saw my invoice was printed at 10:17am. I waited five minutes and walked back to the dealership. I confronted the service rep. Temp on my display clearly said 55F when out side is closed to 70F. The service rep replied to me that that is more likely the temperature inside the our shop. What? I saw my car parked outside over a hour under the sun.That was when I asked to talk to manager. It is clear that my vehicle was ready before 10:17am. The service rep never followed up with me. The service rep obviously forgot about me. The service rep never apologized for time I waited and for his unprofessionalism. The manager explained that they are short staffed.I would not write this review while skipping lunch today only if the service rep showed any sincere gesture that he was too busy and said simple good all sorry. I know that quality of service is somewhat diminished due to covid. But my experience with this dealer is beyond my comprehension.

I called CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona prior my visit. I made an appointment with Chris. I mentioned to him the car I wanted, and that I wanted to trade my car. He guided me and my uncle through the process and mentioned about the extra on the accessories before we move forward. Later on, we talked to Joyce, general manager, to talk about the deal. After the deal, we were taken care of with in-n-out meals. Chris patiently showed me the features of the car. On the way home, I got a call from him and mentioned that I left a valuable on my traded car. Overall, my experience with CardinaleWay Hyundai Corona has been a pleasure with Chris and Joyce. We were treated well and with respect.
At first I was very happy with the salesperson and the business. Is very nice inside and not pushy salespeople. But the day I first drove my car around the neighborhood it was acting funny. I contacted the salesperson who got back to me stating that it did the 100 something point inspection and it was fine continued to have problems and contacted salesperson who said it has a turbo charger and supposed to do that. Now I am on vacation 100 miles from home and it can barely run. Im concerned that I bought a lemon. I have read other people with the same complaints that I have and Hyundai is turning a great ear. Im scared to death to drive this car. I spent all my money buying it and I feel like they knew something was wrong with it and now Im stuck with it. Car jerks and lags upon acceleration. Wont go up hill. Jerks and then jumps. Brakes going all the way to floor. Wont go when you start from an green light even though I am pressing on gas
Hyundai car dealer was beyond our expectations. We arrived and this nice gentleman walked us right in and made sure we get help right away. Then we get introduced to Sarah, wow this women was super sweet and very helpful. We got to drive the car without her she said so we can feel more comfortable. We didn’t feel pressured and she made sure we understood the process of the car we wanted and the price etc... 5 starts to her and the crew!! Thank you guys, the crew was such a good energy and so helpful. We love our new Sonata!!

Great customer service! Ive bought 2 new cars so far with the rep Lavelle, and each time I was not disappointed. They work with you, and they make sure to give you the best price, i live almost 100mi away and I will still drive to them because they are all great people.
My wife and I bought a car from this dealership more than 3 months ago. After the purchase we never received our license plate. As the temporary plate was about to expire, we kept trying to call the dealership to help us check the status and they were unwilling to help. Eventually, we started to contact Wellsfargo (the financing bank) and DMV. It turned out that due to some mistake that the dealership made, Wellsfargo couldnt even release the title of the vehicle to us after we paid the loan in full. DMV also told us that the car is still stuck in processing because the transfer from the previous owner to the dealership was stuck. After that, we kept reaching out to the dealership for help and the agent from Wellsfargo also kept reaching out to them and we never received any response. Im hoping that I can actually speak to the general manager and not just get a canned social media response to my honest frustration. I bought a car and paid in full and they arent even willing to transfer the title to us. Is this a scam?
One of the worst service departments that we have ever dealt with. We made several attempts to get an appointment for service and never received a phone call back or a response to the appointment system that they have set up. Went to have the car serviced and they stated it would be around 2 hours for a standard service. After 3 hours went to check on status and was told the car was finished. From the time stamp on the paperwork seems the car was finished within the 2 hours however, nobody contacted us that it was completed. In fact the service desk lied about it being finished and stated they were not sure when it was done, even though all the paperwork is time stamped. All of the paperwork shows that we were waiting in the lobby as well. We have recommended this dealership to many friends, but will no longer do so.
We spend over 6 hours, finally we wanted just to take the car and leave system was down, I wanted to sign and leave. When i get home next day review my paper did not see military discount or loyal customer since i had 2013 Sonata to exchange, talk to my sale person about he said will review and let me know ( good luck) sent him the DD214 couple times, and went 2 times after and talk to him, and he still did not call me to explain for.Today i had to call to check about more info for my gap insurance since i switch the loan with my bank, good luck first call was hold for 1 hours and 6 minutes ( I have my snapshot for proof) hang up and call same lady put me on hold for over 15 minutes i finally hang up and give up, hoping tomorrow i will call back and get my answers.Service department are the BEST.really the best.I like my 2021 Tucson.Just have some question 🤔 and I need answers.
Dealership does not stand behind their warranty. They point to the Corp Office, Corp office points back....do yourself a favor and choose a different manufacture. I will never buy a Hyundai again!
Don’t buy a car here they will rip you off swindle you. Had a really bad experience with this branch. Drove all the way from San Diego and found out that their price listed on their website is not real. They added $1,500 as added accessories which cant be removed. The manager Joyce was really unprofessional and the sales person Marcela didnt told me about the adds on even though she knew I was coming from San Diego. I highly recommend to go to other dealer or ask about final price before making a trip.

