When I saw a few bad reviews, I had to come here and say Never! Never have I had a bad experience here. I miss Louis but Michelle and all the others are nothing but helpful and friendly- always!

Michelle and Louis always make Salon shopping fun and easy. They go above and beyond to help and keep you informed!

Horrible!!! Normally love this place come all the time the new girl Breeya is horrible !!! Doesn’t respond to you when u ask a question and silient the whole time I then asked the total and she didn’t even look at me or acknowledged that I was even in front of her she is so rude . U can’t work in a customer service store when u can’t manage to talk to humans. Other then her everyone else their is amazing hopefully I can find their yelp to add this to that to.

Absolutely the worst customer service . Very rude and disrespectful. Can’t look at the merchandise without them making me feel like a criminal. If you have questions about an item they make you feel bad that you even asked. Not going to this location anymore.

Absolutely rude, spoke to a lady on the phone for a call ahead pick up order. I was question way as if I was lying and it was extremely rude to have been talked to like that. I wont be going to this location again
