4 stars is too low, so I rounded up to 5 stars. Every time I come to this location, the same man helps me. He seems to be the owner and only employee; he is friendly, polite, and patient. I got two small ice creams for $10.80, not self-served, and not very generous to the eye...but the cup of frozen yogurt seemed never ending! Variety seems minimal, but there are enough choices to make a yummy combo.

Strawberry lemonade was delicious and staff were friendly.

Our favorite place for frozen yogurt. We are loyal customers to Pinkberry. The store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is super friendly. Yes, most yogurt shops cost less,(you get what you pay for). I also like the concept of the employees serving the yogurt to the customers. Unlike other yogurt places, kids are unsupervised and adults alike are serving themselves, sampling yogurt at their leisure, with yogurt dripping everywhere!!!! Pinkberry takes pride in the cleanliness of the store, the toppings bar is always neat and organized, has great selections, and the fruit is always fresh. I dont mind paying a little more (worth every penny), because Pinkberry is THE BEST! Thank you Pinkberry and keep up the outstanding work!!!!!

Nice and clean but it is a rip off. You can’t self serve the ice cream and to get any toppings you have to pay extra! I was okay with it since it’s good quality frozen yogurt. But then I got to the middle of ice cream, there was no center! They filled my bowl like a doughnut. Not impressed and not worth it for the price.

This place is in Dos Logos. Food very expensive, we only ordered apperities . Were excellent and served very hot. Lovely place and service was good. It sure was getting busy when we were ready to leave. Guess lots of people can afford the prices.

My daughter loves this place - super cute and nice variety - wont break the bank either