This dealership will just take your money. I have a 14 Genesis coupe and I’ve been having a really bad cold start issue and my psi gages keep going crazy. I took my car in twice, first time they advised me it was running within it normal range. When I got my car back the first time it sounded really good like they did something to it. Unfortunately getting ready to leave for work and my car starts to shake and the check engine light comes on and my car goes into limp mode again. So I take it back and they advise me that they can do a ECM update charged me $270 and my check engine light came back on in two days after getting my car back. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN LOST ALL FAITH IN THIS DEALER. 1/10

Saturday 730am- 8am morning Service. Had no appt the Serv.Dept. still assisted me and I got out in about an hour and they did a good job. It was my 1st time there for service.
Do not come to this dealer AT ALL. The manager there by the name of Steve is a LIAR. He lied about the hyundai I bought and didnt tell me that it had an accident and now at this other dealer theyre telling me the car had an accident and now Steve is claiming that he made me sign the report. The trunk of the car I bought stopped working after 2 days and they said I had to wait 2 months until the parts come in for them to fix the trunk and then I have to make an appointment and then wait more longer just to fix it. Do not bargain with this dealer at all.
I had the best experience Sarah was the nice young lady who helped us! She went above and beyond to find a bank to finance my used Santa Fe 2013. Her knowledge of the car as well as the car sales aspect was excellent ! Since then I have returned to get my car service and just recently to get brakes where Nick in the service department has always assisted with no problem. These are 2 of many that work at CardinaleWay Hyundai but I can guarantee you that all the other staff here will do the the same to make sure your experience here will be one that will make you come back when you are ready to buy that car you needed!
Avoid this place like the plague! Dishonest, deceptive dealership. Make sure to read all of the fine-print before you go in. Also be aware that EVERY car on the lot has $1500 in worthless add ons, which are never mentioned in your online quote. They are just trying to get you in the door, then use all the typical slimy tactics to jack up the price. 1 star is actually too generous. Id give a zero if it was an option.

Tl;Dr - This place will try to rip you off and dont bother expecting good customer service. Theyve been trained for the opposite.Its too bad that this place has the people it does working here. After years of coming here for our vehicles, the employees have crossed the line of professionalism and fallen into greed. Either this business should pay their employees a living wage, so they dont try to rip off customers, or maybe, hire people with principles and some sort of honor.
I found an online listing on their website for a used car so I decided to check it out. I met with Lavelle, who was extremely friendly and considerate. I had driven over 80 miles to the dealership and he had everything prepared for the test drive when I arrived. The negotiation went smooth, and I worked with their finance representative Samir. He was also extremely cordial throughout the documentation process. In hindsight, I question buying the extended warranty (which I was persuaded to highly consider) because of the lengthy list of maintenance services/repairs NOT COVERED. The car itself was extremely high value so all in all a great experience!
4/27 update. The general manager was kind enough to respond to my review 6 days ago but after I emailed him my contact information, he has yet to call email or text...It is unfortunate that after many years of being at advocate for this dealership l have to give them a bad review. I purchased 2 new vehicles at different times from here and for the most part never had issues and was always satisfied with their services. That is until November of last year when my 2016 elantra gt started giving me issues with lack of power and shutting off. I took it in and service department informed me the car needed new fuel injectors at a cost of $1300.00 I told the individual that was helping me that in my opinion it was unlikely the injectors were bad after only 84k miles. But reluctantly I agreed to the repairs. When the car was returned to me, as I was driving home I noticed the lack of power was still present and the car performance was not what it was supposed to be. I took the car back and this time the car stayed for a few days for testing and evaluation once again. I finally received a call letting me know they now though the computer was the problem. The technician informed me that Hyundai was going to take care of the majority of the cost and I would only have to pay 100.00 dollars more to witch I again reluctantly agreed because I figured they were trying to correct their misdiagnosis. After I picked up the car a second time I drove home and parked it for a few months until 4 weeks ago when I went back to work.To my surprise when I got on the freeway, the vehicle was still not performing properly and it shut off on me again. I took it back to Hyundai and they informed me yesterday the car now needs a new exhaust manifold at a cost of 1,700.00 dollars. This, in my opinion is unacceptable since the issue with the car is the exact same that it was when I originally took it. I picked up the car yesterday and now the check engine light is on (which wasnt before) my engine cover is missing and Im just disappointed with this whole experience and in the lack of knowledge the mechanics have in diagnosing problems.

