I ordered the Rejuvenation that was advertised on the radio commercial, Im so glad I did so. Our heater was serviced and we had some additional things taken care of to prolong its life. We had our water heater replaced as well.The Goettl technicians were very courteous and very professional. The service they performed was exceptional. They were very clean and kept the mess in their workspace to a minimum.They explained everything that was going to be performed and after the work was completed they made sure we were completely satisfied.I dont have all the names of the technicians who stopped by to give them all recognition but Ibrarim Salem and Miguel Reyes were part of the team who provided EXCELLENT SERVICE.

My technician, Jake, arrived on time and got right to work. Serviced my AC components in my attic and the main system outside...He serviced and cleaned all the components as he checked the various levels of my AC. I especially appreciated how he explained everything to me he did as he worked. Asked me if I had any questions prior to leaving. I really appreciated the highly professional service...

AC unit outside was louder than normal. I was scared to all an AC company because of all the stories you hear. Their tech got the unit to run quieter. He also did a full inspection of the system and I was happy when he was finished. Happy with the price and did not tr to force sell me on the spot. Just gave recommendations with pricing. My original appointment was rescheduled due to emergency HVAC demands, although I would have liked to be told sooner as opposed to the day of my appointment. At least I was rescheduled fairly quickly. The technician was friendly, clean, knowledgeable, and very patient with explaining the process of his work. He was also very helpful with giving tips and suggestions on improving my system. I would definitely use again and definitely would recommend them!

The two service calls I experienced with Goettl (Corona) have been outstanding from the scheduling process through to the completion of the installation of my new toilet. The service technician, Eli, on both visits was super professional, personable, knowledgeable, and patient when answering all my questions. His first instinct was to try and repair my toilet. Not to sale me on a new one. I appreciated that. I couldve opted for the band-aid but that would have been delaying the inevitable. Eli walked me through my options e.g. style, size etc. He ordered it the same day and one week later returned to install it. He took great care to clean up the work area when finished.Before and after the appointment the service coordinator, Rich, was in touch with me to make certain the appointment time was met and that I was satisfied with the completion of the install.Customer service like that is rare these days in most every industry. Goettls motto of doing it the right way held true. Thank You Eli and Rich!! I will surely refer others to your company.DW

Had a suspected gas leak as my bill suddenly skyrocketed. Goettl happened to call me to schedule my Sadie Club seasonal maintenance and I mentioned the issue. The rep scheduled a “demand” appt for the following day. Unfortunately there were 3 leaks found, but thankfully they were all repaired. Jose was here off and on all day, while Shandy was here a good portion of the day as well. Very kind, knowledgeable, and hard working guys. I’m thankful they corrects our issue and we are now safe in our home.

I signed up a work order on line and wanted AC drain looked at and rejuvenation on both units. Drain needs more work and tech offer rejuvenation on both units at a discount. AC does seem better. Fine with all of that but drain quote never sent. I was kinda hoping for some pic to help explain issue. I get that they are busy. Guess Im going to hop up into my attic and see for myself.

My first encounter did not go well at all. I was given an appointment with a 4 hour time frame. An hour after the time frame closed, I hadn’t heard from anyone. Two texts from me, and no answer. Finally I was contacted with a new date 16 days later !!!!!! Hugely disappointed, and regretting signing up with their service contract. Today’s visit went much more smoothly. Brandon was courteous and professional. It will take a lot for me to reverse my negative opinion, but this was a step in the right direction.

Im very impressed with the quick response! The main office did a great job of keeping me informed about when my tech James would be arriving. James was here within hours after my original call. Having no AC on a 95 degree day is no fun. In less than a few hours my AC was up and running again. James saved the day! I will definitely use this company again if I ever have anymore issues!

The company sent a gentleman, named Eli he came on time and very polite professional and informative, he did what he could to try to get the job done with trying to save us money and this was a big deal is! Unfortunately I had to cancel further services due to high cost and I was able to save money with another company this was not my intention but with a $275 cost difference (only reason did not give 5-stars) I opted to go with the cheaper plumber. Goettl was responsive and showed up the next day after I called. I know this can be challenging due to the heat and everyone running their AC units. ALEX showed up on time as scheduled and he was extremely informative. ALEX walked me through the system as he was trying to figure out what was wrong. ALEX is very knowledgable about the system I have, and he had all the technical expertise, but explained everything so I could understand. ALEX is a great demonstration of the employees Goettl says they have on their radio commercials. I will definitely call Goettl again. Thanks ALEX!

