This store is now closed. Signs posting the closing date have been up for a month.

The print and copy center staff needs to be trained on the equipment. Didnt know how to operate anything. Took two hours to print 200 basic copies and have a photo blown up. They need to stay focused on what is going on. Not to mention they said it would be $290, but with a discount it was still over $170 (and I provided the paper)! Go somewhere else if you have the option.

This Staples is great, I send all my business Print needs here. They make Flyers and other promotional items for me. My company is in Laverne and we go out of our way to use this location. Their customer service in the print area is outstanding. Friendly and quick on getting quotes. As well as following through with my products. Their manager has always taken time to make sure service was handled with care. I am sending this store more work as I type!!!!

I love using the services at Staples. The employees there are amazing as well and very helpful.Ive used their shipping and copy/print services.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Eric in the service department today (11/22/2013)I had a paper jam problem with my printer.Eric went out of his way to solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.His attitude and customer service skills were exemplary.I will give him a 10 out of 10 for everything

Dont go here to fix your iPhone. Its WAY overpriced - more expensive than Apple actually repairing your phone and they use after-market parts. I had heaps of problems after the fix and they werent very helpful in finding a solution.

Worst staples ever I walk in, look around for about 20 minutes . The employees have the audacity to tell me we make them feel uncomfortable.Apparently anybody with a tan or dark complexion makes them feel iffy & the need to kick customers out.Absolutely ridiculous & pathetic !! Never again!

We went looking for a simple protractor for 6th grade math and were directed exactly where to find one. We didnt wait in line and were out quickly.

Was looking for a paper shredder, decent selection at reasonable prices, opted for the extended warranty.satisified so far

Ive been sitting at the copy station for 37 minutes waiting to print a document. Ridiculous!!!!!! Only 1 printer working and the one that is working has had the same lady using it for 45 minutes. One person working the counter and helping same guest for 1/2 hour. I would rate zero stars but it made me pick one. Never ever ever will I return

I absolutely hate being the write bad review guy... but if I can save anyone else out there any money. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT have them change your Iphone Battery. They do a great job with customer service but they wont cover anything if your phone doesnt work the way it used to. Learn from my mistakes, dont waste your time or your money. Iphone worked PERFECTLTY before (outside of a battery) and now I have more issues/have to get a new phone.

I was absolutely disgusted coming to this location! I had to urgently use the restroom so I go to the stall, it was horrible trash overflowing out of the trash can & on the floor.. I go to the next one & there was a HUGE dead bug on the floor!! I didnt even know what type of bug it was but there was absolutely no way Id use the restroom accompanying a cockroach looking bug. Disgusting. I had to come out & hold my bladder until my company was done shopping. Do the employees not clean the restrooms? Come on, thats basic. That restroom was dirty it wasnt checked ALL DAY, staples please do something about this.

I have had Great Service every time I have been to the print and copy center. The lady, Skye, in that area is particularly helpful.

In the fall of 2013, I paid $300 for an assemble-it-yourself desk at Staples and it was a complete nightmare. No two pieces of the thing were together. You really had to build it from scratch. Took me four weekends. Now, even though I followed all the building instructions exactly, the desk is falling apart. When I eventually move to a new place, I will have to leave this desk behind because it would undoubtedly fall to pieces. (Made in China, too.)

Horrible service. At least to my standard. No teamwork to better serve the valued customers. This is on a 945am visit.