Airbag light was on and was diagnosed by two local auto shops for clockspring default. I called this dealer about it and they wanted me to come for diagnosis and repairs.Today I came for the airbag and oil change. After the diagnosis, they told me the default was not covered in the warranty because my mileage is 144,000 and I need to pay the $165 diagnosis fees. I talked to the manager and she said that I already signed the paper. So there was no way to waive the fees. Here are my concerns as a customer:1) My car value is around $4,000 and it was not worth it to spend money on this car with many problems. If they can tell me that this was not covered under the warranty when I called them, it would be great.2) The manager told me that they would notify me once the car was ready. I saw they finished and parked the car. I did not see anyone come to let me know that my car was ready, even the advisor and the manager was not busy during that time.3) They did not put a sticker on after the oil change. So I don’t know when to do the oil change next time.All in all, I will not come back for the auto service due to to their poor customer service.

Buyer Beware these guys are deceitful, bating us in to sell us another car smh, Worst place to go and buy a car We left because they couldnt settle for a little less to help us out. The next day Brianna and Christian called us and said to come down that the paperwork was ready and the car was ready when I got there the car was parked next to my car and they tell us after making us wait almost 40 minutes that they had traded the car to another dealer we were so upset because we were talking to them basically all day and they could have told us instead of making us drive for an hour to get to their dealer in traffic in the heat!!! They had no consideration for us were not honest, we will never ever recommend anybody this dealer or make the mistake of going back there. Worst experience by far if I could give them a 0 star rating I would!

I researched cars for days. I spoked to many salespeople, I was impressed from the get-go how Rene Pena provided no non-sense customer service.He was eager to find exactly what I wanted without telling me my car was sold minutes before I got to the lot like many salesmen.I started the process of buying a car two weeks ago. I opened the flood gates of Pandoras box with salespeople! OMG salespeople hell, stalker calls and texts, inflated promises and lies.In a world of chaotic salespeople, its nice to deal with straightforward Rene. We came in, he taught us all about the car we were interested. He took us on a test drive.Granted we did preliminary financial preapproval, it was nice how little paperwork we had to do with him.Earlier this week, I went with my bestie to buy a car, her salesman actually showed her very little of the car (I.e. car storage and special features of the car). We bought the same exact car but I am walking away knowing all the perks of my new car and know feel I need to show my friend when it was the salesmans opportunity all along.I feel working with Rene has benefited me as a new car owner.When it was time to finance Sam Roufaeli made it very easy. Plus he found us the best APR and loan far better than any other dealership offered us.Overall the car buying experience with CardinaleWay Hyundai Volkswagen was outstanding!5/16/19Today I came in for my first oil change and I was greeted with a beautiful grin and amazing customer service by Kimberlina. She came and got me and drove up my car when it was finished.If that isnt great enough service Gwen checked me out with more customer love.Two more good reasons I am so glad I bought my car here.