I met with Mark P., the service technician who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He arrived on time and was respectful of all the new protocols in place. He explained how the unit could interface with my existing heating unit and what work would needed to be done. After signing all the paper work, I was offered same day installation. What? I was shocked, and elated. But, I have to wait a few more hours, a crane is needed to place the unit on my roof and one will be available tomorrow. How happy am I? Elated.Ill keep you posted about the installation, though I expect I will have the same great experience as with Mark P. Mark is from the Goettl in Simi Valley.

I called Goettl a few weeks ago and signed up for the Monthly Program because my research of the Company told me they were the one to go with. We had purchased a 10 year old home and I could tell that the AC Maintenance had been neglected and it was time for me to take action. Brando was the Tech they assigned to me and he did a very thorough job and explained everything to me and made suggestions of possible future problems. I am very pleased with the job results as well as the Company. Just remember, Goettl is the one to call for all your AC and Heating needs.

My AC unit was leaking from the coil condensation into my garage and dripping on the garage wall that backs to my living room and was also damaging the floor in the living room. I was charged $79 for the guy to come over and take a photo of my AC unit and tell me that my ac is leaking (already knew that). Didn’t provide a quote or on estimate for the repair and didn’t even look to see what was causing the leak on my AC. Total waste of money and time, waited all morning for him to show up. By the way they don’t even send a true technician to look at the problem. The guy said “A tech would be able to give you an exact quote.” Then why am I being charged $79?? For some kid to just take a picture of my unit and leave?? Also he said I would be emailed a quote but never got anything. Don’t waste your time and money with these guys.

I highly recommend this company. From my first moment of contact I experienced a tremendous amount of integrity, professionalism, kindness, and care. Our Workmans name was Eli and he was amazing. He was determined to fix the clog in our sink that one other plumber had complete given up on. Eli pressed forward and was able to fix our sink. I read him the highest amount of stars possible!

Out AC stopped working over labor day weekend and our regular AC tech was closed so we reached out to Goettl. The technician James arrived with an apprentice to evaluate the system and told us that the capacitor was bad, the contact points were bad, and the fan motor was bad on the blower. He provided us with two quotes, one for ~$1,000, and one for ~$1,500. The second quote included installing an assist motor. Alternatively, James proposed getting a new system as he could not guarantee that the repair would fix the problem as the unit is old and the refringent is no longer manufactured. New systems were quoted between 13-25k.The following day, I contacted my regular AC tech company and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They replaced the capacitor and the AC magically started working ($220). The tech examined the contact points and said that they are in great condition and do not need replacing.Like with many mechanics/technicians, there are honest ones and ones out to upsell and make a quick buck. Goettl saw us suffering without AC during a hot week and only saw dollar signs. I would stay away from Goettl.

Two years ago their technician broke our brand new system. He fixed it the next day and I figured it was a one time thing. Mistakes happen and he was very sorry about it. Now today, I brought them out to do maintenance on my AC system, which was working fine before he arrived and once again, they broke my system. They’re coming back tomorrow to fix it. My AC that they installed is 2yrs old, we are in the middle of July and it is not working properly. First off this shouldn’t happen, I called them so they can come and fix it. They scheduled me for the next day in the morning. No one ever came, I called them multiple times at multiple hours and they kept telling me the same thing. The tech is finishing up a job they will be there in 30min-1hr, never came. Finally someone called me just to let me know that the tech will not be there after all and they needed to reschedule. My house was so hot everyone in the home had headaches. They rescheduled me for the next day in the morning, I specifically let them know that they had to be there at a certain time because then no one will be home. Well AGAIN the time was not taken into consideration and they did not make it for the second time. I was finally able to speak to a manager so that I can get my issue resolved. This was a ridiculous experience, you guys were great installing but to repair or service the unit it seems that you need more work. They don’t care that you have a sickly person in your home, when it is over 100 degrees outside and the person can get even more sick. Please work on your communication between the people taking the calls to the people sending out the techs. That way no one will have to go through the same thing I have.

What a joke of a company. Tech was distracted by a personal phone call. Didn’t complete the service. Never even did the basic service of checking the AC filter. Zip tied and black taped wires to top of ac unit outside. Definitely the easy way NOT the right way. Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB did Daniel return my phone calls. Set up a follow up appointment 10:30-12:30. Once again they flopped as a company and we’re late had to reschedule a different tech. My opinion would be keep looking any other company is probably better then this one… Update… Tech came out and fixed the issue. This should have been done the first time. Unfortunately what is remembered is the negative experience.

