Great company... when i was sick fighting cancer... they held my order till i was able to pickup my custom labels up. I will do more business in the future.

I worked with the company to prepare pamphlets and a poster backed image for a relatives funeral. They were very adequate in doing pamphlets but the man who worked the reception was incompetent and needed to ask an associate for an answer to every question he was asked. When we received the poster backed image, the image was off center so we asked for the image to be reprinted. We understood that the print size and original image didnt allow for it to be perfectly centered, however we still wanted it to be as centered as possible and approved a change in size to accommodate that. The reps told us it wouldnt be ready for another week and we said that was fine. So we go to pick up the the image/pamphlets and they tell us that the graphics person was not there to print it and give us the same image. And they still want us to pay for something we asked to get redone. What the hell man. Plus they were very relaxed on masks and their office is connected to an attorneys office, which I just think is weird.

I recently ordered some vinyl banners for hiring purposes and the quality, price and attention to detail were outstanding. I will definitely use them for my other business printing needs!