I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. Love the vehicle and the salesman Napoleon was great. However, a day after buying the car I had low tire pressure. I filled the tire and a couple weeks later it was low again. I brought it in to service and they said I needed a new tire as it picked up a nail on the inside wall. They refused to cover the tire when clearly it was slow leak that took a couple weeks to go down. The worst part was the attitude I received from the general manager Scott. He came up to me and said, “So you buy a car 24 days ago and you expect me to cover your tire?” The attitude towards someone who just purchased a vehicle was very frustrating. You may not cover the cost but you don’t need to treat customers with disrespect.

While I initially wanted to leave a good review, it turns out that this dealership has a 3 star rating for a reason. Probably will be lower soon unfortunately. Our sales person was amazing, but we were put in the boiler room (AKA Finance) with Mike Rocha. He sold us a warranty that was supposed to cover a broken windshield. While normally I would be against extended warrantys he said this one was through Hyundai and it has no deductible and through the dealership. Well low and behold a rock came up and broke the windshield. Went to the dealership to get it fixed after I made an appointment and they said that programming the camera that was in the vehicle is not covered and it would be an additional $700. I was told that everything was covered when I purchased the vehicle.... total bait and switch. Talked to Samir Roufaeil and he also was no help. Very unsatisfied. :(
Well worth the drive from LA. I was greeted by Sarah that was able to help out my wife and I. She is a very sweet and patient person and is very knowledgeable of the different trims and features of the Sonata I inquired about. After determining the 21 Limited 1.6T was best suited for us. We received top dollar for our Trade in (Dodge challenger). The tech on this vehicle is Amazing. Mr. Samir Roufaeil was able get us a lower rate and monthly, days after purchase and included Ext/Int. warranties that will have the vehicle Pro Coated and Scott treated interior for superior maintenance (which I was looking into doing at a Detail shop anyways). Overall the experience was straight forward like any other time Ive purchased a vehicle. Attention to details and knowledgeable staff is what will bring me back to this 40 min drive to the Dealer. Thank you Cardinale Way Hyundai.
This is by far the worst dealer experience Ive ever had. I had an appointment at 945 in the morning I got the at 930 to make sure i got there on time. They told me It would only take 2 hours, i told them I would wait there for my car to be done. Once two hours passed I received a call stating I needed new breaks. I told them I didnt have time because i had to be at work later. The mechanic argued with me and said i was going to ruin my car and there wasnt much time left on my breaks. I told him that was my business and I said i couldnt do it. About 10 min later the guy who helped me when i got there came out to apologize about his colleague and my car was finished but they were just going to was it. It tool them 50 more minutes to wash my car they did not finish till I got up to the counter and told them I needed my car weather it was finished or not. The car was took them 50 minutes and looked completely filthy still like they ran some water over it and vacuumed it. Normally that would not have bothered me but it took them 50 minutes! I took my car to my normal mechanic to get my breaks done since they were going to charge me 200 to do them and he said i still had about 6 months left on my breaks. IDK what kind of business you guys are running there but your customer service is beyond ridiculous. They also charged me to rotate my tires and check them but when I go home that day I saw that my drivers side tire was almost bald and the threads were showing. If you call that checking if the tires are good. I suggest you get all your mechanics to the eye doctors for exams. Not only that my car mat in the back is now missing and I had just bought them a few months ago. Safe to say I will never come here again I will take it to any other Hyundai dealership. This place is a joke!

