This place is a joke.The owner was bragging about being to busy to even call a person back. So rude, and has zero customer service skills. He hung the phone up in my face. No person should be treated this way.Do not use this place. Do not call this place. A major disappointment they turned out to be.Use Craigslist or Offer up they have better prices and customer service skills.

This is the worst place. The bad place if you want go with. They steal the car accessories, ask for the price indiscriminately, and destroy the car! A place not recommended! Please be cautious!

So rented a razor over this past weekend didn’t get to fully ride and enjoy for the $1,500 deposit plus another $300 to rent that we spent. Now they are saying that the transmission went out which I don’t understand because the razor was fine while we were riding and we couldn’t even use it the rest of the day because it made a noise we didn’t go too fast we didn’t hit any hard bumps and we stopped riding when we heard the noise we called and no answer we took it back then they said they heard the noise and they need to check it out and let us know a different day because they were booked yet no one was there or being helped besides us. Now they want us to come up with another $2,500 for damage that we didn’t cause and they say it’s the transmission last time I Checked riding for a couple hours doesn’t cause transmission issues it had issues prior to us renting and they want to put the blame on us do not come to this facility to rent any quads or razors it’s a scam so they don’t have to come out of pocket for maintenance on the vehicles they rent.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and had everything in stock. I would definitely recommend these guys for repairs and EVP performance upgrades. Turned my car quick and got me out to the desert in no time. I will be back soon.

Called this place 3 times today no answer is it an open business or did it close down?

I dropped my bike off on Thursday for a 4 HOUR maintenance and was told I would have it back the same day and I stressed to them that if they couldn’t do it I would just come get it.. I received no call waited all day Friday which was another full 8hr business day still received no call. Come in Saturday like the website says .. and they are closed for memorial weekend with no notice or anything and tells me I can get my bike for another 4 days. I will never take my bike here again . Don’t waste your time find another place

Went to Corona Motor Worx to get the Evolution Powersports launch control installed and these guy s know what they are doing. Professional customer service (which is rare these days) and very competitive prices. 5 star all the way

Rude staff and I have heard so many horror stories about much of a scam their service department is. Stories ranging from stealing accessories to not doing work that was paid for. Run far far away.

Terrible customer service. We bought a 200 dollar valve for a RZR and it did not work properly . I contacted the store and spoke to the owner by the name of Evan. I advised we just purchased the part 4 days ago and it did not work for our razor . He stated that because we tried to install it was considered used. I advised it did not work on the unit and did not want to provide a refund . He threatened to call the cops because e felt threatened by me saying I was going to contact the Attorney General in regards to consumer protection for purchases with no return policy . I will file complaints so that customers are aware of the horrible customer service.

You have a sports toy that needs to get running good take it to corona motors worx, this place will take care of it, your out doors transportation toy will be at its %100%.It is no fun when your dirt bike razor or jet ski breaks down in the middle of nowhere.

They just make me waste my time and money, worthless service on my motorcycle, customer service was fine in the beginning till they have to stand by their mistakes and show their really face. I really regret the day I choose to go there so good luck but you better keep looking

Like others I had the same situation where they wouldnt stand by their work. After spending a considerable amount to service and repair multiple skis I had one particular ski where they left the oil fill cap off and after riding for a couple days it had sucked enough water in and mixed with the oil to shut it down. I brought the machine back, they looked at it and determined there was more water mixed with the oil than what normally should be unless there was other issues such as a rollover or some other incident so they wowe not going to take responsibility for repairing it...regardless of how much water was in there it wouldnt have been in there if they had replaced the engine oil cap after service, THEIR MISTAKE...but I paid for it.

Great experience again. Great communication on their end through email and phone calls. I special ordered a set of tires and had them mounted, they were ready earlier than originally quoted. Great job Corona Motor Works!

Huge shout out for getting my Can am dialed in right before KOH 2019 with a Evo tune spark plugs exhaust. Came in clutch. I’d recommend all my friends and others to check them out. Staff was friendly and Evan the owner is a kick a** dude!10 out of 10! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I took my seadoo in for a diagnostics and they told me that the carborator needed to be rebuilt so I got the work done when I got my seadoo back I took it out to lake Perris. I drove it around once and my seadoo turned off and would not start. So I was towed to shore and tried to start it but it would not start I took it back and was told my engine was frozen and would cost 1,500 on up to fix. I really dont think the macanics here know what they are doing.I took my seadoo to another shop and got a diagnostic done. without letting them know about the work I got done from corona motor worx they found out the problem and let me know that whoever worked on my carborator adjusted the oil flow wrong and that caused the oil not to flow to my engine and that was why my motor was frozen. I called corona motor worx and they denied it was there problem no worries I got my seadoo working again by a great macanic Gods will be done.

These guys are hustlers! I rented a yz250f and a yz450f and we took them to glamis to go riding and it was awesome! They put some sand tires on them for us and it was great! The paperwork took 5 minutes and loading the bikes took 5 mins and we were done! The bikes were in excellent condition, especially compared to other rental places! There was a little tear in the 250f’s seat but that wasn’t a problem at all.

If i could give negative stats i would! This place had my bike for 3 weeks and when i picked it up it broke down on my way home, not even 2 miles from there shop. Then when i told them they needed to fix it they refused stating it wasnt our fault RIDICULOUS! Worst experience ever...

I recently purchased a used Seadoo and wanted to make sure it was in good working condition before taking it out on the lake. Corona Motor Works went through the entire Seadoo to put my mind at ease. They did it promptly at a very fair price. Because I have never had a Seadoo, I had a lot of questions. Brandon was very helpful and thorough in explaining things to me. Also, he did not make me feel bad for asking a lot of silly questions. I was going to take the Seadoo to another shop that was closer to my house. The people working at that other place made me feel that I was ignorant and that my business was not important to them. Their loss! Keep up the great work, Brandon and Evan!
