We had a hard time trying to find a shop that we felt comfortable doing business with. After going from shop to shop and still not being able to decide, Vic & Henry immediately made a great impression on us and helped us finalize our project. They are very knowledgeable and experienced but not overbearing when it comes to selling us on the flooring. They also gave us a great deal on our floors. Jesse, the installer, was quick and efficient. Sandy’s customer service was also great. I have referred them to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back for my stairs and upstairs flooring projects. Thank you for everything!

My mom and I have had Carpet Emporium & Flooring install wood floors, and baseboards, for us after two separate water leaks. They have done an excellent job both times. Vic has been our contact both times. He was very quick to respond, and come out to do a bid, and this second time they were able to match our flooring from the first time...exact match! It looks phenomenal! I highly recommend Carpet Emporium & Flooring. We are so happy with the results! I got laminate here for 2 bedrooms, there was no sales pressure, I went to the Corona location and the Moreno Valley one, the salesman Alfred at the Moreno Valley store is very knowledgeable and courteous. At the Corona location Vic was very nice and answered all my questions.the installers showed up on time, they did a terrific job and left everything very clean when they were done.thanks for your great customer service and low prices. will be shopping here again soon, got 1 more room to do.

You wont find a better place/staff in the IE than Vic and his team. The price was right and the final product is amazing. This store has all of your flooring needs, lots of selection, a bright and cheery place to take your time and browse through many samples.On top of that, there is the owner, Vic .I cannot say enough about a business owner who actually cares if his customers are happy with the flooring and the installation experience itself. I replaced carpet in 6 rooms and on a spiral staircase, as well as 657 sq ft of wood flooring. This is the best, most professional flooring company I have used in all of my remodeling experience. Amazing work!

Vic at Carpet Emporium was highly recommended by a friend as I was going thru pricing for a new flooring and dealing with the screwed amount by the homeowners insurance pay out. Everyone was quoting more a grand in a half or more than what insurance paid me out on. With all the fires insurance companies are slammed. They are unresponsive after they finally cut you a check, negotiating with them is like pulling teeth. When I called Vic, he answered fairly quickly and recommended me to come down. So I did. He remembered my name and my story. He had me bring my old flooring in to try and match the color and style that I had before my floor was demolished due to a leak. After I chose the flooring, he educated me it would take 7 days to get in. The next day he called and confirmed he placed my order for the laminate. Then gave me 4 dates to choose for his team to install. With-in 9 days of going to the location, I had a floor for the first time in 2.5 months and within the costs the insurance cut me. Thank you! for helping me get my house together and helping me thru each step.

Amazing service Lisa was a pleasure to work with she really helped me out and went above and beyond with picking the right carpet to go with our interior paint colors Vic is also a pleasure to deal with very top notch very professional clean show room very nice elegant show room with a lot of great options. The installers did a great job.

The owner was awesome, and competitive compared to Home Depot/Lowes, however, their prices were better because they use in-house installers. LOVE MY NEW WOOD-LIKE TILE FLOOR!