Very pleased with the service over all. Great customer service. Loved that they not only washed my car after they serviced it, but also vacuumed it. It was much needed and not expected. I am considered an essential employee and working six days a week, therefor I greatly appreciated it. My car is running great.
As soon as I walked into Cardinal Hyundai on April 11th, I was immitiatly greeted by a gentleman named Napoleon, who would become my sales person. He was very friendly, patient, and attentive. He asked me what I was looking for in a car, and I let him know I was looking for something with great gas milage, as I have a long commute to and from work. He brought me to the sonata hybrids. I liked the look, and practicality of the car. It was between a gray hyundai sonata hybrid with an SEL trim, or a White hyundai sonata hybrid with a BlUE trim. I ultimately decided upon the white with the Blue trim as it had the best mpg, and the white looked good to me at the time. So I left that day, a happy customer, with a white 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. the following day, the regret for my color choice started to set in. As each day passed, the regret grew bigger and bigger. It was clear, the color I had chosen was wrong for me. But it was all on me, and Ill have to live with my decision(or so I thought.) I ended up looking online for policies to see if I had any chance of exchanging for a new color, even if I had to fork out a little more money to do so. Turns out that they have a 3 day hassle free return/exchange policy. But by the time I had found this, I was over by miles, and time. I ended up calling regardless to see if maybe there was something they could do. I received an immediate call back from the Sales manager, Steve. Steve was very polite, and to my surprise, asked what color I actually wanted, and what time I could be down. He stated that he wanted to make me happy, and if an exchange for another color would satisfy me as a customer, they were happy to oblige. I ended up going down a few hours after speaking with Steve, and exchanged my white hyundai FOUR days later after my initial purchase, at zero charge to me. The crew at cardinale way hyundai went over and above to make sure in the end that I was a satisfied customer. I am absolutely floored at the customer service that I received this past week from this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend this dealer in particular to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. A big thank you to Napoleon, Samir, and Steve for taking care of me. You have greatly exceeded the expectations of a now life long customer.
I would not recommend purchasing a car from this location. They’re very friendly when you’re originally purchasing the car but afterwards it’s very hard to get in contact with anyone. If you do purchase from this location be extremely weary of their contracts. We foolishly trusted the finance person who is helping us and he blatantly lied to us about what was in the contract. We purchased cars from any other dealerships and never ran into a problem like this and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. Seriously Read through the contract with a fine tooth comb.
Customer service lacking. Called just for an update on a part being ordered for my car. Called and was immediately placed on hold. Was on hold for over 25 minutes before giving up that anyone was going to get on the line.
I did my research before buying a Kona EV Ultimate. CardinaleWay Hyundai had the best deal in the state, so it was definitely worth the drive (205 mi).
I want to recommend especially highly Joyce McCarter. She made me feel she was going out of her way for making a deal with me and she made it happen that way. I have many thanks to say to her AND many thanks to say to her shop for having such an excellent employee.
A painful and unprofessional purchase experience through and through. Their sales reps are unorganized, unresponsive, and provide misleading information to complete the sale. After paying a deposit on a Friday to secure the vehicle, I was forced to pay the full amount over the weekend to secure it yet again. Regretted every minute of dealing with the team - all the way up to the general manager. Save yourself the hassle and find a better dealership who actually knows how to sell you a car.