Old unit was 25 years old. Last owner did not do anything to maintain system. Everything filling apart. Had company come in. Yes it did cost me a lot. But there pricing is the same as all other small company around town would offer. Pricing was fare! Service was 10 out of 10. They came in. Friendly service. They answered every small question I had as they where installing unit. Respectful at all times. I would recommend this service to anyone.-new seer 16 unit- new furnace- new blower- new ducting

The sales techZach was pleasant and professional. He put Victor on the phone for a conference call and we talked about units and prices. Victor wanted only to discuss “1-star” to “5-star” options and I had to work to get details out of him. He couldn’t quote model numbers. He said Goodman was the brand, and gave some warranty info and Seer ratings, but not much for me to compare prices on any meaningful basis. Then he quoted $18,400 for the “3-star” system, which was way, way higher than my other bids for a 4-ton Amanda. He offered to knock $4000 off if I was ready to go.I’m glad I asked Goettl for a bid, and I know who I’m NOT going to do business with.

I noticed my air conditioning unit started to leak so it was late at night and I started looking up air conditioning companies that could help. This company came up on Google with five stars well that is very deceiving I should have looked at Yelp. Yep they only have three stars. The technician came to my house was very professional so I will give them credit for that. But the technician had no interest in fixing anything and quoted my wife a $14,000 to $25,000 replacement for my air conditioning unit. That freaking blows my mind that he quoted my wife $14,000 to $25,000 for my house my one-story house. I called another place they quoted me $6,000. I will never be going with this company ever again. Not because of the technician but because of the way they do business clearly theyre not trying to fix anything they just want to replace your unit so theycan get as much money out of you as possible.

You can probably find cheaper companies to fix your A/C or heater, but the technician they sent to my home was one of the most professional and thorough servicepeople I have ever dealt with. The cost was probably 10-20% higher than a budget outfit, but the tech was early, he spoke fluent English, he showed me exactly the problem with photos without me having to get on the roof. He spent about 3-4 hours diagnosing and replacing a fried contactor, replacing a bad soft-start capacitor, replacing 220v leads from the fuse panel, and installing a new hard-start capacitor. He had everything he needed on his truck. He then showed me the photos of his repairs. Best of all, he didnt try to tell me my unit was shot and try to sell me a new system. If you need your unit repaired as cheaply as possible, go somewhere else. If you want it done well and honestly, call these guys. I will use them again if I have a need for A/C repair.

The tech provided advance notice of his arrival and arrived well within the promised window. He was clear and transparent about what he would do, his recommendations, and pricing. He did find an issue with my system, provided me with options, and clearly explained the benefits of each. At the end of his visit, he was very clear about what he’d done and provided measurements to show the improvement in performance. During the visit he was respectful of the property and thoughtful about approaching with questions while I worked.

First off, this company is amazing. I called them at 2305 last night to set an appointment for today. I did not expect that anyone in the heat of summer would be able to come out the next day but there they were. The summer months are very busy for HVAC people as people like me do not do the proper maintenance on their units and therefore they have problems when they most need it to run properly. That being said, I had a time slot from 9 AM to 1 PM and when they realized he might be a little past 1 PM, they called to update me. James Butts was mytechnician. He was courteous, had his mask on and went right to work on my noisy air conditioner. He was done in no time. He had to redo the paperless paperwork on his iPad as I added a Sadie plan after he had already done the write up. He did not complain or let on that he was less than thrilled with redoing it. Their customer service is second to none. I spoke with Melissa at the office a couple times and she was very courteous as well. Their marketing makes it extremely easy to remember the name, Goettl air conditioning. While I was reviewing what I wrote just now, I also received a call from the GM of this company, Michael. He has found a way to send me the stuffed Sadie dog and flashlight that I forgot to ask for. This is certainly excellent customer service at its finest!!! Keep up the awesome work.

We needed our air worked on. We had no cold air and my mom is 88 and has had heat stroke several times.She is also an Alheimers personality. It was very important that we get this done. I called at 5 a.m. and they checked and set me up with same day service. The young man who is our technician, Zach, is smart, courteous, professional and experienced. He explained everything he did and was very helpful as I was coming off a migraine headache. The only thing was he was late to the house which he said he had other stops that were added. Probably traffic as well. So he showed up at 6. Apt time was 1-5... but u know in the scheme of things. He was like a hero coming to the rescue. So idk, I am happily satisfied with him as a tech and as a really nice young man. I would recommend this company to anyone based on his quality of personality and work done. With all the great reviews, I wonder if I am the only one who was going to be totally ripped off? This company came to check the heating and airconditioning, gave me a bill for over $6000 to do the job. I had two other companies come out, for the exact same job one quoted $1,125.00 the other $1, 375.00 I take reviews very seriously, in this world trusting someone is very difficult, so we rely on other peoples words and experiences since they have nothing to loose. Hopefully I am the only one who had this way over the hill estimate, but was smart enough to check out other companies.

