AAA Gold Exchange is where its at!! I was initially drawn in by the fantastic sign spinner. He did a great job doing some pretty cool tricks and he was pretty funny to watch. Then, when went into the store, Laura Alex greeted me with a welcoming smile and excellent customer service. I felt very welcomed. I received a check today from Elisa at AAA Gold Exchange. I told my neighbor about the great experience I had at this store. She too went in and sold some of her unused jewelry. Elisa called me to let me know that since I referred my neighbor I would receive a check for 10% of what she sold. Great way for a store to reward customers. I just went to sell some Silver today at Crown Gold Exchange; four 5oz bars to be exact. I went in pretending to be little inexperienced because I am looking for an honest precious metals retail outlet close by. When most places usually buy at $0.75 over spot per ounce they charged me $1.00 saying that this was standard and they barely break even ( I am paraphrasing but you get the gist). Please be wary about these people. I am aware everyone needs to put food on the table but these people seem to think a quick buck here and there is worth their integrity.

My husband and I had some old jewelry that had been laying around the house for years that neither of us wore or wanted. We decided to take it to AAA Gold Exchange on Winchester Rd and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We dealt with Cassandra. She not only gave us a great price for our gold but taught us about the process of verifying what carat the gold was. She was pleasant and professional. She even went to the trouble of removing a sapphire and some diamonds from one piece of jewelry since the reimbursement for these gems made them more valuable to keep. She was very honest about the transaction and answered all of our questions. We left with several hundred dollars more than what we had anticipated in a very short period of time. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Have been to a couple places just to get an idea what a piece of jewelry I own is worth. The guy at this place quoted me a fourth of the price a jewelry store quoted me. Based on the other places Ive visited and the expertise I saw at those other places the guy here didnt really seem to know what he was doing. He was the only person who asked me - what are you looking to get for it? - an immediate red flag to me as it doesnt matter what Im looking to get for it - it should simply be worth what its worth.

I would not use this dealer unless I already knew the value of my offering. I was attempting to sell 2000 ($500) of pre-1964 quarters (junk silver). I called to check the spot price percentage being offered. The employee said that Crown would pay $1.50/quarter. I pointed out that the silver melt value was near $3.00/quarter. The employee responded that I would be getting 6 times the face price. I found another local dealer who offered a little better than $2.75/quarter. That made a $2500 difference in the sale. The employee was courteous and answered my questions politely but make sure you know what you have before you deal.

These guys are great. I used to sell my jewelry to the pawn shop by my house but they always told me my diamonds were too small to pay anything for them. Now I go to Crown because they pay me for everything, including diamonds, and I always get good service. Ian helped me today, but everyone who works there has been real cool!

As the holidays approach, I have been consulting with several gold buying businesses to see which one will give me the best price for my pieces of jewelry. I am in no hurry, but am not only looking for best price but also taking into consideration how the staff treats me.I must say, without a doubt, I am extremely pleased on how I was approached and treated at the Murrieta (MHS Rd./Winchester Rd.) office. Cassandra was prompt and courteous and made my experience comfortable and pleasing. I like that she was direct and honest in answering my questions.I will definitely sell my items to this business. These idiots tried to rip me off thank god for the Jewelry shop across the street. I went to the jewelry shop first on accident because I thought it was the cash for gold place. I sold 14 silver dimes(equal to 1 troy ounce of silver) to the man there. Of coarse he didnt pay the full price for the silver but I dont feel like I got ripped off. As of now silver is running about $29.00 to $34.00 and he paid me $22.00. When I went to Cash For Gold they offered me only $1.00 per dime which is ridiculous. So I went back to the Jewelry shop and got a total of $44.00 for two ounces. $14.00 was not even half of what I got from the place across the street.I dont usually write reviews but in this case I felt that everyone should know what they are getting into.

I took in a gold coin i got as payment for some contracting work. My pay was only going to be 500, but my client didnt have the cash. He gave me this coin and said it was real. I took it to Lyle and he quoted me for over 1000. Needless to say, i came out on top. Maybe i should start getting paid in coin.
