I bought an Indian FTR for a touring trip from Los Angeles to Wilmington NC. 3100 miles. I bought the motorcycle from Orange County Indian Motorcycles. Once I got to Riverside on my trip, my brand new FTR had its check engine light come on. I called the Redland Indian motorcycle shop since they were closer to see if they could check the engine code and they told me, Go take it back to OC, its their problem and hung up on me. I called Indian OC and they asked me to take it to Riverside and ask for Nick. I came into Riverside and explained the problem and Nick got me over to Dave and Ed who were absolutely professional and wanted to figure out what was wrong with my bike asap so I could get on my tour across the US. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The problem was some dust in the fuel line that tripped the sensor. I asked how much I owed and they said it was easy enough and not to worry about it. They gave the okay, gave me some water, and wished me good luck on my trip. Now, 9 days later I have made it to the coast of North Carolina and my FTR did beautifully over the 3100 mile trip. Take your bike to Riverside OC, they go the extra mile and I cannot recommend them enough.

I bought my bike here at Indian, and from the first experience they have been great. Went down to get some information on parts, Nick Diaz was super knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions. Definitely will be ordering all of my parts through Nick at Indian. If anyone is interested in an Indian or great quality used bikes, Come here!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick at Riverside County Indian he was super helpful always return my calls he located all the parts I needed For my 2020 Indian challenger limited took care of all my warranty work !Unfortunately I purchased my bike at Redlands Indian Stay away from that place their service department it is horrible they damage my motorcycle kept it for months and wouldn’t take care of it I wouldn’t let Redlands Indian work on my pedal bike ! I received the complete opposite treatment at Riverside Indian I wished I would have purchased it from riverside they took care of me they treated me like family fixed all of my issues on my bike in a timely manner kudos to Nick and their team over at Riverside I will take my bike nowhere else except riverside Indian 100% top-notch service five starJeff

I have been dealing with riverside county indian since they opened and its been great because I wouod go to the san marcos location before. The corona location is a great dealer and have serviced me impeccably. Nick has been taking care of me for the past couple years since Ive owned my chieftain and has always delivered. I took my bike in for a complete service prior to riding to sturgis this year and they were able to get me out in time to ride and made it there and back with no issues. I would recommend this dealer whether in corona or San marcos. They take care of there customers! Nick is very personable and always remembers me by name......

This is actually the newest store for the North County Indian team, which is where I bought my 2017 Chieftain Dark Horse. Let me tell you a little bit about the players:Dave, the lead mechanic now here (from NCI) is who assembled my bike new right out of the crate. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great mechanic, and will very thoroughly explain to you what he will be doing/has done to your bike. This is the ONLY guy that I will let wrench on my ride and has been for over 5 years.Next up:Jerry, the Service Writer: one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and he will do everything it takes to meet your service needs. He is great to work with, and a tremendous asset to this operation.And of course, ya gotta have the parts to make it work, right? That is where Nicholas comes in. He recently helped me get new tires (Metzeler CruiseTecs), when NOBODY else could! He will do the utmost to find you the parts you need!The manager for this great team is Norma, and she has taught me a lot about the maintenance and service reqs for my bike. This lady has been a tremendous resource for this guy….Lastly, the store is itself is very nice, conveniently located right of the 91/15: freeways, has plenty of parking, a nice waiting area (I am always a waiter, as this is about 30 miles from my home in Menifee, although it is the closet to me) and it is great to have a comfortable waiting area with lots of fresh coffee and water, as well as good wi-fi). Good places to eat right around it, too. Oh, and did I mention that since I bought my bike here, I get FREE INDIAN FULL SYNTH OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE….?I know that this may sound like a paid ad, but it is not…I am just a regular person who loves to ride, loves his bike, and loves the treatment he gets at Riverside Indian; I think that you will, too. Tell ‘em Tony sent ya!

My clutch wasnt working correctly. Took in my bike for service, Nick, the Service Manager, was great. Help along the process every way and created custom solutions that worked! Highly impressed with Indian Motorcycle of Riverside.

Nick in parts really helped me out. I had Highway bars on order from Indian but they kept pushing the delivery date back. Nick found another dealer that had them in stock and is having them shipped. Thanks so much Nick for your help. If you hadn’t done this who knows how much longer I would’ve had to wait.

I found this place on accident one day waiting to get my car serviced. Customer service is awesome. I purchased a FTR mini bike, lots of fun!! I’ve been back three times and now have 4 FTRs. I found my dream motorcycle there and will definitely be going back ASAP to get it. If you are looking for a classic style motorcycle this is the place!