This is an ongoing issue and I will update this review based on the outcome. I signed up for their monthly plan in June and they scheduled a service for August (which means they took my money for 3 months before they ever actually did anything for me.) The office called me a few days prior to the appointment to try to reschedule it, after I had specifically scheduled it for a Friday when I knew I wouldn’t be working, I was able to convince them that the appointment really needed to be that specific Friday.I received notice that the technician was on his way at 8:30 am. He finally arrived around 10:15. The appointment proceeded quite well. He was a very nice guy, behaved professionally, did all the things that I expected him to do. We pointed out a motor that was leaking oil, (I had noticed it making noises about a month ago so I was expecting it.) quoted a price, and he made the upsell. So the technician proceeded to tear into my functioning HVAC unit, retrieved an equivalent motor from his van, and went to work.2 hours later he remounted the unit and it was vibrating like crazy. Unsafe, long term damage type of vibration. So he takes it out and tries again… and again. Around 6pm he finally admitted that he overstepped his qualifications and was over his head! Now I’m left with a non-functioning HVAC unit and 100+ degree weather!After some negotiations I managed to convince the technician, and his manager, that I was not willing to subject my family until Monday (which I’m scheduled to work) for a solution. So they said they’d be here “first thing” Saturday morning (now.) between 8:30 and 9. We’ll folks… it’s after 9 and 80+ degrees in my house.I work in a service industry as well. I understand F*ups happen sometimes. I also understand that the recovery is the only thing that matters when they happen. So far their recovery grade is zero and falling. Let’s see what happens next.Update: the same technician arrived at 10:15am. By himself, without the helper he promised me yesterday. Waiting to see if he can Tony Starck this fan motor and become an overnight expert.

The tech that they sent out was Geraldo Abundo he was very knowledgeable and professional he explained everything to me when he was doing it I felt really comfortable and before you know it AC is working like a Swiss time clock

Goettl is top notch all around. Jarrett S. was the technician that listened to my concerns and provided excellent workmanship and professionalism. Called to have Goettl come out to repair my home AC that was not cooling as well as it has in the past. Was informed there were several problems and given a $400 (short term), $2300 (good for several years) estimate for repairs and the suggestion that I should just replace the unit at a cost of $12,000-$20,000. There was a lot of pressure applied to buy a new system, but the technician convinced me that the second option would be a good course of action.Technician spent three hours on the repair the next day and in the end, the AC that was not cooling very well was no longer cooling at all! His assurances of get a few more years use was gone just like my AC’s ability to cool my home! Technician had said we may need to add a few lbs of coolant the day before, but changed his toon to say it would need over $1800+ of coolant that may only work for a day, then he said an additional $3000-$4000 in parts would be required as well. I asked if there was a way to pressure test the system prior to adding coolant and he said no. The technician did say that Goettl was going to do me a favor and apply the $2200+ I paid for the repair that made my AC worse to the cost of a new system. After a call from one of the “advisors” in which I made it clear that I wanted an estimate to replace the AC, I received a quote for $16,040 with the final price being $13,820 to get my AC working. It seems they are insisting on replacing the heating unit even though I have never had a problem with it!I will hold off judgement until I receive some competing quotes from a couple other reputable companies (including the company that sold me the previous unit years ago). To be honest, I suspect the sweetened offer above for $13,820 will not be competitive with the other bids i receive for replacing my AC.A final note: This company spent a lot of time with call in recorded verifications of their quote and were reluctant to provide information in writing. I suspect the situation I am not in is not unique to their customers.

Initially I was past impressed with the customer service. They were so communicative and great with consideration of our schedule. However, when the serviceman got there it took THREE hours when we were told it would take one. The serviceman became I high pressures salesman attempting to sell us a $12,000 system and stalling until I came home since my husband said he wouldn’t make a decision without me. He began to grill my husband about his schedule and when we would be home and what numbers his supervisor could call us. TOO MUCH! All of this just for participating in their maintenance program.

I called this company to repair my AC unit because the unit was not cooling anything . The first tech said that the unit was out of coolant and that it might have a small leak.($487.00) So he put in the coolant and some stop leak A week (7 days later) the was not cooling. Another tech. came and said that there was a part that needed replaced, and then it would be fine.($1200.00) And now it still not cooling the house. All I want is someone to fix the problem, and not break my bank
