1 star!! If you post your hours follow them! Simple principal of business. Showed up 11/7 at 5pm 1 hour before listed closing time. Sign said open but nobody was there. Not a good look I’ll go somewhere else.

Brought a BBQ pit there, was told going delivery next day, but later next day told me the driver can’t go anymore because of back pain. Fine, I can go and pick up myself, but the manager in Orange County store asks me to come and get my money back, and been very rude to me. I don’t understand why the Orange County store manager treated their customer like this. The staff who working in Corona store was very nice.

My friend Jollie who had a BBQ island build by this company recommended BBQ outlet in Corona for our new project. I went to several other companies that referred to us, but fortunately we decided to go with Ash who has exceptional customer service. He engaged in making my project, but not only that he worked aggressively to control within my budget. Im glad he made entire process so easier than I thought. We love what we have in our backyard.