I must say Im very disappointed in their parts department. I called to order a door latch for my vehicle and the parts manager Ozzy said that I would have to go personally and purchase it from them directly because the part was more than $100 and they dont do transactions more than $100 over the phone. They dont have a website so I could have it delivered to my home and to make it worse they were charging $50 more for the part than the dealership in Ontario. The managers demeanor was not customer friendly whatsoever, his attitude what pretty much oh well deal with it . I will be going to Ontario dealership from now on. Hopefully they will improve their customer service.
Twice my car was serviced& twice I had dirty door handles + the service tech do not acknowledge you + tire rotation,my tire lock & lug nuts were scatter in my trunk very un professional three strikes you are out,will return to riverside Hyundai
I’ve been a customer for two years and i would say they have a good service in fairness but then i just had a bad experienced recently. I came for my regular car maintenance and confidently leave my new phone charger inside my car but to my disappointment my charger has been stolen and replaced to an old ruined one, that same time i returned back the stuff and complained. They seemed not to believed me and says i must forgot it at home, and trying to proved their innocent and even shown their empty pocket (of course who will accept ones own fault?). The manager just offer to pay it, gave the $20 cash order from Amazon yet thats not the point, that bad guy from their staff should be reprimanded for his act, he cannot be trusted at all and what if there is more valuable left inside the car and lost- they seemed not held responsible for anything. What a Bad reputation for the Company if this guy enjoying his own satisfaction.
Unprofessional service. Sells cars with preexisting problems and does not take care of repairs, waste of time talking to everyone that works here. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Great service and highly recommended BUT the staff needs to listen to customers. I informed one of the employees that theres no more hand soap in the restroom but few hours later nothing has been done. Cleanliness is a top priority at this period of time...
If I can give a 0 star review I would! This place agrees to an offer and later rejects their own offer.I came in to this dealership to purchase a 2019 Hyundai Accent. As usual, I test drove the vehicle and was considering to purchase the vehicle. The salesman that was assisting me was “Darryl Young”. We went inside to start negotiating The price of the vehicle. He gave me an offer of 15,945$, and I declined the offer. I told him that I would like to take the vehicle for 14000$ out the door. He said that the vehicle has been sitting i the lot for over 150 days, so he will check with his manager. I have to checking with his manager about my offer. He told me to write down on the paper that “I will BUY and DRIVE now for 14000$ with my signature “... and he would only give me this offer if I would pay with a check on the spot...I stood up and shook his hand, and took out my check to buy the vehicle. Darryl got very nervous and stated that he was not going to give me this offer.... I got very upset because we had a verbal agreement and I shook his head.. now that I was going to write a check for the vehicle he decided to back out on his offer.This place is a horrible place and are not at your best interest! I did reported them to the “better business bureau “ regarding the deal they agreed too, but didn’t want to sell. I do have a photo of our agreement and hopefully it downloads. If it doesn’t please message and I can send it to you. As you can see from the number and the review before me they do add up additional prices!!! Overall, they accept my offer and backed out in the end when I was going to purchase it! Horrible experience with this dealership!
We felt like ghosts at this place. My wife and I just left without so much a hello from anyone. We came in to check out the new Palisades. We browsed the lot, walked inside the building, and even helped ourselves to the black showroom Palisade. Not once did anyone asks us if weve been helped or had questions. Not the girl in the parking lot, or the gentleman sitting at the desk next to the door we walked in through, or the guy that shut the trunk of the vehicle we were looking at, or the guy eating his dinner in his office (understandably) next to the Palisade we were looking at. Could we have asked for help? Sure, but the only time I dont entertain someone that comes to my house is when I dont care much for them, but Ill at least say hello. We were looking to upgrade from our 2017 Santa Fe, I guess well be doing that back at Norm Reeves Hyundai where we made our original purchase.
I cannot express the professionalism of the staff especially the gentleman who I conducted my business with today. Thank you very much for the loaner today I have a little boy who is expecting me to pick him tomorrow. Thanks again so much. Joe Rodriguez

She was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the car we purchased, and maked sure we were happy and comfortable with the entire process. My husband and I were very impressed with the efforts made in working with our needs. Everyone was genuinely kind, efficient, and helpful. Buyers, beware of prepaid maintenance contracts. They essentially will sell you a maintenance contract that is worth $400 for $1000 to you. It was our bad for not looking into it more closely when we sign the contract, but doesnt change the fact that this was a scam. We thought we wouldnt need to be suspicious of every promos they offer.DO NOT buy the prepaid maintenance contract unless they tell you the exact amount and value you will get from purchasing it. I wont be visiting cardinaleway hyundai from now on.
So I would give it a Zero if I could.. Also notice how after every bad review they post a good one so there rating stays the same!!! SO hyundai is in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR ENGIN/ MOTOR PROBLEMS!! So I been dealing with this dealership that doesnt want to help me because they know they sold me a defective car. They will not even do a diagnostic on it. Since they are privately owned they think they do not have to comply with the law!!! Dont buy a car from here. These people do not want help so they dont have to be responsible for selling a defective car!!!
Lack of communication and are a bunch of liars
Im no sure if only me have bad experience on service, I never have advice for other services need in my vehicle, only replace airlifters (easy to replace for customer), I make a complaint about plastic cover windows long time ago for warranties they never respond, about recall, always going back for bad services, them remove coolants and never put it back on levels, now my filters see pictures.

Went in for an oil change. it was done and i received a notification via voicemail that my car was ready and coming out of the wash now. I paid for my vehicle and 45 minutes later my car was still not ready. I asked for my vehicle and was told it was coming out of the wash . I told the tech that it had been over 40 minutes and at that point i just wanted my car, dirty or clean, I was done waiting for this car wash. I receieved no notification that more time would be needed with my vehicle... just disappointed. This dealership is usually so fast with whatever service i need.
Third time going and for the third time they forget to give me my inspection sheet. Paid for the intermediate ($300) service and they didnt even let me know or give me an option to fix my TPMS light showing on my dashboard. I thought the intermediate service came with that service, but I guess not. Most likely wont be going back anymore. Not that they are hurting for my business but still. Gave them three chances.
Take your vehicle here if you want a quick in and out service... if you want some customer service try another dealership
